15/06/2025: I traveled to Chiavenna by public transport via Prättigau, Engadin, and the Maloja Pass. I went exploring the old town of this provincial town. The alleys are bustling with life. My stay at the Passerini was absolutely delightful. The ambiance at the Palazzo Salis is inviting, the food is excellent, and the service is both competent and friendly. The value for money is good. Closed on Mondays and Tuesdays. The return journey by post bus over the Splügen Pass is interesting. A very nice excursion with a GA or municipal day ticket to Chiavenna at no extra cost.

02/05/2025: Fermarsi da Passerini d mangiare bene, coccolati in tutti i sensi dell‘ alimentazione, della gentilezza e della simpatia. Questo tris per molti ristoratori risulta talvolta arduo, qui é la regola aurea.

13/07/2025: Trattoria anni 80 con menu' altrettanto datato. Quantità abbondanti ma la qualità un po' manca. Considerando che è un locale in periferia di Milano (San Donato Milanese) è piuttosto costoso. La nota più piacevole è sicuramente il personale molto gentile. Non invita a venirci una seconda volta.

I had lunch at a table of 13 people and the thing that surprised me most positively concerns the fact that even though we had ordered different courses individually, the waiters knew who to deliver the relative courses to without having to ask, as often happens, "who ordered that dish?". Incredible! Fast, precise and elegant service. I highly recommend it for business, romantic and company lunches.

01/06/2025: Torniamo da anni in questo locale e la qualità è sempre al top. Abbiamo fatto conoscere questo kebab ad amici, che tornano sempre perché il kebab che c’è qui è impareggiabile! Complimenti , continuate così.

22/06/2025: It's not the first time I've been to this restaurant but it's the first time I went during lunch break. There were people, but it wasn't overly crowded. Once again I left satisfied. Excellent quality of food. Average prices. Very welcoming environment and helpful staff. Reservations are appreciated. Recommended.

13/05/2025: Good place in the city centre for a quick bite. Gluten free lavash available. The waiter was knowledgeable and offered a variety of gluten free options. Also warned for contamination. Gluten free lavash was a few euros extra.

15/06/2025: Unfortunately, we were disappointed overall. The spaghetti allo scoglio contained mussels and squid, but no shrimp or crustaceans – this isn't the traditional way of preparing it and was disappointing. We ordered spaghetti with ragù for our son, but we only got spaghetti Napoli (tomato sauce). The service wasn't that friendly, and overall, the food didn't live up to our expectations. The TV was playing music quite loudly at the same time... you have to like it.

12/07/2025: We went for lunch, they were quick and kind, we called at the last minute, and I must say that we were very satisfied, it was a good lunch ☺️☺️

12/07/2025: What a frustrating experience! It's incredibly disappointing when a restaurant provides inaccurate information, especially after you've gone out of your way to make a reservation. You called ahead, were told the restaurant was fully booked, only to arrive and find plenty of empty tables and people leaving. This is certainly a head-scratcher and it's understandable why you'd be upset by what appears to be a deliberate misrepresentation. The idea that staff might turn away customers just to be "less busy" is a concerning thought, and it definitely doesn't foster a good customer experience. Given that my hotel host recommended this place, I am even more disappointed. I am going to have to let them know not do that in the future so any visitors won’t have their time wasted.

17/06/2025: Excellent pizza, among the best ever tried. Wide choice of proposals, made with high quality ingredients. Small but welcoming environment, in summer it has outdoor seating. Courteous and always attentive staff. Excellent desserts. Recommended!

14/06/2025: The Pizza is a true masterpiece, excellent ingredients. Must try!! I was impressed by all the calm and very polite staff, excellent service despite the pizzeria being full of customers. Compliments indeed! Highly recommended!

22/06/2025: Refined historic setting, owner, very kind. Precise and punctual service. Excellent food, cooked and presented very well. I like it because you can talk to the diners, there is background music but, fortunately, it is not too invasive. Pleasant pleasant. Recommended.

02/07/2025: Elegant place, very friendly welcome. Excellent meat, nothing to complain about: varied and very interesting proposals. The rest of the menu (starters and first courses) is also very good, although the portions are small and the prices are medium-high. There are no desserts, high prices (from €13 to €10) and nothing that left a mark (including Knam's dome). Very uncomfortable chairs (I recommend a cushion).
