31/08/2025: We had a coffee and a pastry for breakfast, but we didn't really feel comfortable. The service wasn't very friendly, I didn't feel like the guest was the most important thing.

21/09/2025: Unfortunately, I found a soap wrapper on the bidet that was very dirty, including feces splashes. There was no mini-fridge, not even a bottle of water at the entrance. The balconies of the connecting rooms made it impossible to sleep with the windows open. There was not even a Schuko outlet in the room, and the shower had hair. I understand the structure is not new, but I didn't like it. The guy at the entrance was friendly.

14/11/2025: Went to the restaurant for the first time tonight, the decor was nothing to say, the place was cold, the rice noodles with prawns were full of garlic, onion, and completely lacked salt, the sweet and sour prawns were full of vinegar, the battered fried vegetables were full of oil, the curry rice seemed reheated and the rice tasted old, I'm sorry to say but we won't be returning, we were very, very disappointed by what I described earlier, I'm also leaving a review on Google and other sites, I'm sorry but all the dishes we ordered mentioned above were inedible

14/08/2025: Maybe he can help you! Beautiful beach, friendly bar staff, but the owner, since it was a free beach, made us move because they blocked the view in front of his bar. We accepted the request immediately. But the person who said so wasn't kind. We rented some lounge chairs, but they needed fixing. When we told them, they came to do it, but it didn't help because they were the same. Then we also rented a stand-up paddleboard. After a break, the whole family went to the same bar to get a drink, and someone stole our paddle. When we told the owner, he forced us to pay €50 for it. If you do this, be careful so the same thing doesn't happen to you.

15/12/2025: I don't usually leave negative reviews, nor was our experience simply "so-so": unfortunately, it was awful. We went to this very elegant and inviting looking place. My daughter ordered a white hot chocolate, advertised as premium. Besides being incredibly expensive, it was practically condensed milk, undrinkable. My daughter almost completely left it alone. Turning around, I heard another child tell his father that he didn't like what he was drinking at all. I had ordered mulled wine: not only was it undrinkable, but it couldn't even be smelled. That, too, was left on the table. It was the first time I've gone into a place and left both drinks untouched. I felt cheated, and on top of that, I paid an exorbitant amount for something we barely consumed.

22/11/2025: Everytime I visit Ponte di Legno this is my absolute favourite spot for a quick bite, a drink, and coffee or some fresh juice. The service is always great, friendly and I just love the setting. It’s wonderful to people watch and just take your time and enjoy the centre.

12/10/2025: We stayed 1 night. The rooms were very dusty, and the bathroom was dated and dirty. It's a shame because it's in a great location. The staff was friendly. The breakfast wasn't the best. It needs renovations.

28/08/2025: While staying at the nearby Fornella campsite My wife, I and two friends visited this establishment today and had the most amazing ice cream sundaes and drinks. While we were there a thunderstorm with torrential rain hit the area and with no public transportation available it looked like we were in for a soaking. However without us asking the proprietor called a friend and within minutes a car arrived to take us back to the site. Absolutely above and beyond - delicious ice cream fantastic service…very grateful.
