29/11/2025: We stopped for an aperitivo, but we were disappointed 😞 with both the service and the Spritz we drank. Between us and the previous customer, they didn't wipe the table, and they served us two cubes of leftover pizza to go with our drinks. I'm sorry, but you've lost a customer.

06/06/2026: The pitch is small, completely unsuitable for kids 15 and up. The crowd is awful: biased, vulgar, and violent, starting with the coach of the top junior team.

03/03/2026: The oratory is small and very nice. There's a bar service run by kind and helpful people. The soccer field is very small, and the synthetic material is a bit dated.

25/06/2026: Mr Asghar is an amazing man serving equally amazing HALAL comfort fast food! He helped me and my family get to our destination safe and sound after buses left us stranded, he fed us and accommodated us well also. The food is great both in price and quality! After spending a week in Italy I find myself craving a burger from Hymalaya, definitely worth a visit :)

30/04/2026: I had a really wonderful experience at this shop. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was prepared very nicely and you can tell they care about quality. What impressed me even more was the behavior of the shop owner. The owner was very kind, polite, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to see someone treating customers with respect and a smile. I truly enjoyed my visit and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I will surely come back again!🥰

12/05/2026: A little gem in the middle of the mountains... we stumbled upon it by chance, received a warm welcome, and the meal was exceptional. Starter, main course, dessert, water, and coffee for €16 per person: unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for this wonderful experience 🙏🏼

03/05/2026: On the national highway, we stopped at this bar-restaurant to eat something, but since it was 2.35pm there was nothing left available, not even a toast, so everything else is quite relative.

12/06/2026: If you don't absolutely have to stay here, you should skip this hotel. The rooms desperately need a repairman for the bathroom and furniture (musty drains, loose shower head, missing plug in the sink, very few electrical outlets, sagging closet doors, broken curtains, and kitchen smells and noises permeate the room during restaurant hours). The view is great, but the balcony is so small you can only enjoy it while standing. The waitresses were friendly and attentive.

04/06/2026: Excellent service. The restaurant prices were also very good. Even though our room was right in front of the restaurant's terrace, it wasn't too noisy. The price was perfectly reasonable for what you get. The only downside was the access to the hotel parking lot; I damaged my rearview mirror. A shame, but it was partly my fault. A heads-up would have been nice, otherwise everything was perfect.

10/07/2026: I ordered stuffed focaccia (cooked ham and mozzarella), and the pizza base arrived cold with two pieces of ham... Inedible!!!!! Not recommended

05/04/2026: Ordered on Glovo, very fast, available, and excellent value. The sandwich was slightly smaller than usual, but for the price, it's okay.

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.

30/07/2026: It's a shame you can't give zero stars. The fries were absolutely soggy and served in a plastic container. Contrary to what the menu stated (vegan mayo), the vegan burger arrived completely without sauce and with greasy bits of lettuce with brown spots. Only after a lengthy argument did I get a tiny packet of ketchup. These cost 50 cents, by the way, which is outrageous for 10 grams. The burger cost €7, the fries €6, and a 0.33l can of Coke €4. And then there was a €1.50 service charge on top of it?! Absolutely terrible and overpriced!!

28/07/2026: The service was okay. I only ordered a drink, but the music was really bad, and the DJ was incredibly rude. When some of my friends asked for a song, they even complimented the music, and he responded really rudely. Unacceptable.

22/03/2026: The pizza is excellent, the menu is a bit limited. Prices are high, in my opinion. A negative: when I got home, my clothes were still smelling of frying. The signage outside is sparse; if you don't know where it is, you won't notice it when you walk by.

03/03/2026: WARNING: CHILDREN NOT WELCOME! I've been to this restaurant several times and, unfortunately, I've often turned a blind eye to various poor service without ever complaining. Now I won't do so again. I've had several occasions where they've forgotten ingredients on pizzas, where it's impossible to make any changes—not even the slightest—and where I've had to wait interminably long lines. On one occasion, I was served a different pizza than the one I ordered. I decided to eat it anyway without having it remade as they suggested, but when it came time for the bill, I was charged the full amount down to the last cent, with no regard for the mistake. The most unpleasant incident, however, occurred during my last visit. After an hour of waiting for dessert, my 2-year-old son asked if he could get up and walk toward the entrance without disturbing anyone. At that point, the waitress abruptly reprimanded us, saying, "The child must sit at the table." We replied that if dessert arrived in a reasonable amount of time, we would have finished and left. The attitude was harsh and unsympathetic, clearly giving the impression that the presence of children was not at all welcome. The prices are high; while the pizza is good, it doesn't justify the expense, much less the inattentive and unfriendly service. I will never return.

14/07/2026: First off, I can't comment on the food since I didn't get that far. But it was awful. The menus were laid on the table carelessly and almost irritably, and then, my friends: several dishes were crossed out with a black marker, price lists were covered with stickers, and the cart itself was shabby. Plus, there was a draft under the umbrella; they really could have put a few fans in there.

12/05/2026: The platform leading to the disabled area was blocked by tables, which shouldn't be there, I had to lift my brother up onto the step to let him in.

06/04/2026: I stayed at this hotel on the night between Easter and Easter Monday with fairly high expectations, especially given the beauty of the property, which is certainly charming and offers a delightful view. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was disappointing. The property appears dated and, in my opinion, never truly renovated. We encountered several issues in the room: non-functioning electrical outlets, an unusable refrigerator, and, most seriously, the bathroom was not clean (the toilet was dirty). Furthermore, the shower was completely missing shower gel and shampoo, a difficult omission for a hotel. The spa also left mixed feelings: the sauna and Turkish bath were pleasant, but the pool water was cold, making the experience less than relaxing. When we arrived at 2:15 PM, we were told that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. We were invited to sit outside and have a drink while we waited. We then ordered four spritzes, but the room wasn't delivered until around 3:15 PM, as it still needed cleaning. This was therefore about a half-hour delay compared to what was communicated. Considering the mix-up, it would have been fair for the hotel to at least offer the drinks, but instead we were charged for them. A gesture of courtesy in a situation like this would certainly have made a big difference. In short, the only real strong point is the location and the view. Otherwise, there are several critical issues that need to be addressed, especially in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.

27/03/2026: Terrible experience, the only splendid thing was the view. After purchasing the gift package, I found myself paying for massages that had already been paid for, lunches and food from other guests that I had to have refunded, supplements on the menu (which is illegal by law), even the water that the waiter (Nico) said on the first night was free, the bottle of wine that was in the package, if I didn't ask for it they would never have given it. Dirty rooms, unkempt gardens due to a lack of staff, aquamarine tablecloths with aberrant stains. I strongly advise against it; I suppose a banal 3-star hotel in Bellaria would be better.
