I made good purchases but the center is depressing due to many closed shops

It's a shame that it feels like wandering through an abandoned area. I've been to the dentist and initially thought the mall was closed to the public, as I entered through the back entrance. However, the few remaining shops are well-stocked and have very friendly staff. It's clear the regular clientele has remained the same for years; a pleasant atmosphere has been created.

I was there on a Sunday. Nice shopping center like many around. Nothing special. There is everything from the supermarket, to bars, to Chinese shops and jewelry stores. I don't know if I'll go back.

The ongoing crisis facing small shops is causing even these small shopping centers to struggle. The exceptions are supermarkets that primarily sell food and one-size-fits-all stores like those run by the Chinese. In a while, Amazon and online sales will cause even this little that remains to close.
