23/11/2025: On a beautiful sunny day, we went in to ask if they also offer takeout... I'm celiac and was attracted by the "gluten-free" sign on the window. The attitude of those who greeted us wasn't the best, but they said yes. When we ordered, seeing that one of the pizzas was gluten-free, they told us that the gluten-free option was only available for takeout, not for takeout. Speechless. It was clear they wanted to take advantage of the situation and force us to eat at the table. A bad experience. PS. From what I could see, the pizza prices are prohibitive.

07/09/2025: The place is very cute, just a few meters from the lakeside promenade. Elegant and well-kept, it has a large outdoor space with a huge brazier for grilling fish or meat. Five of us had booked outside for dinner, but it was quite chilly, so we moved inside without a problem. The staff was nice and friendly, but the service was a bit slow. Excellent pizzas and great ingredients, but not a wide variety of desserts.

14/08/2025: Three stars because I found the prices to be truly excessive. The atmosphere is pleasant and refined, the service good and friendly, but the prices are more Amalfi Coast-like than Iseo, considering the restaurant is located at the end of a large parking lot and has no view of the lake. €7.50 for a beer, pizzas run up to €19, desserts start at €8. A cover charge of €3 was included, and there were no breadsticks or bread. Truly excessive.

19/05/2025: I'd been to the JR Elnos and Nuovo Flaminia, which have now closed. The burgers weren't bad; they were bigger than the ones at Mc Donald's and the quality was slightly better, but they were more expensive. Given the uncompetitive prices, it's better to go to the artisanal burger joints where the quality justifies the price.

21/09/2025: WEDDING CAKE… Unfortunately, I find myself having to write a TERRIBLE review regarding the wedding cake for the most beautiful day of our lives. After months of talking, Patrizia and I chose a single-serving cake with a basket of biscuits, recommended by her, to be presented on 5 cake stands. The top tier was supposed to have a small cake for the cake cutting. Judge the result for yourself… perhaps we should recognize our own limitations and not push ourselves beyond them, risking ruining one of the most beautiful moments of our lives, by limiting ourselves to making simple pastries to take home on Sunday.

09/12/2025: We stayed two nights and were changed rooms three times due to housekeeping issues. We arrived at 9:00 PM and the first room we were given hadn't been made up: the bed and towels were still dirty and messy from the previous guest; the second had blood stains on the towels. We complained several times, but it was impossible to contact the manager. The receptionist was very kind and, even though it wasn't her fault, she did everything she could. The glass and windows are old, so you can hear all the traffic noise from the street. The breakfast was good.

23/11/2025: The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The reception is open 24 hours a day. The property offers a paid underground garage (convenient for those who don't want to leave their motorcycle on the street; please indicate this when booking), but there is also ample free outdoor parking available, both reserved for the property and for public use. The property is located between two gas stations, so finding fuel is easy. A pub/brewery is located 200 meters away, offering a wide selection of dinner options. The rooms are charming and clean, with hairdryers and toiletries provided. The mattress is comfortable, although the pillow is a bit thin, but it depends on your sleeping habits; there's an extra pillow in the closet. The window has a roller blind to completely darken the room, a rare feature in hotels. The room was warm and comfortable. Breakfast offers a wide selection of sweet and savory options.

19/04/2025: I preferred the old place a few meters away... it was a bar that served good aperitifs with fried dumplings and cold cuts, various types of burgers (they could specialize in that type of food), a simple place and almost always crowded. Then they decided to change their focus, focusing on catering with small, refined dishes at high prices. I returned several times for a drink or a gin and tonic, but the owner's welcome wasn't the best... 10 pm: "We're closing, heavy evening."
