All this is rich in a piece of olive oil per pane, the proprietaria has been written in modo freddo e sgarbato: “The oil is served alone with the salad.” Considering the main piano in the era of modest dimensions, the risk result is extremely incomprehensible. A difficult experience to understand. When I simply asked for some olive oil with the bread, the owner responded coldly and unfriendly: "Olive oil is only served with a salad." Given the rather modest size of the main course, this response was all the more baffling. At first, I thought it was a joke, but she was completely serious. The overall impression was of a rather unwelcoming establishment with virtually no customer service. I would not recommend this restaurant. A difficult experience to understand. 10/06/2026: We are surprised that some guests weren't so enthusiastic about their restaurant visit. We were very satisfied! We received a very friendly welcome, were immediately offered a table with our dog, our order was taken promptly, and the delicious food was served quickly. Even the junior manager came to our table to ask if we were satisfied and had a friendly chat with us. We found the portions to be ample and just as you would expect from Italian cuisine. The food tasted absolutely fantastic! The server was very attentive, and we were able to pay the bill without any waiting. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant with its beautiful ambiance and really have nothing negative to say. We are surprised that some guests were not particularly enthusiastic about their visit to the restaurant. We were very satisfied! Siamo status accolti with grande cordialità, ci è state subito assegnato un tavolo adatto che al nostro cane, the command è stateta presa tempestivamente e abbiamo ricevuto piatti deliziosi in tempi brevissimi. The figure of the store is still in the nostro tavolo per sincerarsi the front of the nostro gradimento and it is intrattenuta a chiacchierare amabilmente con noi. Abbiamo trovato the porzioni abbondanti e fedeli allo stile della kitchen italiana; quanto al sapore, the abbiamo trovato eccellente! The camera is now in its original form and has the ability to save the account in the Alcuna attesa. Consigliamo vivamente this ristorante, caratterizzato da una splendida atmosphere: davvero non abbiamo nulla di negativo da segnalare.

27/03/2026: We stumbled upon it by chance during a trip to Monte Isola on a cold and windy day, but the splendid location and excellent food were the turning point. Enchanting views of the lake and excellent food...from appetizers to dessert. Truly unique and original lakeside specialties. Excellent service, with detailed descriptions of the dishes chosen. Excellent value. Lake Iseo was a very welcome discovery.

15/03/2026: A lovely discovery, delicious pizza, perfectly leavened, fresh ingredients, and excellent beer. We also had pasta, beans, and mussels; we'll definitely be back.

15/03/2026: A simple and super welcoming place, owners Pietro and Flora always welcome you with a smile and are always ready to accommodate your every need. The pizza is excellent, very light and super digestible, even the fried one. But the must-try is the fish, Pietro puts passion and precision into every dish, the desserts are definitely worth trying... friendliness, quality, and Neapolitan simplicity!!! Highly recommended for families and groups 🫶🏻

31/03/2026: A pleasant atmosphere, not too noisy even though it was crowded (March 28, Saturday evening). The service was a bit inattentive, even though we were 2 meters from the counter; I had to wave my arms several times to get attention. But the extremely negative review is about the quality of the pizza and the price. They call themselves gourmet pizza, but the name alone doesn't convey the quality. To begin with, I wouldn't call them pizzas, but focaccias: tall, soft (nothing to complain about), but nothing like the classic Neapolitan pizza with its high, elastic crust and thinner, crispier base. It's the restaurant's gastronomic choice, but call it what it is: focaccia, not pizza, so as not to confuse the customer, as it did for us (a comment at our table was "I thought I was coming for pizza, not bread!"). Our choices were: 1 "Margherita" pizza and 2 "Saporita" pizzas, whole pizzas already served in slices (the menu also offers 4 slices). The menu (with "suggestive" descriptions) listed Paglione peeled tomatoes for the Margherita, which, however, resembled a very concentrated tomato sauce (you can clearly see this from the photos online). The mozzarella only barely covered the slice. The same goes for the Saporita, where you couldn't tell the difference between fiordilatte and buffalo mozzarella at all. Pesto powder and dried capers were not included (they may have been there, but their presence was not noticeable). All this for a price of €15 for the Margherita and €29 for the Saporita (each, not both!!!) We ordered the Saporita because we initially asked if they had the Napoli pizza (anchovies and capers). The person taking our order suggested the Saporita, and we confirmed (without consulting the menu: our mistake). The icing on the cake: the bill also included a €3 cover charge per person (which, incidentally, wasn't on the menu. Don't tell me it was to cover one of those flaky twisted breadsticks on the table!) Only positive notes: a 66cl Menabrea bottle of beer for €4.50, and for dessert, an excellent cannoncino for €1.50. In Brescia and its province, there are pizzerias with award-winning pizza chefs and gourmet pizzas (pizzas...) with quality dough, leavening, and toppings (clearly noticeable) at significantly lower prices. The place was full, so their offerings are clearly appreciated. Personally, I have a different perception of the quality/price ratio. To each their own. Choices. I wanted to review it simply to give my perspective to those who want to make an informed choice. (That evening, we had chosen another pizzeria in the area, but it was full, so we settled on Fondaco, a place we'd heard about.) It was certainly an experience, but, as we all know, experience is priceless.

08/06/2026: I waited 20 minutes for a cheesecake in a practically empty place. While the cappuccino was already cold, I asked for a refill, and unbelievably, they charged me for it... how base. The staff, especially a superficial and rude middle-aged woman, doesn't admit her mistakes. Avoid this place due to the staff's inability to interact with people.

01/07/2026: At lunchtime, we fortified ourselves at the café with pastries and a Caffè Shakerato. Sitting under the many parasols on this hot summer day, we were truly comfortable and could relax and watch the world go by. The pastries and the coffee, however, were rather unremarkable and nothing special for us. On the other hand, the service was incredibly fast and consistently friendly, which made the visit enjoyable overall.

25/06/2026: A side location on the square with a lake view. We only had ice cream. Unfortunately, we didn't really enjoy it, but perhaps we just made the wrong choice, as it was quite busy while other cafes were practically empty. The service was friendly. No extra charge for the cover charge. That was a pleasant surprise, given the location!

06/07/2026: I watched a football game on TV, or at least I tried to, but the staff wanted to see for themselves that such a place... No way!

09/03/2026: Nice bar right in the center. Our accommodation was in the same building, which was obviously the main reason for coming here. €9 for strong cocktails is reasonable. What's really noteworthy is the generous selection of snacks that come with your drinks; you don't usually get that in Germany. Chips, olives, cookies, nuts, carrots, mini sandwiches, etc. The staff seem a bit grim at first glance, but that impression fades as you go. They also show football on a small TV in a corner of the bar, without disturbing anyone else who doesn't want to hear it. The music is, of course, a matter of taste.

08/06/2026: we spent a week in desenzano and came here everyday , lovely coffees and great aperol spritz. The Aperitivo’s were also very nice. The customer service was really great, Angeline was especially very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely return!

25/05/2026: An absolute insider tip with unbeatable value for money! We had a Campari Spritz and a wine spritzer – and paid an incredibly low price of €7.50, including a snack platter. The young man who served us deserves special mention: he was extremely friendly and attentive. With such great service, we were happy to leave a generous tip. We'll definitely be back!
