07/03/2026: The place is small, consisting of only two rooms, but it's welcoming and well-decorated. It's located right next to the ski slope; we stopped here for lunch. After looking at the menu, we decided to eat outside at the outdoor kiosk. Our choice was prompted by the price of a first course (€25), which we thought was excessive. They don't offer table service at the kiosk, and the food options are limited: nuggets and three types of sandwiches. The place is very nice and quiet, well-located along the slope, but unfortunately, we thought the prices were a bit high.

26/12/2025: I'm not satisfied with the service. I purchased a menu for around €10 that included a beer, but it wasn't opened upon delivery. I only noticed this after going up to the second floor, and honestly, I didn't feel like going back down just to have it opened. I then tried to open it myself with a lighter, but in the process, the beer was ruined and unusable. The result: I had to buy the entire menu again and pay twice, all due to a simple oversight that could have been avoided. I understand that it can happen, but these things need to be more careful, especially when selling sealed drinks that are normally opened at the counter. A negative experience.

22/12/2025: What a story, guys! Be patient, finish reading this review! I went to this place this evening. I initially wanted a MCdrive to take away, but there were 4-5 cars waiting, and there were only 3 free spots in the parking lot, so I decided to park and go inside, quicker! It was around 8:45 PM and I was starving. I had ordered a fish sandwich that I wanted to eat right there, plus 20 nuggets to take away for my son! Of course, when I ordered from the machine, I pressed tray. What a bag! So, when my food was ready, I approached the cashier. I asked with a kind smile: Excuse me, can I have an extra bag because I have to take away some of the food? The girl who brought me the tray was obviously a new arrival, poor thing, she wasn't sure if she could give it to me or not, so she looked at another black girl (I don't know if she was the manager) to say, "Can I give it to me?" The nice black girl turned to me and said: "Excuse me, can't you use please or please, it's more polite?" Good heavens! I'm a Chinese woman of almost 40, and I've lived in the area for over 25 years. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life. I mean, I swear, I didn't expect him to say that. I didn't understand anything anymore. I don't know what I did wrong. I was left feeling like an idiot for five seconds! Immediately afterward, I replied: "Look, ma'am, I asked if I could have one." I didn't say, "Can you give me a bag?" (I sounded a little high-pitched, but I have to be honest.) The girl kept repeating, "No," but you say please or please! Guys, please, help me understand. Do you think I was rude by saying, "Excuse me, if I can have another bag," instead of "Please, can you give me another bag?" Thank you!

07/10/2025: Pros: Pizzas made with quality ingredients (the only reason I have left to order here) Cons: Scheduled time NEVER respected! Call at 6:20 PM, scheduled time 7:30 PM... Even this evening I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes. And don't tell me about the peak business... Edit October 6, 2025: Please note that this review refers to the previous management (the two rascals).

29/07/2025: We ordered a McDonald's pizza (sausage and fries). It's worth noting that for a €7 pizza, there were four potatoes on top, but the worst part was that they were inedible, half-burnt and dry (see photo). I'd say it would be more honest not to offer pizzas like this on the menu. The other pizza we ordered was average.

21/10/2025: One of the best clothing outlets I've visited: medium-sized (three large floors of a building on the main shopping street in Salò). Good basic discounts, which can be significantly increased at times if you have their card (up to 80-90% off). A wide variety of excellent clothing for women and men, and some for children. Really good deals. Friendly, unobtrusive staff.

13/10/2025: Nice hotel with a good and varied breakfast! We got a room with a view of Lake Garda, very nice. The location is good with local restaurants nearby and the staff was nice. We would have liked to have stayed longer here!

12/10/2025: The view, as well as the hotel as a whole and the service, are fantastic! A 200-meter walk takes you into the village's pedestrian zone, with excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel is very well run and very clean! We didn't miss a thing at breakfast, nor in the room. The pool is fantastic, the bar is very good, and we received first-class espresso, which you can even enjoy on your own balcony. It's actually perfect, except that the hotel owners are unfortunately helpless when it comes to the parking problem. The staff, however, are making the most of the parking misplanning and bravely accepted my suggestion for improvement.

02/09/2025: We were wandering around the area, and given it was lunchtime, we spotted the place because of its limited parking space and the crowds, so we stopped in without a second thought. The atmosphere was quaint and homey, so we asked for a table, and the kindness of the owner, Elide Doris, welcomed us. The lady serving us brought us the menu: casoncelli bresciani and bigoli with duck ragù. The aroma of fresh ingredients was delicious, a well-presented dish. We found the carne salada (a specialty we'd discovered in Trentino) and the venison morsels. The atmosphere is retro, but we like simple things; it takes us back to a time when everything was different.

27/08/2025: I ordered an egg, cheese, and speck. The plate was small, and the speck was nonexistent, as was the cheese. As per the photo in the review, I didn't even get bread. The wait time for a fried egg? Over 25 minutes. Other tables were served first, even though they arrived later. I should point out that there were only four of us. I'm sorry, but it was a terrible experience. The prices, finally, were too high for the quantities served... at least on the dish I ordered! It was a small one.

10/09/2025: The room had an unbearable chlorine smell. The source of the smell was likely a wall next to the bed, where we found extensive mold growth (possibly treated with chlorine). Furthermore, the room didn't even come close to the rooms advertised on the website. The rest of the hotel facilities also didn't resemble the one on the website. We reported the room's deficiencies to reception, whereupon the gentleman responded very rudely and without any apology. We were offered a different room, but since we had lost all trust in this hotel, we decided to leave immediately. The hotel stopped responding to emails requesting a price reduction. Neither the condition of the hotel itself (especially the rooms) nor the way it handled problems like these is worthy of a 4-star hotel. This is unlikely to be an isolated incident, as can be seen from other reviews. Nevertheless, the hotel appears to continue to (knowingly) allocate the specifically affected rooms to other guests without remedying the defects (harmful mold, etc.).

07/06/2025: Premetto che non è mia consuetudine scrivere recensioni né in senso positivo che negativo. Trovare insalata nel mio piatto ancora sporca di terra non è stato gradevole. A maggior motivo quando la stessa cosa è avvenuta ad un amica seduta al tavolo con me. Fatto presente il tutto al cameriere lo stesso si è ripetutamente scusato eliminando le portate dal conto. Purtroppo devo constatare che la qualità dei piatti in generale è peggiorata rispetto ad alcuni (pochi) anni fa. Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato. Nb. Da porre attenzione agli scontrini. In due occasioni distinte ( pranzo di Pasqua e pranzo con amici) vi erano più pietanze di quelle ordinate). LOCATION STUPENDA

28/11/2025: We always come when we stop by the outlet. This time the food was terrible: stale meat, gorgonzola rice, where gorgonzola was the only thing on the menu, and then they used parboiled rice. Never again!

07/09/2025: We stopped by after a walk around the area. The food was stale and poor quality. The set menu was never explicitly stated, but we were served course after course without any room for discussion. When we asked for clarification on how lunch was served, the lady rudely told us there was a fixed menu and that, at most, we'd be allowed to take home the leftovers from the skewer. Mediocre service and overly apprehensive. We definitely won't be returning.

26/09/2025: The pizza was average; I've had much better. However, we were very surprised by the final price. The pizza had a different price on the menu than on the bill, and an additional €5 coperto for service that wasn't included? I could understand if the waiter was friendly, kind, and chatty. But he took the order and brought it back, and we received an uncut pizza, so we had to make it ourselves. We had to ask for the bill ourselves. Ultimately, we paid what we'd normally spend at a restaurant, including desserts and drinks. The price-to-quality ratio was terrible.

29/12/2025: I ordered two coffees, one regular and one long. The regular had four drops at the bottom of the cup, and my long had no crema and a lot of dregs, which was disgusting to say the least. I'm disappointed, especially because it's usually pretty good. But what I didn't like was that they served it to me as if it were standard procedure to make two espressos out of one!

26/12/2025: We sat inside during the winter, so the lakeside location wasn't that important. There was no menu; we simply ordered directly from the waiter. The café d'orzo was tasty – I can't comment on the food.
