Excellent restaurant with experimental dishes that are really well prepared. Try the panna cotta for something truly out of the ordinary.

We had a fantastic dinner at Trattoria alla Torre. The food was exceptional, full of flavor, and clearly prepared with high-quality ingredients. Everything tasted fresh and authentic. It really felt as if everything, from the wine to the ingredients used in the dishes, was organic or sourced with great care. We got some excellent help in places to go to during the stay in the area!

We opted for the tasting menu and let ourselves be surprised by each course. Every dish was superbly prepared, perfectly balanced in flavor, and beautifully presented. The entire menu was harmonious and completely won us over. We highly recommend a visit!

Excellent meal at Trattoria alla Torre. First of all, the welcome was very friendly, and the recommendations for wines and dishes were spot-on. Delightful culinary discoveries were made with all the dishes we chose, top-quality ingredients, and original combinations (a leek emulsion in a dessert is unusual, but ultimately so obvious). What more could you ask for? We even ordered a second dessert so we could try as many as possible!

If you want to enjoy revisited Mantuan cuisine with slightly unusual dishes, this is the place to be. Excellent service, the best eggplant parmigiana I've ever tasted, and a great selection of wines, both local and otherwise.
