02/01/2026: And the service is absolutely zero and it's the 4th time I order with Delivero and the Coca Cola I paid for doesn't arrive on time. I try to call for an explanation and they don't answer, at least they had the decency to answer. If I can recommend, don't go there, they're not very serious people.

We ate there last year...we were looking forward to it again this year 🥰...and of course, an evening at Ai Pines is on the cards for next year on Lake Garda 🥰. I don't understand some of the reviews here...yes, tastes differ, but there's something for everyone in this restaurant! Keep up the good work! Thank you and see you next year 🥰

Even more serious is that a celiac person has to pay the same price for an aperitivo as someone who can eat gluten, despite not being able to consume bread, breadsticks, or focaccia, and with no other options to choose from.

14/11/2025: Went to the restaurant for the first time tonight. The decor was nothing to write home about. It was cold in the restaurant. The rice noodles with prawns were full of garlic and onion, and completely lacked salt. The sweet and sour prawns were full of vinegar. The fried battered vegetables were full of oil. The curry rice seemed reheated, and the rice tasted old. I'm sorry to say that we won't be returning. We were very, very disappointed by what I described earlier. I'm also leaving a review on Google and other sites. I'm sorry, but all the dishes we ordered mentioned above were inedible.

19/02/2026: This evening I tried calling three times, about an hour before closing time, to ask for some information and to place an order for tomorrow evening, as I couldn't handle it myself tomorrow. The phone rang for a long time each time, with no one answering. No recorded message or "social media post." As a regular customer, I was disappointed.

25/01/2026: Nice bar, very kind staff, they serve aperitifs, breakfasts, fresh fruit and all types of brioches, including vegan varieties, prices are a bit high and the sandwiches are super chubby.

26/03/2026: Everything was perfect, great for a quick meal in Ponte di Legno. The staff was very friendly and helpful! The piadinas were delicious and very filling, definitely worth a try.

11/01/2026: We went to this place at 8:30 pm, the temperature was freezing. I ordered a club sandwich and they had run out of sliced ​​meats. It can happen even if you're in the middle of service, it's not midnight. I asked for a vegan burger and it ran out of this too, and there weren't 1000 people in the place, but maybe 15. In the end, I got a cutlet with no shape or form. We left smelling of fried food, looking like we'd worked in a deli.

04/01/2026: A terrible experience in every way. From the moment we entered, my companion and I noticed a dirty and neglected environment, but despite this, we decided to go in because you can never judge from the outside. Once we were seated, we immediately realized it was extremely cold, so much so that it made our stay extremely unpleasant. We ordered an appetizer, which we had to send back because it was served cold. At that point, I checked the sauces on the table and discovered that all the mayonnaise had expired. I mentioned this to the lady in the dining room, who was rude and unprofessional; even worse, she didn't even remove the expired sauces from the other tables, even though they were the same ones. Annoyed by this correct observation, she was unable to offer us alternatives to pair with our food, and furthermore, she left the expired sauces on other tables, while customers continued to consume them. The burgers were the final blow: inedible, so salty that they completely covered every other flavor. You couldn't distinguish the ingredients; the only thing you could taste was the salt. A truly negative experience, with poor hygiene, poor-quality food, and rude staff. Absolutely not recommended.

24/11/2025: Someone tell that rude Antonella that customer service isn't an option in a restaurant. Today (November 24, 2025, approximately 1:30 PM), I politely asked about the X Factor mug, and I certainly never expected a rude and acidic response like that of the aforementioned Antonella: "There's no mug, no offering." So I suggest the manager double-check her skills and send her out to fry fries or mop the floors if hospitality isn't her forte. Despite this unfortunate event, McDonald's is and will always remain an institution that will feed students leaving school. One last minor detail: my Big Mc, from which I had asked to remove the sauce and cucumbers, had sauce (I bet Anto put it there).

23/10/2025: The food is mediocre, nothing special, but not bad either. It's a mix of a bistro and a restaurant. I highly recommend the restaurant for a quick bite to eat. But the view is unmissable. The ambiance (outside) is lovely. The waitress who served us was nice, polite, and professional.

15/09/2025: We had a wonderful time at Restaurant Essentia. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. The service is perfect, and the setting is calm and relaxing, surrounded by greenery and with a slight view of Lake Garda.

17/09/2025: An extraordinary pastry shop in Brescia. Unfortunately, I didn't take a picture of the gigantic maritozzo with pistachios I had for breakfast because it was so beautiful and a unique taste experience. If you want a superlative breakfast, go here. You'll remember it forever. 30 with honors 👍😃
