A café in Montichiari's main square. Excellent for sweet breakfasts (nothing savory). The croissants are delicious (although they're baked on site, not from a pastry shop), with generous fillings.

Piadina is quite tasty, good for a light lunch. Limonita is homemade and not sweetened. Gelato is relatively cheap, the sorbet is creamy. Club Kave espresso is robust and strong. Overall a nice meal and nice view of the piazza.

On a day like today (August 17, 2026), it's not easy to find a place to stay, considering it's the Ferragosto weekend. For this reason alone, the place is worth it; I love the hospitality. In any case, what they offered us was good. Thank you.

03/10/2025: Tourist trap?? If you enjoy delicious food and friendly service, this is the place for you. If you're looking for great food at a reasonable price, you're probably better off looking elsewhere. We'll be back anytime!
17/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant! Great view! Special dishes 🥰 and friendly staff! A fantastic evening for us. We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

04/02/2026: The restaurant is a little dated, but otherwise everything is fine: homemade, good-quality food, friendly staff, and excellent prices.
18/01/2026: Very good ingredients. It's a local restaurant, everyone knows each other, and people chat from table to table. The only thing is, use a little less butter because my cholesterol levels rise just looking at my casoncelli.
