31/07/2026: Great experience! Authentic flavors, mostly Chinese clientele, and friendly and helpful staff. Ordering is a little difficult at first (if you have WeChat, you can consult the digital menu), but nothing insurmountable, especially if you've been to restaurants in China. Congratulations, very good!

01/06/2026: The situation is unacceptable. People outside the premises are continuously and uncontrollably shouting and making noise. The disturbance is extremely high and makes it impossible to live or rest in the area. Greater monitoring and respect for the rules of civil coexistence are needed. The situation is beyond... I also ask the competent authorities (Local Police) to monitor the situation, as the noise and disturbance are excessive for the residents of the area.

17/05/2026: The wait is endless. The food and coffee are okay, but nothing special. The staff is extremely inconsistent.

04/04/2026: Terrible experience. It took ages to clear tables and order drinks and other things. It's a real shame because the location is excellent, with outdoor seating along Via Zanardelli. Unfortunately, everything else is lacking. The staff is improvised and completely unresponsive to customer needs.

21/06/2026: I've read and personally observed different yet equally courteous treatment of customers. But from just a few staff members, we shouldn't tar everyone with the same brush. Professionals who do their best and those who "work" just to bring home a paycheck, often in roles unsuitable for their character, are unfortunately found in virtually every workplace. Identifying staff with weaknesses and encouraging them to focus on themselves first is a significant qualitative leap for any business, especially one with such inherent potential as this one, such as its strategic location and the variety of its offerings.

01/07/2026: New trick to lose a customer: a €3 cone, but you can only get one flavor... but you'll make me two scoops... if you want two flavors, you have to get the €4 one. Why? It's okay to try to raise the average price, but then they won't come back.

07/06/2026: These guys are incredibly rude, I let it go and didn't respond. They act like they're giving you free stuff, they dictate their own rules... never again! Like a 30-minute wait, but you have to get a drink right away. I have the sausages, but I can't heat up the bread for you because we're closing in half an hour, and so on. Enrico.

02/06/2026: I ordered a plate of meat and potatoes...inedible meat. Tall and fatty. You couldn't even cut it. It's a shame because the flavor itself was good. They were very kind and remade it for me, still serving two pieces. One as pictured, the other identical to the one sent back. The fact that it was a chaotic day doesn't excuse it. The cashier and staff were friendly. They weren't to blame. First and last time. Also, we ate on paper tablecloths soiled from previous meals.

10/05/2026: Prices are insane, to say the least. I've never paid so much for pastries (basically €2 each), and the selection is limited. I'll never go back, it's incredibly expensive.

14/06/2026: Beautiful location overlooking the lake. The large salad was very small for €10, really disappointing. Elsewhere, that would pass as a side salad. The pizza was okay, though a bit bland. The staff was friendly. All in all, average.

04/06/2026: What a shame! Wonderful location, but the service is awful. After 1.5 hours, we still hadn't received our food, and the waiter didn't even come to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted to order more drinks. The table next to us and the table behind us were also complaining about things. After 1.5 hours, we left without eating. There are so many other good restaurants along the promenade; please, people, go to one of the other places!

05/08/2026: The lasagna was okay, but very cold in places – meaning it had been quickly reheated. The schnitzel wasn't really schnitzel. It was more like pre-made frozen meat that was breaded. The fries were at least okay. You can't go wrong with the drinks. Three meals and three drinks cost a whopping €75. Sorry, but this was by far the most expensive bistro visit we've had at Lake Garda. You can't really call it a restaurant. The service was very friendly, though. Sorry, folks, but we wouldn't recommend it. We've had better meals further along the lake in previous years.

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

03/05/2026: OK place, friendly staff. Two classic Spritzes for €6, good but with too much ice. The honest waiter asked us if we wanted a platter of appetizers for €5 more, and we accepted. Let's just say that for €5, I expected a little more; what we were offered at many other places is included in the €6: a bag of chips, peanuts, 6 taralli, 4 sun-dried tomatoes, a mini salami sandwich, and 4 slices of pizza. 08/03/2026: I came in on a Saturday night for a lemon tea... aside from the €4.50 price tag, it came with ice (I never asked for it) on a 5-degree night (I WAS ICEING) when their outdoor heating wasn't working. Later, a friend came over, ordered a Coke with ice and lemon, and it didn't come with the ice and lemon. (Maybe I should have lent her mine and called her boyfriend for the lemon?) During the evening, the outside lights kept going off, so much so that I thought a demogorgon was approaching us. The bathroom was pretty bad, but more than anything, the door wouldn't lock 💀💀💀 you have to go to the bathroom with someone to keep watch and pee anxiously. Last but not least, at 12:45 AM the waiter tells us we have a final 15 minutes to order alcohol (no one was drinking) and doesn't even wish us a happy Women's Day! 🥲 I'll also add that I tried—with poor results—to warm myself with their candles, but they were practically gone, as if someone had used them for a satanic ritual, and that their water glasses look like a can of tuna. So, if you want to freeze and pay for a drink with your right kidney, this is the place for you! 😘😘😘
