10/12/2025: Excellent, I'd say. The food is truly exquisite, sublime, and flavorful. Over the past few years, both the service and the quality of the dishes have definitely improved. I highly recommend it to everyone.
14/11/2025: Went to the restaurant for the first time tonight. The decor was nothing to write home about. It was cold in the restaurant. The rice noodles with prawns were full of garlic and onion, and completely lacked salt. The sweet and sour prawns were full of vinegar. The fried battered vegetables were full of oil. The curry rice seemed reheated, and the rice tasted old. I'm sorry to say that we won't be returning. We were very, very disappointed by what I described earlier. I'm also leaving a review on Google and other sites. I'm sorry, but all the dishes we ordered mentioned above were inedible.

18/07/2025: Thursday, July 17, 9:15 AM. Usually, when a cappuccino is made with such little effort and the milk is so poorly mixed before being added to the coffee, the result is a caffe latte instead of a creamy cappuccino. Every job requires a certain skill. For a barista serving breakfast, knowing how to make a creamy cappuccino is essential. The brioches are excellent in terms of variety and deliciousness.

17/09/2025: A wonderful restaurant! Great view! Special dishes 🥰 and friendly staff! A fantastic evening for us. We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰.
I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant!

02/01/2026: And the service is absolutely zero and it's the 4th time I order with Delivero and the Coca Cola I paid for doesn't arrive on time. I try to call for an explanation and they don't answer, at least they had the decency to answer. If I can recommend, don't go there, they're not very serious people.

12/10/2025: As soon as we entered, the waitress listed the few dishes available. We ordered casoncelli and a main course with polenta, potatoes, and ribs. The casoncelli were excellent, the polenta hard and flavorless. The surprise was the price of the main course: €25. Advice: You should inform your customers of the price of the dishes you offer. Even if it were plentiful, I honestly wouldn't have ordered it. For pork and some potatoes, no way.
15/08/2025: I confess that we went there by chance, it was starting to get late and we weren't expecting much because the location was a bit out of the way, instead we had a very good dinner: ordinary but good dishes, exceptional casoncelli, very hospitable owner and waitress, more than reasonable price.

On Sundays, it's crowded and not very clean.
24/11/2025: Someone tell that rude Antonella that customer service isn't an option in a restaurant. Today (November 24, 2025, approximately 1:30 PM), I politely asked about the X Factor mug, and I certainly never expected a rude and acidic response like that of the aforementioned Antonella: "There's no mug, no offering." So I suggest the manager double-check her skills and send her out to fry fries or mop the floors if hospitality isn't her forte.
Despite this unfortunate event, McDonald's is and will always remain an institution that will feed students leaving school.
One last minor detail: my Big Mc, from which I had asked to remove the sauce and cucumbers, had sauce (I bet Anto put it there).

19/02/2026: This evening I tried calling three times, about an hour before closing time, to ask for some information and to place an order for tomorrow evening, as I couldn't handle it myself tomorrow.
The phone rang for a long time each time, with no one answering. No recorded message or "social media post."
As a regular customer, I was disappointed.
20/12/2025: Excellent pizza.
They're always super busy, so if you want pizza by 7:30 PM, call now!
The fries are worth it, too!

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.
15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.
