18/12/2025: Long waiting times and rather cold food

16/12/2025: It's raining. It's cold. And for the umpteenth time, I open the McD-Drive bag and discover horror: no sauce. Again. My fries are naked and defenseless. In protest, I abandoned one on the wet sidewalk, right there in front, like a fallen soldier. Look at it carefully as you leave: it lies there, alone and cold, a monument to your forgetfulness. May its loneliness haunt you until you learn to put on that damned sauce.

20/12/2025: One star is a lot! I understand we're right in the city center, but when faced with a child's needs... the staff's embarrassment is unstoppable! We were taking a walk and I took the liberty of stopping here because our 4-year-old son needed the bathroom. When I asked one of the girls if he could use the bathroom, she repeatedly told me I had to drink, ignoring a child clearly needing food right before her eyes. When I asked for a coffee and ran to the bathroom with the child, I was incredulous at the pettiness of the staff, who even gave me dirty looks. Leaving the bathroom, I paid for the coffee but preferred to leave it there, "offered" to the human squalor they showed the child. The question is: who do you think these people are? Is the drink I would have consumed anyway really worth more when faced with a small child? I was truly appalled by this treatment. It's definitely not a place to stop if you have children if this is the treatment they meted out. And then the bathrooms...let's talk about it!! You leave them dirty, and yet you want to show off in a VIP club? Go to a school of humanity. You've really made a fool of yourself.

19/12/2025: Good hot chocolate, very nice place, and friendly waiter. Everything was perfect. Unfortunately, however, we DIDN'T look at the price list (which is, in fact, on the tables), and so the owner will swear at me for not doing so (I see he's brutal with those who criticize). But we didn't look at the price list because it wasn't necessary to look at the price list to order three "Hot Chocolates with Cream." But if we had looked at the price list, we wouldn't have found ourselves spending 21 euros (TWENTY-ONE EUROS) for THREE Hot Chocolates with Cream. Hot chocolates made with Eraclea bags (NOT handmade, with sugar, flour, and cocoa). We would have gotten up and left sooner. Our mistake. As the owner wrote to other customers, this place is "out of our budget"...

02/12/2025: Very normal hotel. Clean. Okay. Neither praise nor infamy.

18/11/2025: Truly disappointed by the lack of willingness to resolve an issue that forced me to find another hotel. I had booked a room with two single beds. Two days before arrival, my companion was unable to come. I asked to change the room to a double and was told I would have to push the two beds together (and that's fine, no problem). However, when I specified that my 4-year-old daughter would also be coming, they replied that they couldn't provide me with a crib (which wouldn't have been a problem since she slept between us) and that the little one couldn't sleep in the middle (obviously paying the applicable supplement). Truly disappointed by the lack of sensitivity. Terrible way to accommodate and resolve an issue.

09/11/2025: The pizzeria is very good except that every time we order a pizza they get it wrong.

25/10/2025: The pizza is usually good but it arrives really late EVERY TIME and, consequently, lukewarm or cold. Even if you are 30 minutes late the owner "kindly" replies that they will not give discounts on the bill.

09/03/2026: I really enjoyed my experience here. The staff was funny and super nice and the food was also good! Prices are good and I would recommend this place for sure.

11/09/2025: The service girl was very kind and helpful, the pizza was awful, it looked like the one from the supermarket, the owner was unpleasant, always on the phone, pissed off, doesn't even say hello. It's a shame because the atmosphere is nice, I won't go there again until they change management and I think it will be soon.

19/10/2025: Beautiful place with a lovely view overlooking the lake, and friendly, helpful staff. The breakfast/cannoli quality, however, is rather low. I hope this review helps us improve because the location and staff are worth it.

10/10/2025: Just a great realxing spot with a scenic view of the mountains and lake. Simple service and dishes, well priced. Would come back!

21/07/2025: Permanently closed, we were faced with a closed door.

14/09/2025: We ordered two white pizzas and ate them at home. The dough was hard, dry, and had no crust or color. It tasted like industrial dough. 🤔 Very disappointed! Never again 😡 I do not recommend this business.
