15/02/2026: While passing through Brescia, I stopped at this place, drawn by the smell of piadina. My friend and I were more than satisfied with the very fast service (despite it being rush hour and the day of the San Faustino fair). The piadina was truly delicious, both for its delicate and digestible dough and its quality ingredients (I had the one with prosciutto and fontina). The place is nice and clean, the prices are reasonable, and the staff is friendly.

29/01/2026: Rude staff, especially one. Piadinas are underfilled. Prices are high for the quality and quantity offered.

20/10/2025: Unclassifiable. I stopped for an aperitivo with a friend. Along with the glasses, they brought a small complimentary platter with leftover carasau bread and three transparent slices of salami. I was struck by the complete lack of care, the platter even looking ugly. The wine was served in a dishwasher-warm glass, the wrong order because I ordered a Campari spritz and not Aperol, and the restroom was empty. You don't dismiss a customer by saying we didn't meet their tastes or you have to pay for the rest. I can figure that out myself, but the lack of care and respect for the customer and the pretense of being right are unacceptable. Simply awful.

19/10/2025: After almost an hour, they didn't serve me the platter I'd ordered along with the spritz. I had to cancel the order because I had to leave. I don't think I'll be back.

03/09/2025: Hi, I didn't come because the other guy wrote in his review that there were no nachos on the nacho menu, now I'm scared so I'm not coming.

19/08/2025: It wasn't good at all, I'll never come back! I didn't like it at all, I had high hopes, because the Billy Tacos where I ate in Spain were much better. Instead, the food here arrived cold, you can't tell what you're eating, and the price was quite high. At one point, I felt like I was eating leftovers. We were very disappointed.

07/12/2025: Two hours of waiting for sandwiches that weren't particularly elaborate...and the service was also slow and rude...I've never seen anything like it.

08/12/2025: Ordered takeout, even though it was 300 meters away, the wait was quite long, but I can understand other orders and so on. The service and accuracy were almost nonexistent, and the food quality was questionable, some things were good, others not. I had shrimp with lemon sauce, which was disgusting to say the least, horrendous to look at. The sauce was nonexistent, just water, maybe a hint of lemon. They were each immersed in a kilo of batter, which was like soaked bread. I removed it and only ate the shrimp, but it tasted bad. I've never seen anything like that, and they weren't marked with batter, so it's also dangerous for those with allergies. The rest was almost okay, definitely never again!

29/09/2025: Prime location on Corso Zanardelli: spacious outdoor seating or elegant indoor tables in a cozy and refined atmosphere. The service is always attentive, helpful, and thoughtful. The coffee is excellent, the cannoncini iconic and exquisite. Each product is carefully selected. Quality is a hallmark. An essential stop for breakfast in the city center, but not only... The asking price is reasonable for what's on offer. Highly recommended!

15/07/2025: The customer service is very good, they are friendly, the wait time to get your food and eat on the train is short, and you have the option to buy something and get to the train station on time. I go there often, whether for lunch or dinner. 💪🏻 🔝

08/03/2026: DON'T GO THERE!!! It's a modern place, but avoid it like the plague. Not even in St. Mark's Square in Venice are the prices this ridiculous, and the staff is snobbish and doesn't even say hello, and the table service is completely nonexistent. This place is a legalized robbery...

16/02/2026: Personally, I like the format—good, well-made coffee—but the 5 o'clock position is lacking precisely because of the attitude of many of the staff. If you do this job, which is certainly demanding, a smile and a welcoming attitude are essential.

31/08/2025: I stopped for a snack today; if there had been a positive note, I would have been happy. The cannoli were stale, the gelato was awful. The ice cream was the wrong flavor. The worst experience in the area!

28/07/2025: To be a bar of the past, you have to be humble, polite, and kind. Being treated so arrogance early in the morning isn't so nice. The person who worked the cash register for me was tired of doing that job... One of the bartenders serving was kind and committed to her job. Luckily I was just passing through...

31/10/2025: We stayed in a double room for two and had a great time. The staff was very friendly. I'd say the value for money was very good. It's 5-7 minutes from the center.

26/10/2025: Extremely welcoming staff, Mrs. Melita was very kind, charming, and truly helpful. The location was excellent for exploring this part of the lake. There were a few small things about the room that could be improved, but overall it was very clean and nice.

20/11/2025: They served me this absolutely inedible "cannoncino," hard as a rock, as you can see in the video: indestructible, unfortunately even for my teeth. When I asked the waiter about it, he told me that the pastry was merely "crunchy." I don't generally judge other people's politeness in speech, but this guy most likely doesn't know the meaning of the word "crunchy," and as you can see from the video, his explanation was completely inappropriate and false. It should be added that, finally, the waiter began by saying, "We'll make him pay anyway," demonstrating the lack of attention to the customer's legitimate complaints. Instead of getting annoyed, they should have acknowledged their mistake and learned to defrost the food better before serving it (perhaps throwing it away if it was no longer edible). I paid for the cannoncino: I decided to do a charitable work; perhaps with this proceeds they will be able to improve their services with higher-quality equipment :)

08/07/2025: Excellent gelato, especially the creamy flavor. The only shame is that the staff was a bit unfriendly; I felt like an unwanted guest.

08/09/2025: Honestly, I think it's unacceptable that during a night out at the club, after queuing for a good ten minutes at the bar, I was given a drink that had been heavily diluted with water. Other than that, the evening went pretty well. Parking was difficult to find, and the area doesn't seem very safe.

23/02/2026: Always late, pizzas always cold, and the quality needs to be reassessed, not to mention that discount-store cooked ham of questionable origin that's inedible regardless. The flaw in this country is that the takeout vendors aren't good at making pizza, but you're "the best" of all, and so I'm forced to call you for convenience. That's why you're selling. If Pizzeria Bresà offers home delivery tomorrow, apart from the fact that they know how to make pizza and the ingredients are top-quality, all of you should shut down.
