If a review for a product or a visit in a restaurant is fair, this will always be quite subjective. If something gets 1000s of reviews, there is a long term regression to its true value. Here with 1600+ reviews we should see a true feedback. My business recommendation: With one of the bests spots in town, why not take a step back and visualize the bighest complains and adjust the processes in general. This restaurant is an asset, and of course it can be opened under an new name to chose an easy way. To adjust the process steps is for sure easier, starting with the Germans with an indication this spot is for eating, drinking only is not desired. Quite sure the margin can be the same with better quality, less stress and improved concepts.

I confess that the overall reviews had me a little intimidated. Usually, when I see reviews lower than 4.5 stars, I think carefully to avoid being scammed. But I can assure you that this meal surprised and satisfied everyone. We ordered everything from spaghetti allo scoglio to grilled lake and seafood; hamburgers; macaroni with radicchio and speck; and grilled vegetables. We varied widely. The price seemed fair, the service was fairly quick and open to variations, and the flavor pleasantly exceeded expectations. Stars don't always matter. Perhaps the review does, though.

The food was very good. We were a large group and everyone enjoyed it. The live music made the meal even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

A restaurant in a very nice location. The worst option is definitely Koperto (where tourists have to subsidize the owner's business because the con artist can't afford to pay his staff a decent wage) – this applies to all restaurants. The place generally lacks any particular atmosphere – the location adds to the atmosphere. The food is definitely good, served quickly, and well-prepared. The service is a bit dry. It won't make it onto my culinary map for a return visit. A big plus for the live music.

We tried some of their salads and pizzas. Can not recommend the salads at all. Overpriced and boring. Pizzas were alright though.

It's definitely worth eating here. The price/performance ratio is good. The food was delicious. Great service.

We ate well, and enough. But with 2 girls and 2 adults, charging €15 for cutlery is too much for me. And for an iced tea each, €5, plus a drink. 1 child, 3 first courses, 1 bottle of wine, 0.5 l water, 2 iced teas. 1 Monte: €143. Price: medium-high. Good quality (fish). They're very kind and good at serving. But don't kid us.

Very good food, service also very good. Everything was great, till we had to pay, out of nowhere there was a service charge on the bill.. which I hate the most! And no one mentioned that before. I urge restaurants to stop doing this! It's just nonsense! And you take away the fun of tipping according to what it deserves. Lost 2 stars because of this.

We found the food too expensive for the quality. Pasta for our one-year-old son cost €7, and in total, the four of us paid €100 without ordering any fancy dishes or seafood. The seating was nice and the service was perfectly fine, but everything else was just average.

I don't understand why the rating is so low. We ordered two dishes that were delicious. The salmon with vegetables and rice was very good. And the mixed meat platter was super good (it even serves two people).
