24/07/2024: Ci sono stata per una gita in famiglia... Piacevolissima sorpresa.... Piadine ottime, affettati e ripieni altrettanto. Inoltre a preparare il tutto, un ragazzo gentilissimo che si è anche preoccupato di fare un graditissimo omaggio al nostro cagnolino. Piacevole davvero arrivare in una piccola e meravigliosa cittadina, e trovare un locale non acchiappa turisti, ma dove ci si sente accolti. Grazie

30/07/2024: Nel rifugio lavorano un gruppo di giovani eccezionali,sono Francesco,Giorgia,Ivan, Michelle. Pensate che mi hanno aiutato a raggiungere la valle, perché ,dolorante, di sera, appoggiandomi a turno ad uno di loro....grazie ragazzi, vi aspetta un futuro splendido!!!

In a welcoming and serene environment, which encourages good conviviality, you are taken by the hand and, as in a Joyce novel, accompanied on a journey in which food ceases to be nourishment to become pleasure. Fine cuisine, that of Lorenzo, balanced, precise, harmonious, refined, satisfying, also made up of the rediscovery of traditional flavours, of distant thoughts, an inviting door onto a past thought to be lost. The 5 senses are awakened by each of his creations... even in that food overflowing with humble simplicity which is the bread that he himself produces: Divine! Everything is delicious and enveloping... Almost like a Rembrandt...

28/08/2024: I was with friends on a beautiful summer evening and we ate on the terrace. A beautiful experience. We were guided by the owner with a professionalism and a wealth of explanations that is truly rare. You feel pampered by their skill and availability. There is a menu but it is certainly better to let yourself be guided. They are very attentive to requests so you can be sure of being satisfied. The food is really well prepared and delicious. We made a mix of appetizers among which the carpaccio stood out and then we tasted all the meats (incredible buffalo). Each meat has a different cooking method which they will not fail to explain to you properly. On the choice of wine, with a series of relevant questions, you will be guided to understand which wines on the list suit your requests. A place I will definitely return to and will not fail to recommend to friends and acquaintances. Well done 👏🏻

24/07/2024: We stayed in this spectacular hotel during our second stage of the three lakes journey. What can I say, breathtaking views, clean, aesthetically beautiful and comfortable rooms. A beautiful swimming pool. Fabulous breakfast, young and professional staff!!

21/07/2024: It gives the impression that the hotel has undergone a shake-up since our last visit 5 years ago. A young team that felt inexperienced or clumsy in all areas took over this modest hotel. You still have to figure out where you actually want to go. On the one hand, there are cracks and gaps in the floor, no consistent covering of ledges and channels, shabby doors, dirty tablecloths, dirty seat cushions in the garden area burned by cigarettes. Then negative highlights like that on some days there were no towels to change - then you get bathrobes to dry off without comment. Furthermore, there is no refrigerator in the room. The breakfast buffet is not very loving, with few regional products and an almost identical selection every day, although things like bread also run out. On the other hand, you want to be at the “TOP”. Spa for single use only for 20 euros per person for 2 hours, Michelin star for the KITCHEN. 80 euros for an event evening per person - dinner with musical accompaniment. The concept is not coherent and we have to watch where it goes. The honest simplicity of 5 years ago, adorned with the friendliness and the typical Italian charm and the inspiring humanity cannot be felt at the moment. But this was what excited us and therefore prevents us from continuing to recommend this hotel without reservation. We will closely monitor future reviews and base any future bookings on this. As I said, we weren't treated unkindly, but without any temperament and the noticeable joy we had at the time when working on and for the guests and customers. We wish the whole team a quick turnaround and fun and joy in the work that the guests can also see and feel. Unfortunately, climate engineering or geoengineering is also very noticeable. We didn't have a single day with clear visibility and really blue skies. The weather was very poor and, as we learned from locals in restaurants, very untypical. Little good rain, lots of thunderstorms and heavy rain. The locals should pay more attention to this in order to preserve the really beautiful area in the long term.

26/08/2024: Location molto bella e personale molto gentile e qualificato. Abbiamo fatto il menù degustazione, l’entré e gli antipasti ci sono piaciuti molto, anche il secondo non era male come piatto sopratutto a chi piacciono i sapori forti la carne era tenera non serviva nemmeno il coltello per tagliarla. Uniche pecche sono state il primo, il cipolotto sovrastava troppo il gusto e il riso mangiato da solo non sapeva di nulla. Speravamo di chiudere bene con il dolce ma ci ha deluso molto perché sapeva di saponetta alla lavanda.

09/08/2024: conosciamo questo ristorante da tempo e spesso lo frequentiamo a cena, con la nostra cagnolola, sia in inverno che in estate e siccome ci siamo sempre trovati benissimo, sia per i cibi sia per la cortesia, abbiamo scelto questo nostro "luogo del cuore" come location per il nostro matrimonio ... gli invitati ancora oggi, da aprile, si ricordano quanto era buona la carne, come erano delicati ma speciali i ravioli di pesce, i dolci ... insomma un posto da favola!

07/08/2024: Very nice place. Friendly staff and exceptional food. The only flaw is that they don't accept dogs. I would like to point out that they let me in anyway and served me but the owner clearly said that, although she likes them very much, she prefers not to have them in the room. This isn't a criticism of mine, the lady certainly has her good reasons, I'm only writing this to warn you that if you want to go there... It's best to keep dogs at home. I ate very well anyway, so I highly recommend it.

28/07/2024: Let me start by saying that I have already been there twice. This time I chose fish and was not disappointed. The expression while I was eating the Catalan was "how satisfying" thanks to the very smart and kind chef Dario Soldo thanks to all the staff who are always available and thanks Cesira thanks for existing!

25/08/2024: Having said that, I am not a fan of fast food chains, having said that, a 5 star rating for a fast food restaurant might seem strange for various reasons. In reality it is true there, because the staff is very kind and helpful, the food (compared to other places of the same type) is much more acceptable, because the sandwich arrives hot as well as the chips or various snacks. It goes without saying that it is mainly recommended for those with families, because inside there is a play structure and an area with a projector for interactive games. I would say that the staff does everything possible to keep the bathrooms clean, but we all know that unfortunately the incivility of some customers makes this difficult. Otherwise recommended compared to other fast food places of the same chain and brand.

18/08/2024: Place found by chance. We will definitely return as it was a very pleasant and romantic evening. Waiters and owner prepared and very very kind. We will come back to introduce you to our little one who will be born soon. Highly recommended.

05/08/2024: Simply everything fantastic! I had them make the cake for my baby's first birthday. Spirit themed… And what can I say? BEAUTIFUL… But not only that... it was also VERY GOOD! Appreciated by everyone, both the little ones and the older ones, who often have very pretentious tastes! Beyond all expectations indeed! SUPER! I will definitely come back for any occasion!

05/08/2024: Let me start by saying that my experience dates back to some time ago... I purchase a gift voucher online for a tasting... unfortunately there is no option with or without wine like all the other starred ones do... you have to choose with wine included and as a good teetotaler, I wasn't particularly happy about it.. the place is very classic.. perhaps a little dated and very "full"... but it's well kept.. we inform you that we only drink water.. they ask us if we want an aperitif, we accept and obviously non-alcoholic.. the unpleasant surprise is here.. they bring us a lanyard, without anything to accompany it.. there is no house aperitif or even a small appetizer to be served together.. two excellent crodini.. like at the sports bar over the years 90... we eat discreetly.. we drink our excellent natural water.. and on the way out we are asked for 12 euros for the aperitifs.. rightly not included.. wine that has not been drunk and paid for cannot be deducted but the lanyard is certainly counted... I found a real drop in style, which for €6 caused two customers to lose...

Abbiamo preso menù degustazione di mare, crudo clamoroso e pesce in generale freschissimo e di grande qualità, abbinato a vini locali e non, di ottima qualità. Stella Michelin meritata. Personale discreto e super professionale
