A charming restaurant located in the heart of the city, meticulously cared for down to the last detail. We truly appreciated the hospitality towards our dog, who was welcomed without a problem, and the meticulous attention to dietary requirements: my celiac mother was able to order without difficulty and enjoy every dish as much as we did! The cuisine is simply fantastic: from the quail roulade to the whitefish with zabaglione, the pumpkin, chestnut, and mushroom millefeuille, the most delicious pumpkin tortelli I've ever tasted, and a delicate and perfectly balanced Mont Blanc. Each dish is meticulously prepared and surprises with its flavor and creativity. The service is impeccable: the staff is courteous, attentive, and always available. An experience that invites you to return without hesitation!

I spent New Year's Eve dinner with my partner at this restaurant and was truly impressed. From the start, the amuse-bouche was anything but predictable: a unique and thoughtful offering, opening the dinner with balance and personality. The tomato water with potato and pumpkin, seasoned with salt and rosemary, was a delightful surprise. The subsequent dishes fully met my expectations. The tagliolini verde with clams and sea urchins was delicious and flavorful, while a special mention goes to the pumpkin rice with baby octopus and tomato, which impressed me with its perfect cooking and the balance between sweet and savory notes. The baked sea bass was also excellent, preceding a dessert that concluded the dinner in a more than satisfying way. The atmosphere, the music, and the hospitality contributed to making the evening even more enjoyable and refined. Overall, I found the cuisine to be high-quality and the attention to detail worthy of recognition: a restaurant our city of Mantua truly deserves. We'll definitely be back.

Dining at "Il Cigno" is more than just a dinner; it's a true gastronomic experience. Before, during, and after your order, additional tastings are served, including delicious bites carefully crafted by the chefs, freshly baked bread to be enjoyed with excellent salted butter, and homemade breadsticks... The courses are a whirlwind of flavors: the appetizer I chose, the quail roll, was so good I couldn't have imagined anything like it before tasting it. The rest is equally as delicious, and the maïtres deserve many compliments for pampering, assisting, and advising us throughout. Of course, all this comes at a price, but for such flavor and service, I think it's worth it.
