07/10/2025: Pros: Pizzas made with quality ingredients (the only reason I have left to order here) Cons: Scheduled time NEVER respected! Call at 6:20 PM, scheduled time 7:30 PM... Even this evening I've been waiting for almost 45 minutes. And don't tell me about the peak business... 29/07/2025: We ordered a McDonald's pizza (sausage and fries). It's worth noting that for a €7 pizza, there were four potatoes on top, but the worst part was that they were inedible, half-burnt and dry (see photo). I'd say it would be more honest not to offer pizzas like this on the menu. The other pizza we ordered was average.

02/10/2025: A place that could be okay, but unfortunately it's become the official headquarters of the old slobbering club. They come in, sit down, and the only sport they engage in is hurling mongoloid jokes at the barmaids: "Do you have a boyfriend? What a shame...", "How old are you? Oh no, otherwise I'll end up in jail." Funny thing? No, sickening thing. The barmaids, poor things, are forced to smile, but it's clear that inside they only have to think about how stupid those "beings" are. If I were in their shoes, honestly, I wouldn't set foot in there again. The atmosphere is toxic, the environment is embarrassing and degrading. There's no bar atmosphere here, but rather the reek of staleness and old-age sexism. If you're looking for a place to spend a peaceful hour, avoid it. If, on the other hand, you enjoy watching pathetic circus-like scenes, then make yourself comfortable.

18/08/2025: I recently moved to the area. I love having breakfast at a bar, and it would be convenient if it were close to home. Unfortunately, I've been there twice, and both times I was disappointed. The first time I found two very cold men who barely said hello. The second time they said hello, I sat down, and nothing happened. I had to get up because they didn't pay attention to me, so much so that I thought they didn't do table service. I felt uncomfortable there. They were too serious and cold, at least with me... With others, it didn't seem that way; maybe they didn't like my face... Anyway, Mazzano is full of bars 🤷🏻‍♀️

31/07/2025: A sliver of the past, Milan (like all cities) teemed with dairies, trattorias, and bars where grandparents played cards. Between a Madonna dropped from the sky and a 2 of trumps on the table, the elderly passed the time, nourished by shadows of wine. We're not in Milan here, of course, but that flavor is all there. Bravo!

08/12/2025: Bad experience. Very rude staff, very high prices but average quality, and considering there's no table service and the plates and coffee cups are paper, I really don't see the reason for these prices. You can't have a chat, because they ask you to leave the table as soon as you're finished... no good morning or goodbye, instead they make loud comments about customers without any concern for being overheard. A business that doesn't deserve to last long. Never again.

12/12/2025: Very clean restaurant. The food is truly delicious, especially the pizza, which is made with fresh, top-quality ingredients. The cuisine is also impeccable. The staff is friendly, smiling, and always available. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience!

08/12/2025: Ordered takeout, even though it was 300 meters away, the wait was quite long, but I can understand other orders and so on. The service and accuracy were almost nonexistent, and the food quality was questionable, some things were good, others not. I had shrimp with lemon sauce, which was disgusting to say the least, horrendous to look at. The sauce was nonexistent, just water, maybe a hint of lemon. They were each immersed in a kilo of batter, which was like soaked bread. I removed it and only ate the shrimp, but it tasted bad. I've never seen anything like that, and they weren't marked with batter, so it's also dangerous for those with allergies. The rest was almost okay, definitely never again!

10/09/2025: Clean location Good food The young woman who helps is very nice and helpful. I've also had takeout several times, and everything is always perfect. I'll be back.

08/05/2025: Osteria that also offers themed evenings. I participated in a dinner with jazz accompaniment which was then also able to be joined by the guests who wanted to. Discreet atmosphere, good food and truly friendly and helpful service. For an alternative evening with friends it's not bad!

17/12/2025: The room's soundproofing is terrible. During the night, both music and phone calls from the next room could be clearly heard, making it impossible to sleep. A very serious problem for a hotel, especially for those seeking rest.

Unfortunately this time I only had the debit card, I asked to pay by card and the answer is this! ” “We don’t have the POS for home deliveries” Excellent, they make me leave home with 8 people waiting for me to eat the pizza at home. Result = I went to pay immediately in the shop, inconveniencing myself for your mistake, I didn’t receive an apology, on the contrary, annoyed, you repeated to me that you don’t use the home POS and we all ate the cold pizza. Customers lost due to your mistake, next time inform the customers that you only accept cash.
