15/08/2024: Apericena in dolce compagnia in una serata di mezzo agosto. La location si distingue subito per la fittitudine di vegetazione verdeggiante che ricopre tutta la facciata ricordando l'ambiente vallivo e rilassando l'ospite. Graziosi gli interni, ammorbiditi da musica lounge-jazz in moderato sottofondo e adorni di oggetti lignei,utensili vari di antica estrazione agricola e soggetti artistici graziosi. Ovviamente il clima è la giornata serena hanno meritato la terrazza che sovrasta il locale, ampia discreta e soprattutto ben ventilata dalla brezza che spira da fondovalle. Un bel tagliere all'italiana per cominciare, generosamente irrorato di: prosciutto crudo, pancetta affumicata, salame nostrano, coppa ,gorgonzola dolcissimo squisito e due fette di formagella. Un altrettanto cesto generosamente riempito di pane fatto in casa (bianco e integrale) accompagna to gli affettati. Ingolositi abbiamo proseguito con una una bavarese di pomodoro con un formaggio locale piemontese e intingolo di un pesto alla genovese a dir poco fragrante ed un'insalata russa monferrina che merita veramente essere scoperta. L'entusiasmo ci ha fatto concludere con un bel piatto di gnocchetti rossi ai formaggi e squisiti e altrettanto fatti in casa, come testimonia la consistenza e le fattezze irregolari delle buone cose fatte a mano come una volta. Non mancano mai le birre artigianali, più uniche che rare ,che offre il banco , di cui abbiamo preso una Amber shock elegantemente servita in una coppa alta e ampia, ed una Sogno-lucido, bionda corposa degna del nome che porta, leggermente fruttata E dai mille profumi che davvero ti fanno sognare ad ogni sorso. Non possono mancare i dolci in una situazione simile per cui abbiamo preso una panna cotta alla lavanda, dalle elegantissimo colore violaceo e sapore inebriante come il bacio di una ninfa, ed una ghiacciata di amaretto e zabaione in ottimo accostamento. La casa ha gentilmente offerto due bicchierini di nocino freschissimo che ha funto da amaro per chiudere in bellezza quella che si è trasformata in una cena romantica e assolutamente da ripetere. Conoscevo già il locale e sono molto contento vedere che non si smentiscono sia nella gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff e tantomeno nell' accuratezza ed elaborazione dei piatti. Ottimo per serate di coppia o anche tra amici in contesto conviviale. Cucina piemontese, incomparabile la levatura gastronomica che si possa trovare nel raggio di 30 km. Prezzi commisurati alla qualità e la disponibilità del personale. Assolutamente da provare e ripetere.

I piatti sono particolari, preparati con cura e presentano un equilibrio di sapori che riesce a sorprendere il palato, rendendo ogni pasto un'esperienza indimenticabile. Il locale è pulito e accogliente, con un'atmosfera che ti fa sentire subito a casa. La gentilezza e l'attenzione dei proprietari completano l'esperienza, facendo sentire ogni ospite come un membro della famiglia. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

24/06/2024: Ice cream is very good, Staff is nice nad place it self looks good. Problem is that it's misplaced on google maps because it's in the airport after seciurity.

21/06/2024: congratulations to the ladies on duty on 06/21/2024 of the evening shift. airport packed with people due to the delays of all the planes. 4 of us were queuing for an ice cream and when 10pm hit one of the ladies, after having mumbled something with her colleagues about it in front of all of us, came out from behind the counter to tell us "sorry but we closed at 10pm , therefore…(smile)”. I will never give €1 again to a company that trains its staff in this way. shame on you

06/08/2024: On July 28, 2024, my husband and I were invited to the reception for the wedding of dear friends, here is the summary of our experience: admirable, imposing and well-kept place with ample covered parking; excellent and accurate service, excellent and plentiful dishes. The risotto with porcini mushrooms, truffle and burratina is unparalleled. From start to finish everything was taken care of in every detail. The best wedding reception we have attended. 🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸🌸

21/08/2024: What can I say, the best if you want to eat typical Bergamo food, in a beautiful and well-kept environment, expert wine list, price for a dinner around €40 excluding wines, I advise you to book because it is almost always full, highly recommended!!!

15/08/2024: Excellent location, friendly and professional staff, even without a reservation on August 15th they managed to find us a table for 2 people and a dog which I have recently thanked the staff for. Must try and WE WILL RETURN HELLO THE BOMBER

24/07/2024: Memorable experience. The Villa is surrounded by greenery and gives a great sense of peace. Everything is designed to give a relaxing experience to guests. The dinner menu, light and therefore much appreciated, allows you to pay the right amount of attention to your guests. Definitely recommended place for those who want to give guests a moment of smiling joy.

09/07/2024: Beautiful villa surrounded by greenery....the gardens are very well looked after, as soon as you arrive there is a tidy car park where you can leave your car and 100 meters or the shuttle away is the entrance to the villa. The interior is breathtaking, the ground floor is divided into two rooms that compete to see which is the most beautiful... the upstairs houses the super-luxury bathrooms for guests. Enchanting

07/08/2024: A spectacular location! Inside a medieval tower you can enjoy excellent food (I recommend their burgers) and you can choose from a wide selection of beers. The staff is very nice and very professional. Really a nice place. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.

11/08/2024: Excellent solution for refreshment during a motorbike ride. Fantastic location and young but customer-friendly management. Breathtaking panoramic view. We had a good cold cuts platter with a top giardiniera. We found Casoncelli and polenta and taragna gnocchi a little too "delicate", in my opinion.

11/08/2024: When we booked, the restaurant was already full but they still welcomed us by adding a small table. The place is very well kept and with a beautiful view of the valley. This time we chose pizza and, as I also told the pizza chef on the way out, it was the best I've eaten in many years: perfect dough, quality ingredients and perfectly dosed (no flavor covered the others, and there was it was even taleggio!), all accompanied by an aromatic and delicious beer. That evening there were a total of 9 dogs in the restaurant but all of them, including ours, were good alongside their owners. Despite the full house, however, we dined in peace and without being disturbed by unpleasant background noise.
