31/10/2025: We stayed in a double room for two and had a great time. The staff was very friendly. I'd say the value for money was very good. It's 5-7 minutes from the center.
26/10/2025: Extremely welcoming staff, Mrs. Melita was very kind, charming, and truly helpful. The location was excellent for exploring this part of the lake. There were a few small things about the room that could be improved, but overall it was very clean and nice.

06/07/2026: I went to a pizzeria to get a pizza with fries. When I got home, I opened it and noticed that one slice was missing fries. Also, it seems like you're reducing the thickness of the pizza, while still charging the same price. I was really disappointed, especially about the slice without fries.

02/06/2026: Very slow service and then they put us to eat in a narrow corner and there were 12 of us, the pizzas always arrived last so many didn't even eat and we were forced to make a single bill
31/05/2026: We just left the restaurant. The pizza was very good, and Sara, the waitress, was very good and friendly. My daughter didn't like many types of pizza, and she was kind enough to let her make the pizza she liked. We'll definitely be back.

The staff was always courteous and helpful, ensuring impeccable service. The atmosphere made the experience even more enjoyable and memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a quality dining experience.
12/09/2025: Just had the value menu - absolutely delicious and fantastic value for money! Service was friendly and welcoming. Selected the local wine, Benaco Bresciano Rosso, and was not disappointed. Meal for two with wine was £65. Location is next to the main road but it did not spoil our experience.

28/06/2026: Unfortunately, the person in charge is not friendly to tourists.
In almost 30-degree heat, I asked for freshly squeezed orange juice and was told it wasn't possible... even though the refrigerator was full of oranges. I ordered two cappuccinos and was not allowed to have them at the tables on the sidewalk, being told that coffee was only served inside the establishment (an oven in the summer). There were people drinking coffee outside, and when I asked why they could and we couldn't, the person in charge couldn't answer. The coffee I ordered was burnt. I won't be back and I don't recommend it.
25/06/2026: Came for breakfast, may not be their speciality.
Service was ok and we got help when we pointed things out.
The best thing was the freshly squeezed juice - everything else we got was mediocre at best.

11/04/2026: After many years of frequenting this place, today I think is the last time I'll set foot in there. The prices are ridiculous and the service is nonexistent!!!
04/04/2026: Gorgeous is an understatement. I went to Faita because I'd heard about the excellent cuisine. Right on the ski slopes, the staff were welcoming and professional. The food was truly excellent and high-quality. The prices were in line with the experience.

08/05/2026: This morning, before catching the train, my partner bought a cream croissant. When he got on the train, he discovered it was half raw. He called to report the incident, and the only response was, "I don't know what to tell you. The one I ate was good."
Outrageous... not even an apology or an attempt to make amends, offering the option of another croissant next time... that's not professionalism.
04/02/2026: Visited on Friday, January 30th. The atmosphere was dated. We purchased stuffed tortelli and chiacchere. The tortelli cream was sour, but the chiacchere was good. Courtesy and customer service could be improved.
