14/03/2026: Terrible... Pizzas with a high price, in my opinion. 9 euros for a 4 Seasons pizza, even with minimal toppings. I also ordered a baby pizza with sausages and no mozzarella for my lactose-intolerant child, and the pizza arrived with sausages and mozzarella. I called to report the incident at 7:45 PM. They delivered the pizza at 8:25 PM. I definitely won't be back because of the chewy dough, the service that's inattentive to customer requests, the high prices, and because nine people eating while the baby cries because he wants to eat too is unacceptable.

27/01/2026: Really good place, both for the prices and the pizza, very good. The interior is nice and, above all, very clean. My only advice is that those stopping by for lunch or in the evening should find a way to warm up the place a bit. Because if you eat there, it can get a bit cold. But overall, it's a really worthwhile place to stop by for a good pizza.

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.

26/09/2025: The pizza was average; I've had much better. However, we were very surprised by the final price. The pizza had a different price on the menu than on the bill, and an additional €5 coperto for service that wasn't included? I could understand if the waiter was friendly, kind, and chatty. But he took the order and brought it back, and we received an uncut pizza, so we had to make it ourselves. We had to ask for the bill ourselves. Ultimately, we paid what we'd normally spend at a restaurant, including desserts and drinks. The price-to-quality ratio was terrible.

13/10/2025: Nice hotel with a good and varied breakfast! We got a room with a view of Lake Garda, very nice. The location is good with local restaurants nearby and the staff was nice. We would have liked to have stayed longer here!

12/10/2025: The view, as well as the hotel as a whole and the service, are fantastic! A 200-meter walk takes you into the village's pedestrian zone, with excellent restaurants and shops. The hotel is very well run and very clean! We didn't miss a thing at breakfast, nor in the room. The pool is fantastic, the bar is very good, and we received first-class espresso, which you can even enjoy on your own balcony. It's actually perfect, except that the hotel owners are unfortunately helpless when it comes to the parking problem. The staff, however, are making the most of the parking misplanning and bravely accepted my suggestion for improvement.

26/12/2025: I'm not satisfied with the service. I purchased a menu for around €10 that included a beer, but it wasn't opened upon delivery. I only noticed this after going up to the second floor, and honestly, I didn't feel like going back down just to have it opened. I then tried to open it myself with a lighter, but in the process, the beer was ruined and unusable. The result: I had to buy the entire menu again and pay twice, all due to a simple oversight that could have been avoided. I understand that it can happen, but these things need to be more careful, especially when selling sealed drinks that are normally opened at the counter. A negative experience.

22/12/2025: What a story, guys! Be patient, finish reading this review! I went to this place this evening. I initially wanted a MCdrive to take away, but there were 4-5 cars waiting, and there were only 3 free spots in the parking lot, so I decided to park and go inside, quicker! It was around 8:45 PM and I was starving. I had ordered a fish sandwich that I wanted to eat right there, plus 20 nuggets to take away for my son! Of course, when I ordered from the machine, I pressed tray. What a bag! So, when my food was ready, I approached the cashier. I asked with a kind smile: Excuse me, can I have an extra bag because I have to take away some of the food? The girl who brought me the tray was obviously a new arrival, poor thing, she wasn't sure if she could give it to me or not, so she looked at another black girl (I don't know if she was the manager) to say, "Can I give it to me?" The nice black girl turned to me and said: "Excuse me, can't you use please or please, it's more polite?" Good heavens! I'm a Chinese woman of almost 40, and I've lived in the area for over 25 years. Nothing like this has ever happened to me in my life. I mean, I swear, I didn't expect him to say that. I didn't understand anything anymore. I don't know what I did wrong. I was left feeling like an idiot for five seconds! Immediately afterward, I replied: "Look, ma'am, I asked if I could have one." I didn't say, "Can you give me a bag?" (I sounded a little high-pitched, but I have to be honest.) The girl kept repeating, "No," but you say please or please! Guys, please, help me understand. Do you think I was rude by saying, "Excuse me, if I can have another bag," instead of "Please, can you give me another bag?" Thank you!

19/04/2026: Even one star is too much. Our stay at this hotel was a complete disappointment, and I've never experienced anything like it on any other vacation. We originally booked six days but had to leave on the second day because the conditions were simply unacceptable. It was clear upon arrival that the pictures online didn't reflect reality. Everything looks neat and inviting in the photos, but it's a completely different story. We weren't expecting luxury – but at least honesty. My personal wish was to sit on the balcony in the morning, drink a coffee, and enjoy the view. Instead, there was just a small green stool meant to serve as a "table." This had absolutely nothing to do with the expectations conveyed by the pictures. A major reason for booking was the supposedly on-site restaurant. According to the Booking.com description, it should have been open. However, upon arrival, we discovered that the restaurant was closed for renovations. There was absolutely no clear indication of this during the booking process. The staff claimed this information was somewhere on the website, but it was neither transparent nor easy to find. Particularly annoying: without a restaurant, there was no way to get coffee, as there was neither a coffee maker nor a kettle in the room. The room itself was also a major problem. The insulation was a disaster. You could hear every sound from outside as if the window were open. It was very windy at night, and the wind even came through the blind box into the room. This made it not only extremely noisy but also cold. In addition, flowerpots hanging outside banged against the wall all night – a constant, disturbing noise that made sleep impossible. There were also other unidentifiable noises. At 5:30 a.m., we'd had enough. We were completely exhausted and annoyed, packed our suitcases, and checked out immediately. The amenities also left much to be desired. The bathroom door was difficult to close – you had to lift it and push it with force. This was simply unpleasant and impractical, especially at night. We then switched to a different hotel – with an almost identical view. There, everything was as expected: a proper table and comfortable seating on the balcony a quiet, well-insulated room overall a significantly higher standard, almost luxurious including breakfast And all this for only about €30 more. This clearly shows that the price-performance ratio at the first hotel was completely off. I'm currently still in contact with the hotel and trying to get my money back. Unfortunately, I'm being completely ignored. I definitely cannot recommend this hotel. For me, it was one of the worst experiences ever. I will also post my videos and experiences on YouTube so that others are warned. For the same price, I would have preferred to rent an apartment with a kitchenette and more space.

12/05/2026: First of all, the pizza wasn't even cut, which is truly absurd for a takeout service. The size was incredibly small compared to the price paid: basically, a mini pizza sold as if it were a large one. Furthermore, the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, especially the waiter, who seemed annoyed by every question. Service was slow and lacking in customer service. Finally, there weren't even napkins in the pizza box. Simple but important details that demonstrate how little customer care is shown. A disappointing experience; I won't be returning.

27/04/2026: We went to this restaurant for an organized dinner (there were about 30 of us). They had decided on a €30 menu, including dessert... Let's start with the appetizer: good, but the main courses were limited (so, at most, two slices of cured meats per person). The first course was saffron rice with guanciale, which I'd say was just enough and in a small quantity. For the second course, a roast loin, two slices per person, and a few roast potatoes. For dessert, a panettone and a pandoro cut into tiny slices... I can understand the rising costs of raw materials, but I'd like to put your mini portions on your plates to see if you wouldn't leave feeling under-full... I don't think we'll be back. Dear Mr. Owner, if you had replied to me in time and not more than a year late, I think you might have remembered... That's not nice of you...

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that I've been working in Brescia for a year and have tried quite a few places serving happy hour in the area. The happy hour was terrible! There were practically no appetizers, let me tell you. Even though we asked if we could have appetizers, when they were brought to our table it seemed like a joke. Just turn the corner and for the same price you get much better service. I think you should think more carefully about what you serve for happy hour to stay up to the standards we have here. Keep up to date, that's just my advice. I'll be back, but not for happy hour! Best regards

26/10/2025: Nice atmosphere, unfortunately empty on Saturday night (30-40 people), not worth the entry price. The bouncers are quite obsessive, and honestly, going to the bathroom without doors and having security watching you isn't great—we're not all drug addicts. You can't pay with a card, I fear it's not legal in 2024. Quite disappointing.

04/04/2026: Gorgeous is an understatement. I went to Faita because I'd heard about the excellent cuisine. Right on the ski slopes, the staff were welcoming and professional. The food was truly excellent and high-quality. The prices were in line with the experience.

21/02/2026: A Saturday afternoon among the alleys of Iseo and a coffee break that will reawaken your senses. The place is welcoming, but the real highlight is the staff: extremely kind, fast, and always smiling. A little gem of courtesy in the historic center!

02/10/2025: A place that could be okay, but unfortunately it's become the official headquarters of the old slobbering club. They come in, sit down, and the only sport they engage in is hurling mongoloid jokes at the barmaids: "Do you have a boyfriend? What a shame...", "How old are you? Oh no, otherwise I'll end up in jail." Funny thing? No, sickening thing. The barmaids, poor things, are forced to smile, but it's clear that inside they only have to think about how stupid those "beings" are. If I were in their shoes, honestly, I wouldn't set foot in there again. The atmosphere is toxic, the environment is embarrassing and degrading. There's no bar atmosphere here, but rather the reek of staleness and old-age sexism. If you're looking for a place to spend a peaceful hour, avoid it. If, on the other hand, you enjoy watching pathetic circus-like scenes, then make yourself comfortable.
