15/08/2026: The service was terrible. We sat at a table and waited 10 minutes, even though the bar was fairly empty. They brought us our menus. The waiters walked past our table without even stopping to take our order. After a 20-minute wait, we got up and left. A truly awful experience, especially considering the place wasn't at all busy.

12/08/2026: Staff very unfriendly, give priority to Italians and ignore tourists.

26/05/2026: DISHONEST AND RUDE!!! They tried to sell me the air fryer for €69 instead of €59. When I tried to speak, the sales assistant turned away and walked away, saying, "I have other things to do..." I filed a complaint with their Customer Service, and they did respond, but they didn't even apologize!

25/06/2026: Mr Asghar is an amazing man serving equally amazing HALAL comfort fast food! He helped me and my family get to our destination safe and sound after buses left us stranded, he fed us and accommodated us well also. The food is great both in price and quality! After spending a week in Italy I find myself craving a burger from Hymalaya, definitely worth a visit :)

30/04/2026: I had a really wonderful experience at this shop. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh, and full of flavor. Everything was prepared very nicely and you can tell they care about quality. What impressed me even more was the behavior of the shop owner. The owner was very kind, polite, and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. It’s always nice to see someone treating customers with respect and a smile. I truly enjoyed my visit and I would definitely recommend this place to others. I will surely come back again!🥰

12/05/2026: A little gem in the middle of the mountains... we stumbled upon it by chance, received a warm welcome, and the meal was exceptional. Starter, main course, dessert, water, and coffee for €16 per person: unbeatable! We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, thank you for this wonderful experience 🙏🏼

03/05/2026: On the national highway, we stopped at this bar-restaurant to eat something, but since it was 2.35pm there was nothing left available, not even a toast, so everything else is quite relative.

11/08/2026: Well, we've had several drive-throughs. They often get something wrong in the order or leave things out, like one night they forgot two large potatoes that were on the menu, and it wasn't the first time. They bag them haphazardly, and in fact, when we got home, we noticed that the sandwiches were all upside down and open because they had been placed upright in the bag... We're human, mistakes happen, but when made like this, they often turn out to be carelessness.

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.

09/03/2026: I'll start by saying that the prices aren't low; or rather, they've gone up significantly in recent years. However, it seems to me that the quality has also improved, at least for the mini pastries, although they've always been good. The use of vanilla bean in the cream isn't a given; in fact, the creamy pastries are really good. I was surprisingly satisfied (I hadn't been back in a couple of years), perhaps also because their competitors in the area have significantly lowered their quality-price ratio, unlike them. In my opinion, the staff doesn't deserve criticism; it's hard to say the place is run by rude people.

06/03/2026: AWFUL!!! This morning I went to this pastry shop and never returned. The first thing I noticed was that the pastries were from the day before and definitely not as fresh as you'd expect from a pastry shop. Not to mention the owner looks at you in a way that almost makes you feel intimidated, displaying a lack of professionalism. Lastly, I'd like to say that I noticed that the leftover food was taken to the back kitchen and not thrown away like everything else in the trash can on the counter. I hope it was thrown in another trash can and not reused for someone else's aperitif. The bill wasn't even cheap. NEVER AGAIN!!!

30/07/2026: It's a shame you can't give zero stars. The fries were absolutely soggy and served in a plastic container. Contrary to what the menu stated (vegan mayo), the vegan burger arrived completely without sauce and with greasy bits of lettuce with brown spots. Only after a lengthy argument did I get a tiny packet of ketchup. These cost 50 cents, by the way, which is outrageous for 10 grams. The burger cost €7, the fries €6, and a 0.33l can of Coke €4. And then there was a €1.50 service charge on top of it?! Absolutely terrible and overpriced!!

28/07/2026: The service was okay. I only ordered a drink, but the music was really bad, and the DJ was incredibly rude. When some of my friends asked for a song, they even complimented the music, and he responded really rudely. Unacceptable.

26/07/2026: Decent service but no receipt... Two people paid in front of me and no receipt and I had to ask for mine.....

14/07/2026: First off, I can't comment on the food since I didn't get that far. But it was awful. The menus were laid on the table carelessly and almost irritably, and then, my friends: several dishes were crossed out with a black marker, price lists were covered with stickers, and the cart itself was shabby. Plus, there was a draft under the umbrella; they really could have put a few fans in there.

14/06/2025: Whether you like it or not.. If Michelin is the most illustrious reference for restaurants, Gambero Rosso is for pastry shops. Surely in first place there is always the skill, but believe me There are places known more than others thanks also to the compromises that along their path, one is willing to "marry". A few examples? Using a water label compared to another... A flour compared to another. An oil compared to another. Etc... Sometimes it can make the difference. If instead all this, together with the various social networks, the various advertisements, television programs are put in second place.... here's the fact that one becomes much much less known than Others.... Sometimes it happens, to be a little more curious and to go and read what the classic normality (the network) offers us... An example? Dolce Reale. I avoid saying what it could be, it must be You, to go and discover it. In the meantime, I ask you, go and read the Gambero Rosso Italian pastry shop ranking, you will find a huge surprise. "The Pastry Chef" that all the Italian people know has the same score as this small but very sweet pastry shop on the outskirts....

06/04/2026: I stayed at this hotel on the night between Easter and Easter Monday with fairly high expectations, especially given the beauty of the property, which is certainly charming and offers a delightful view. Unfortunately, however, the overall experience was disappointing. The property appears dated and, in my opinion, never truly renovated. We encountered several issues in the room: non-functioning electrical outlets, an unusable refrigerator, and, most seriously, the bathroom was not clean (the toilet was dirty). Furthermore, the shower was completely missing shower gel and shampoo, a difficult omission for a hotel. The spa also left mixed feelings: the sauna and Turkish bath were pleasant, but the pool water was cold, making the experience less than relaxing. When we arrived at 2:15 PM, we were told that the room would be ready at 2:30 PM. We were invited to sit outside and have a drink while we waited. We then ordered four spritzes, but the room wasn't delivered until around 3:15 PM, as it still needed cleaning. This was therefore about a half-hour delay compared to what was communicated. Considering the mix-up, it would have been fair for the hotel to at least offer the drinks, but instead we were charged for them. A gesture of courtesy in a situation like this would certainly have made a big difference. In short, the only real strong point is the location and the view. Otherwise, there are several critical issues that need to be addressed, especially in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service.

27/03/2026: Terrible experience, the only splendid thing was the view. After purchasing the gift package, I found myself paying for massages that had already been paid for, lunches and food from other guests that I had to have refunded, supplements on the menu (which is illegal by law), even the water that the waiter (Nico) said on the first night was free, the bottle of wine that was in the package, if I didn't ask for it they would never have given it. Dirty rooms, unkempt gardens due to a lack of staff, aquamarine tablecloths with aberrant stains. I strongly advise against it; I suppose a banal 3-star hotel in Bellaria would be better.
