28/10/2025: I ate Alpine piadina which wasn't bad but the amount of filling was too small and the speck was of such poor quality that I couldn't chew it.

08/09/2025: The bar is located right in front of the Vittoriale. For lunch, it offers sandwiches, piadinas, pizzas, bruschetta, salads, and hot dishes. The sandwiches aren't anything special, but they're fine for an unpretentious lunch. The service is incredibly slow! Prices are average.

01/08/2025: Terrible experience. The barista wanted to pay for using the restroom. Before telling me where the correct door was, she wanted me to get a coffee. When I left, I paid for the coffee but didn't drink it, leaving me wondering what I thought of the situation. The door has no indication that it's a restroom, and the light went off while I was doing my business, I think intentionally, to force me to leave early. I would have gladly bought something out of courtesy. Unpleasant experience. If I could, I would have given it negative stars. Highly not recommended.

09/09/2025: At this establishment, one of the waiters was busy pouring water from bottles already consumed by customers into a larger bottle and then bringing it out to the tables. The level of hygiene is unspeakable.

24/10/2025: Wanting a quick brunch before leaving Sirmione, we stopped at this very basic place, halfway between a bar and a street food joint, offering a variety of food, from fried foods to desserts. The stools aren't particularly comfortable, but the (few) tables at the back offer a nice view and are quiet. The Indian man who seated us was kind and even honest when asked if they had fresh cakes made daily (which he said no), which I appreciated. We made a change to our order, and he accommodated us without a problem. Unfortunately, however, what arrived didn't quite meet our expectations: too dry and burnt, and with a generic sweetish flavor. Not only that, but for a simple breakfast with a paper placemat, we had to pay a cover charge, which is absurd. Moral of the story: we ate two savory croissants, but in the end, the most expensive thing was the bill.

03/10/2025: We stopped for pizza, but that was our mistake. The service was very nice, but the pizza was terrible. Apparently, it's the worst pizza in Italy, and it still tastes best, but this one was terrible. It was like buying it at the store for €2 and baking it in the oven without even thinking about it. For example, at a restaurant, we pay €23 for pizza, pasta, two Aperols, or €25 at most. And here, for two pizzas, water, and a Coca-Cola, it's €37. If I'd paid that much for a good pizza, I wouldn't have had any, but this pizza should have cost €3 at most. So, if you're hungry, find something else. 😊

12/10/2025: Don’t be deceived by the charming man at the entrance who enthusiastically explains the menu and convinces you to step inside… it’s all an act. We decided to give the restaurant a chance, only to be completely misled by everything he promised about the food. Because it was a chilly evening, I ordered the mussel soup and was given the option of a creamy or tomato broth. I chose the tomato, expecting something warm and flavorful. What I received instead was a bowl of salty, murky water with dried-out, overwhelmingly fishy mussels. It wasn’t just disappointing, it was inedible, and it wasn’t even what I had ordered. When I politely pointed this out, the waiter offered little more than a shrug and a half-hearted apology before suggesting another dish, though by that point, I had completely lost confidence in the kitchen and couldn’t bring myself to order anything else. My daughter’s tomato pasta was not much better. It was overcooked and in an insignificant tasting sauce that was too oily. The final insult came when we went to pay… the waiter tried to charge us coperto for 4 people when there were only 2 of us, clearly hoping we wouldn’t notice. I rarely leave negative reviews or complain at a restaurant but this was hands down the worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had, not just in Italy, but anywhere. Do yourself a favor and stay far, far away from this place.

12/10/2025: From the outside, an attractive restaurant with a pushy tout at the door. The inside was very cramped with sticky tables. The food, unfortunately, was a disaster. The dishes weren't properly hot and mostly tasteless. The portions were very small for the price, like a welcome from the kitchen. The service was very inattentive. In fact, no one was full, and we had to go to another restaurant afterwards. Don't be fooled and steer clear of this restaurant.

11/10/2025: One person must pay for everyone, they do not accept separate bills or Roman bills.

21/08/2025: The quality of the ingredients and the service absolutely need to be reconsidered. The waiters are completely inadequate. Calling it a "pizza tour" is madness. Change for the better...it's possible...you just have to want it!

08/10/2025: Don't be fooled by my photo, ginseng that tastes like nothing, the automatic machine makes it better at this point and brioche that are definitely yesterday's ones... all flavorless and expensive too 🫣

08/10/2025: So... Soggy overcooked pasta, with the sauce having gone bad in my opinion, which was then recovered with a splash of white wine, left on the plate, they didn't even have the kindness to take it off the bill, with the second course they were somewhat saved, the only good thing was the courtesy of the waitress, the rest is not to be returned, luckily it is close to the hospital in case of a stomach problem you can get there quickly

04/09/2025: Terrible service, it took them over 20 minutes to place two orders. Plus, this is the state of the sandwich, which was also cold. Speechless.

03/09/2025: Disappointing across the board, poorly maintained environment, food to be completely overhauled, boiled hamburgers, poor quality bread, chips that taste like they've been frozen, 22 euros truly wasted.

06/10/2025: I wasn't happy about having to go to the post office, but I found a fantastic employee, kind, cheerful, one of those people who makes me believe in the human race. Serial number 382336. She always looked after me with a smile and professionalism. HIRE MORE PEOPLE LIKE THIS!! GREAT
