Usually, when a cappuccino is made with such little effort and the milk is so poorly mixed before being added to the coffee, the result is a caffe latte instead of a creamy cappuccino. Every job requires a certain skill. For a barista serving breakfast, knowing how to make a creamy cappuccino is essential. The brioches are excellent in terms of variety and deliciousness.

10/12/2025: Excellent, I'd say. The food is truly exquisite, sublime, and flavorful. Over the past few years, both the service and the quality of the dishes have definitely improved. I highly recommend it to everyone.

14/11/2025: Went to the restaurant for the first time tonight. The decor was nothing to write home about. It was cold in the restaurant. The rice noodles with prawns were full of garlic and onion, and completely lacked salt. The sweet and sour prawns were full of vinegar. The fried battered vegetables were full of oil. The curry rice seemed reheated, and the rice tasted old. I'm sorry to say that we won't be returning. We were very, very disappointed by what I described earlier. I'm also leaving a review on Google and other sites. I'm sorry, but all the dishes we ordered mentioned above were inedible.

26/12/2025: Friendly staff Quick service and excellent piadina!

23/12/2025: Very, very rude staff. We ordered a baby piadina. After waiting half an hour, I went to ask how long it would take because half an hour seemed like a pretty long time for a baby piadina. The answer? As soon as it rings, it's ready. Okay. After his answer, my partner and I barked, even quite annoyed, but we did it among ourselves, without yelling or anything, so much so that he said that if it wasn't ready in 10 minutes, we would leave it there. After a while, a girl comes over with very rude manners and starts cursing at me, saying that I shouldn't be allowed to ask because they are working and that I was disrespectful, which honestly didn't seem like it to me since I had only asked for a simple thing. Meanwhile, she continued yelling, so we waited there for the piadina. Once we got it, we thanked her and wished her good luck. Their response? None. Rudeness towards customers is always top notch.

22/02/2026: A single kiosk, impossible without a credit card machine. A minute and a half to process the order at the kiosk and a 15-minute wait for a classic piadina. Do we really need to go to Mac? Plus, the prosciutto wasn't fresh.

02/01/2026: And the service is absolutely zero and it's the 4th time I order with Delivero and the Coca Cola I paid for doesn't arrive on time. I try to call for an explanation and they don't answer, at least they had the decency to answer. If I can recommend, don't go there, they're not very serious people.

We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

25/09/2025: The person serving us made inappropriate jokes, and once I pointed this out, she downplayed it. No apologies. Caffè d'oro tasted burnt, good cappuccino, average croissant. I was passing through, and I absolutely wouldn't return if I were in the area again.

24/12/2025: I was there with my family and I ate an ice cream with caramel and the peanuts in question were so hard that I broke a molar. I didn't ask the operators to help me because it hurt, so I left. This ice cream cost me a thousand euros at the dentist's office.

04/01/2026: Honestly, it seems absurd to me that such a popular place can't offer gluten-free bread or focaccia. Even more serious is that a celiac person has to pay the same price for an aperitivo as someone who can eat gluten, despite not being able to consume bread, breadsticks, or focaccia, and with no other options to choose from.
