26/12/2025: Friendly staff Quick service and excellent piadina!

23/12/2025: Very, very rude staff. We ordered a baby piadina. After waiting half an hour, I went to ask how long it would take because half an hour seemed like a pretty long time for a baby piadina. The answer? As soon as it rings, it's ready. Okay. After his answer, my partner and I barked, even quite annoyed, but we did it among ourselves, without yelling or anything, so much so that he said that if it wasn't ready in 10 minutes, we would leave it there. After a while, a girl comes over with very rude manners and starts cursing at me, saying that I shouldn't be allowed to ask because they are working and that I was disrespectful, which honestly didn't seem like it to me since I had only asked for a simple thing. Meanwhile, she continued yelling, so we waited there for the piadina. Once we got it, we thanked her and wished her good luck. Their response? None. Rudeness towards customers is always top notch.

29/03/2026: We wanted to get a takeaway slice to try, attracted by its inviting appearance. I only had a €20 note in my wallet, and he said he didn't have change to give me, and the debit card wouldn't accept small amounts (€3.50). Bottom line: we left empty-handed. He probably has no collection problems, but he'd definitely be better off reviewing his customer relations.

08/02/2026: A great place to eat in Vobarno. The kebab is delicious and, above all, plentiful. The owner is very friendly; I highly recommend the place.

25/03/2026: I ordered a pizza capricciosa (cooked ham, mushrooms, and artichokes), asking the waiter to remove the ham... they also removed the mushrooms without me asking, so I had a pizza with artichokes instead. The pizza was pretty basic, nothing special, a bit like the desserts. Overall, a nice place from an aesthetic point of view, but I wouldn't go back for pizza.

08/03/2026: The only positive note of the evening was the presence of young, eager, and helpful waiters, who tried to manage the room with dedication despite the limited staff. Unfortunately, the rest was only sour. The seafood spaghetti was lacking in bite and completely tasteless, sadly reminiscent of spaghetti from a pan. The bottle of wine (about €25) was rather mediocre for the asking price. The dessert was a total disaster: a crème brulee that, shortly after eating it, gave me a bout of sudden diarrhea. A decidedly unwelcome ending to the evening. In short, unless you're a member of the NAS (National Carabinieri) waiting for a check... definitely avoid this place.

15/12/2025: The usual city McDonald's. On Sundays, it's crowded and not very clean.

24/11/2025: Someone tell that rude Antonella that customer service isn't an option in a restaurant. Today (November 24, 2025, approximately 1:30 PM), I politely asked about the X Factor mug, and I certainly never expected a rude and acidic response like that of the aforementioned Antonella: "There's no mug, no offering." So I suggest the manager double-check her skills and send her out to fry fries or mop the floors if hospitality isn't her forte. Despite this unfortunate event, McDonald's is and will always remain an institution that will feed students leaving school. One last minor detail: my Big Mc, from which I had asked to remove the sauce and cucumbers, had sauce (I bet Anto put it there).

31/10/2025: Friendly staff, I've always found it clean. Both brand-name and discount products are available. A fresh meat, cold cuts, and cheese counter is missing.

02/03/2026: A very pleasant karaoke evening. The restaurant owner was very courteous and competent. The staff on Saturday, February 28th, were neither professional nor competent. The staff on February 14th were much better.

14/03/2026: Terrible... Pizzas with a high price, in my opinion. 9 euros for a 4 Seasons pizza, even with minimal toppings. I also ordered a baby pizza with sausages and no mozzarella for my lactose-intolerant child, and the pizza arrived with sausages and mozzarella. I called to report the incident at 7:45 PM. They delivered the pizza at 8:25 PM. I definitely won't be back because of the chewy dough, the service that's inattentive to customer requests, the high prices, and because nine people eating while the baby cries because he wants to eat too is unacceptable.

27/01/2026: Really good place, both for the prices and the pizza, very good. The interior is nice and, above all, very clean. My only advice is that those stopping by for lunch or in the evening should find a way to warm up the place a bit. Because if you eat there, it can get a bit cold. But overall, it's a really worthwhile place to stop by for a good pizza.

We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

10/12/2025: Excellent, I'd say. The food is truly exquisite, sublime, and flavorful. Over the past few years, both the service and the quality of the dishes have definitely improved. I highly recommend it to everyone.

14/11/2025: Went to the restaurant for the first time tonight. The decor was nothing to write home about. It was cold in the restaurant. The rice noodles with prawns were full of garlic and onion, and completely lacked salt. The sweet and sour prawns were full of vinegar. The fried battered vegetables were full of oil. The curry rice seemed reheated, and the rice tasted old. I'm sorry to say that we won't be returning. We were very, very disappointed by what I described earlier. I'm also leaving a review on Google and other sites. I'm sorry, but all the dishes we ordered mentioned above were inedible.

18/07/2025: Thursday, July 17, 9:15 AM. Usually, when a cappuccino is made with such little effort and the milk is so poorly mixed before being added to the coffee, the result is a caffe latte instead of a creamy cappuccino. Every job requires a certain skill. For a barista serving breakfast, knowing how to make a creamy cappuccino is essential. The brioches are excellent in terms of variety and deliciousness.

04/11/2025: An experience I wouldn't repeat. A business lunch. Unfortunately, the food wasn't very good. I received a salad without asking for it. I ordered a main course and they added an extra dish to my plate without explaining what it was, and it wasn't even good, unfortunately. They should warn customers before serving off-menu items that the staff chooses; perhaps someone has an allergy.

09/01/2026: After 40 minutes they tell me that they no longer have the cheese and that my order was mistakenly given to another person.

02/01/2026: And the service is absolutely zero and it's the 4th time I order with Delivero and the Coca Cola I paid for doesn't arrive on time. I try to call for an explanation and they don't answer, at least they had the decency to answer. If I can recommend, don't go there, they're not very serious people.
