5 stars for the pear tart with zabaglione, it was truly spectacular! Good food, quick and friendly service, beautiful mountain views, clean facilities. Excellent value for money. I would go back.

A restaurant with a long tradition in a beautiful mountain setting. The food is delicious, made with quality local ingredients, reflecting the local culinary tradition. Excellent value, and the staff is friendly and professional. In front of the restaurant is a large area where children can play in the snow, and nearby are ski slopes and bobsleigh runs. An experience not to be missed!

17/06/2026: Elegance, courtesy, and authenticity of the food (all very fresh fish) are the strengths of this restaurant in Rovato. I'd like to point out that this review is written by a Bari native who knows his way around raw and cooked fish. I honestly didn't think I'd be so satisfied in a seafood restaurant in the area or near Franciacorta. A heartfelt thanks to the owners.
