30/09/2025: 2 glasses of white milk, a coffee and three parcels for 14.80 euros, but the worst thing is that the chocolate and raisin parcel was sour, really sour, as if there was lemon in it. So, exaggerated prices and dubious quality. I would add that the prices were not displayed or not visible, otherwise I would have left if I saw that a parcel cost 3.5 euros.

12/10/2025: The quality of the croissants is excellent, 2.50 litres each is too expensive, the coffee is not up to par, the ice cream is good, the environment is nice and clean, the prices are quite high in my opinion.

08/10/2025: I stumbled upon this place by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery! Breakfast is available even after 12:00, a rare and much appreciated treat. The staff is young and friendly, and the place is spacious and welcoming, with plenty of seating and a clean bathroom. Highly recommended!

01/08/2025: This pastry shop is truly a gem! A place to relax and chat with Francy, who has the rare ability to adapt to every customer without ever being intrusive, but always engaging. Excellent table service, always prompt and precise (she remembers everyone's preferences). A place that combines the best of bars and cafes. Delicious breakfasts with homemade pastries, light and fluffy pastries with vegan options, and delicious soy cappuccinos, the custard never tastes eggy and melts in your mouth, and the owner is a highly skilled pastry chef with excellent cakes and panettone/colomba cakes made in-house during the season. The shortcrust pastry and fruit are always fresh. The aperitifs are also very good, accompanied by their mini pizzas, and sandwiches and pizzas are available for lunch. They often organize take-out/eat-in skewers and other events featuring good food. The place is very clean, in a strategic location, not in the smog of the city but not on the outskirts where it's difficult to meet someone. If you become loyal, it'll be easy to make friends with those who are regulars. It's a perfect place for both formal and informal gatherings, where you can relax and get what you ask for without the inconvenience of receiving the wrong order. The bathroom is always clean, and you can enjoy a beautiful view of the pool from the large terrace, perfect for spending sunny days outdoors. In the winter, the pool is closed off with a lit pellet stove, creating a cozy, welcoming space. Prices are absolutely in line with the market. Highly recommended!

13/07/2025: We ordered two pizzas through Deliveroo before 7:00 PM. They called and told us they wouldn't be able to deliver them before 8:00 PM. At 8:30 PM, we called back and were told the delivery driver would be leaving in 20 minutes. The pizza arrived at 9:00 PM. Over two hours for two pizzas. I'm sorry, but that's not fair. I would have appreciated the honesty of telling us they couldn't deliver the pizza instead of making us wait two hours. P.S.: We also ordered something, but they forgot to deliver it.

28/09/2025: Disappointing experience. I ordered a piadina and after an hour it still isn't ready. The place is packed but the staff is poorly trained and the wait times are ridiculous. To make matters worse, they don't even refund you. I still have 10 orders to go and it's 2:32 PM. Considering I ordered at 1:28 PM!!

14/09/2025: Arriving on Saturday for the flower festival in Monte Isola, we stopped first for a coffee... and then returned for an aperitif. I've never encountered such young, yet super efficient, guys. Quick, kind, and super helpful. One of the guys, who was just starting out, was perhaps supervised by another guy who was teaching him how to take orders, use equipment, etc. A problem in the restaurant's bathroom (caused by the huge crowds due to the event) was promptly fixed by the aforementioned guy. He washed and sanitized everything and replenished what was missing. He was super kind and apologized for the problem and the wait (really only 5 minutes to fix everything). I complimented these guys on their work to the lady (I don't know if she's the owner) in the purple shirt... because it's really hard to find guys this young, yet attentive and precise these days.

07/09/2025: Decent hotel, 4 stars too high... some services are missing... friendly and professional staff... good cleanliness... decent breakfast... Management could do more, especially by lowering the prices at the pool bar.

27/08/2025: 4-star resort We arrive at check-in to a cold welcome. They photocopy our documents, along with an instruction sheet with the resort rules in English. I ask for the Italian version, but they don't have any, and the guy at reception says, surprised, "Don't you understand?" I explain. I complain that since we're in Italy, they don't have any in Italian. The colleague who comes out the back door and heard everything comes out looking annoyed. I ask her if there was a problem, but she ignores me. I let it go. They give us the key and a card to turn on the light, and a map to the room. I ask if they'll take our bags to our room as a courtesy, and they explain that there's a trolley we could use "on our own." In a 4-star hotel, they've always taken my bags to my room without asking. We tried to use the cart, but after 4 meters, it was abandoned on the path because it was difficult to push on the interlocking stones. We reached the room. We entered the ground-floor room overlooking the garden. The light was already on, but there was no card-operated light, so it wasn't needed. Didn't the receptionist know about this? The bathroom had no bidet; you could see the pipe caps in the wall. The shower had a curtain and a drain on the floor. (Perhaps disabled access?) A disabled person would NOT have been able to fit in the room because the passage between the bed and the wardrobe, the bed, and the desk was too narrow for a wheelchair. We moved the curtain to see outside. We have a sliding glass door that opens onto the garden, but the glass was very clearly cracked. I immediately notified reception. Room 107 had broken glass. I asked if I could open the door. They said yes and that they would send someone to check... I didn't see anyone. The garden in front of the room wasn't closed, but it was accessible from outside, so any guest could enter. If I had left the door open, they could have entered the room, so there was no privacy. At night, we were forced to close the glass door. We stayed for 2 days, but only because I had paid in advance, otherwise I would have left. The resort is beautiful, the pool is clean, with loungers and umbrellas for guests, but according to the rules, you couldn't use the beach towels. We had to look in the town of Moniga and buy towels, considering we don't ride motorcycles, so we only have limited linens. You decide for yourself; we won't be returning. A beautiful resort, but very poorly managed.

30/08/2025: Terrible, zero interest in workers' rights, they only think about membership card money

10/08/2025: My review is about SUNIA. Not at all satisfied: it seems the main goal was to get me an annual membership. I had an initial half-hour interview with a woman who signed me up. Days later, the meeting with the lawyer was half an hour late. The interview lasted 20 minutes, and then he dismissed me, saying there were other people after me. For subsequent interviews, you have to go to the lawyer's private office, which entails fees. 👎

18/08/2025: Overall, the food was poor. The carbonara was a small portion, greasy, and tasted average. The calzone was very average, and the cutlet with fries was awful. The dark meat was tasteless, tough, and unappetizing. I don't recommend it.

18/08/2025: We felt lucky to find somewhere to eat on a busy Sunday in August at 1pm. We were seated promptly and our order arrived quickly. Two fresh pizzas, pasta with saffron and salmon sauce and grilled salmon with vegetables. Pricing was good for a tourist area.

06/11/2025: A charming location; we ate outside, and with the late October sun and the special view, we had a fabulous afternoon. Otherwise, nothing exceptional; the staff was friendly but not attentive (I had to order four times to get a second beer, which took 30 minutes). The food was $6, and the price was in line with what they offer. Still, recommended for those who don't care about food.
