McDonald's In Lonato del garda

Of all the McDonald's I've been to, this is one of my favorites. We're not talking about better quality, of course, but I do feel like they pay a little more attention to the orders. They're also quick with orders.

I don't go there often, but I think it's a good option when you have kids or are really in a hurry! You often expect fast-food restaurants to have fast-paced interactions. Few glances, forced smiles. Instead, I received attention, a sincere "hello," smiles, and kindness. Compared to other restaurants in the chain, this location is a bit small, especially during peak hours, when it can be difficult to find a comfortable seat. The cleanliness of the tables also leaves a bit to be desired. Service is relatively quick, and the menu is identical to the other restaurants in the chain. Ideal for a quick stop without surprises; you already know what to expect.

The McChicken and McToast were delicious. The staff was fast and very kind, especially Martina, who paid attention to my little Elio, asking if his MC Toast was perfect, and since it wasn't rush hour, she even stopped to talk to him for a moment. Not all MCs have employees like that.

Good, but compared to other McDonald's I found the seats dirty on several occasions and the waiting times a bit long for a fast food restaurant.

Very good, and a special mention for actually serving the lunch menu at 10:30, as advertised on the app, since many other places forget about it or take it easy. The nuggets and CBO are excellent!
