05/06/2025: My husband and I got married at La Vacherie on June 2, 2025. We had a great impression right away even though we didn't know the location, based only on the reviews found online. We were looking for a location where we could do both the preparations since we already live together and the ceremony since many guests were traveling from other regions. Francesco, the wedding planner of the location, followed us from day one and it is thanks to him and his advice that we and our guests experienced a wonderful day. He took care of everything down to the smallest details and also managed the weather very well since there was a possibility of showers. Fortunately he spared us and we were able to take advantage of all the wonderful corners of the villa! Excellent and abundant food and excellent service always available to the spouses and guests. The appetizer with grilled meat and fish and oysters was very much appreciated, all very fresh and of excellent quality! I also relied on them for the flower service that was absolutely smashed 😂 In short, everything was perfect ❤️ We received compliments from everyone!!! A true sensory experience, the result of the perfect synergy between the mastery of Chef Fabio, the impeccable welcome and professionalism of Gloria and the winery Terre d’Erce, from Abruzzo. An evening where skills, flavours, aromas and combinations were expertly measured to offer guests a truly memorable experience. Among the courses, the "Tartelletta di trota salmonata" with lumpfish roe, crème fraiche and dill was particularly striking for its balance and freshness. The "Salvatore Sabatini" Brut 24 months was also highly appreciated. The "Pomodoro arrostito" with razor clams offered an interesting interpretation of the combination of sea and land. The "Risotto with scallops, yuzu and seaweed is an authentic masterpiece of delicacy and harmony, enhanced by the perfect pairing with the "Pecorino Mottagrossa" Terre di Chieti IGP. The second courses are also excellent: "Monkfish" and "lamb", both cared for in the smallest details, both in the execution and in the pairing with the wines. And no less so the dessert "Black Forest Gateau" accompanied by the red "AnnìAnnì" Terre di Chieti IGP. An evening that was able to excite and leave the desire for a future occasion. L’organizzazione è stata impeccabile, senza tempi morti, e ogni momento della serata ha brillato di un’energia unica.
