06/08/2025: I bought three packaged ice creams and two small bottles, totaling €18. When I asked for a receipt, I was told that since I had made a contactless payment with my phone, it couldn't be issued. When I asked about the prices, the response was "I paid €3 for everything," but paying €3 for an ice cream or a small bottle is already crazy. Furthermore, since I had bought five items, the total should have been €15, not €18.

11/07/2025: Well-stocked tobacco shop and café with excellent coffee! You can also grab a quick aperitif! :) Very fair prices. The owner is always kind and helpful!

20/04/2025: I'd been to this place under the previous management, and it wasn't bad. I decided to try the new management for Easter lunch, and the experience was terrible. Everything was seriously lacking, from the terrible service (interminable waits, except for one table that apparently had inexplicably preferential service) to the shameful food quality. It was as if the new management had just moved into the kitchen the day before yesterday. The place is still old and poorly maintained. Absolutely avoid.

02/12/2025: One star only because zero isn't an option. The experience was embarrassing. The employees try their best, but the managers live in a parallel universe. I simply asked for a refill of the Big Arch because it was cold, and I even found a curly red hair inside. No comment. And while the place was packed, they were outside smoking and drinking coffee as if nothing was wrong. I didn't think lions worked at Mc Donald's; we're not at the zoo.

02/04/2026: We only had drinks, but they were delicious and nicely presented. Snacks were also available and were regularly replenished. The owner was friendly and spoke both German and English. She was sometimes a bit brusque, which some might perceive as unfriendly. The location and atmosphere are fantastic, very quiet and away from the busy streets.

10/09/2025: First of all, when you arrive, be calm: there's only one waiter for two separate patios. The wait is inevitable. Finally, he arrives, and we order five spritzes and a Hugo. He laughs and asks, "Do you want food too? If you pay more, we have platters, otherwise, chips and olives." We reply, "chips and olives," and he comments, "Oh, thank goodness, I didn't know if I could make them." After another wait, the drinks arrive (good, no complaints), but the chips and olives are nowhere to be seen. When I call him back, the waiter gives me a gesture that I take to mean, "I forgot, and they don't pay me enough to worry." Finally, two bags of single-serving chips for six people arrive. The olives never arrived. In short: €6 for a spritz with "chips and olives" included, plus any surcharge if you choose a platter. We didn't choose it, but judging by the atmosphere, it almost seemed like a disservice to the place. The model is clear: minimal staff, maximum margins, dissatisfied customers. An experience I personally wouldn't repeat.

26/12/2025: I have never seen a bar that refuses to serve coffee at the counter, they don't deserve the license, out of respect for real bars and cafes

16/12/2025: The bar is very well located with a beautiful view of Lake Iseo. However, the tables are very close together and the place is very noisy. It's difficult to hear yourself speak.

26/12/2025: A skewer was missing. When I asked the waitress, she said they always served the same skewer and that none were missing.

09/09/2025: Last night was my friend's birthday and we had supper at BRESCIA's Little Hot Pot. But what I didn't expect was that you could taste the tip of a knife in the oysters... Afterwards my friend approached the owner but their attitude was really speechless. They didn't show any comfort or apology at all... They just asked which table we were from... When it was time to pay the bill, they ran away and hid. If they didn't have enough change, they wouldn't have shown up. It was really funny. BRESCIA's Little Hot Pot. If you are tough and not afraid of 🐭, go and eat there. They eat without saying a word.

09/03/2026: Poor hot chocolate (lumpy and bitter) for €5. A tasteless XS-sized cannoli costs a whopping €2.50. The only redeeming feature is the veranda. Staff is poorly trained. Never again.

11/09/2025: overcooked spaghetti, small portions, some flour instead of parmesan, French fries made from defrosted semi-finished products, piña colada without ice and decorations. There were four of us, we all ordered different dishes and the only thing that tasted good was grilled vegetables. For the same money you can find a better restaurant and enjoy real Italian cuisine. Their only big plus is the location and fast service.

06/09/2025: I would say that my experience is not positive...in fact disappointing at best...I asked for 1 courgette brie and there wasn't any...ok I can understand...but asking for 1 mushroom p and a pizza like that arrives no way...there was no mushroom p...it really had nothing to throw away

12/12/2025: Incredibly obscene....I've never seen anything like it. Black rice that tastes dirty Chicken that tastes like fish Fish that tastes like chicken You can't tell the taste of anything...I usually try at least twice before judging, but here once is more than enough. Not to mention the staff and the girl with light brown hair who didn't give me the correct change or even extra chopsticks, visibly frustrated and unwilling to work. What can I say...never again!

08/12/2025: Considering the price, I never would have expected something like this. There's always something wrong, sometimes it's the flavor of the mango, another time the ripeness of the pineapple, but this time, in addition to the hard octopus, they messed up the entire base of the rice. It was mushy, overcooked and stuck together, just inedible. A terrible dinner and -30€...

17/04/2026: The restaurant's location is truly beautiful – but unfortunately, that was the only positive aspect. We ordered a bottle of Lugana, but were served a white wine "à la Spina" instead. After we complained, it was thankfully replaced, but the only explanation given was that the waiter was new – not a very satisfactory explanation for us. The cola was also completely flat. When we ordered a meat and cheese platter, we received only two different types of meat and four small cubes of cheese – without any bread. When we asked about it, we were told they had to buy the bread first, which, frankly, was quite strange. Overall, a very disappointing experience. We definitely won't be returning.

16/04/2026: A very negative experience. From the start, the place looked shabby: dirty tables, uncleaned floors, and tableware in poor condition. Even the cutlery wasn't clean, which was truly unacceptable. The bread was old and of poor quality. The pizza was disappointing: thinly topped, with less-than-ideal cheeses, and it looked like it was frozen. Furthermore, it wasn't even cut. The so-called "special fruit cocktail" turned out to be just blueberry juice, nothing special. The service was equally disappointing: unprofessional and disorganized. The order took over 15 minutes to arrive and was also wrong, without any explanation. No attention was paid to the customer: no one asked if we needed anything else, nor even details like an ashtray. The next table was even told to wait for another waiter to order. An equally serious issue was the failure to request documents for the sale of alcohol. Overall, terrible service and an experience I wouldn't recommend.

20/11/2025: Never go to this café, the service is the worst you can imagine. The man behind the counter is an unpleasant person who looks at customers with contempt and disdain from head to toe. With this kind of attitude, it's better not to work with the public. I will never return. I hope my experience will be useful for other people to avoid going there as well.

04/10/2025: A grumpy waiter initially turned my wife away, assuming she was a passerby and not a guest. Then I gestured from a distance by raising my hand to indicate I wanted to pay. His response: raise my hand...? I then gestured that I wanted to pay. His response... the same gesture again. Finally, he gestured for me to pay inside. I walked in and was given a rude, backhanded scolding, after which I calmly told him to behave himself. What a rude, sociable person. The woman behind the bar was polite and polite!

16/03/2026: It was simply an unforgettable meal. The pasta is incredibly delicious - a real home-made taste that you want to savor to the last bite. The atmosphere is worth noting separately: sitting by the lake, enjoying the view and fresh air is a special pleasure. Very beautiful, cozy and soulful. The perfect place to stop, eat deliciously and recharge. We will definitely come back again! 🍝🍷✨

14/03/2026: It looked nice, but the food is awful. The service is okay, but if you want to eat well, this is the worst place you could choose in Italy.
