A very pleasant discovery, a simple place but with truly excellent cuisine. The lake carbonare is superb as is the amatriciana. Congratulations, we will be back 😉

Imbattuti per caso essendo a Salò per una gita in giornata, è stata una bellissima sorpresa! Quella domenica, essendo una festività tutti i ristoranti presenti erano al completo e con prenotazioni, invece da "dadone" ci ha colpito la disponibilità di trovarci un tavolo nonostante fosse al completo e ci ha incuriosito molto anche l'idea di pasta fatta in casa al momento e visibile già dall'ingresso e dal tavolino esterno con pasta in esposizione. Essendo un posto piccolo e non avendo prenotato, ci hanno detto di aspettare qualche minuto che ci avrebbero trovato un tavolo (eravamo 4). Ci hanno trattato con molta cortesia, penso fosse il titolare stesso che ci ha trovato il tavolo. Ognuno ha provato una pietanza diversa (maccheroni all'amatriciana, pappardella gustosa, casoncelli alla bresciana, e burrata pugliese per la persona celiaca). I nostri primi oscillavano tra i 12-14 Euro, burrata 15, bibite 4,40, acqua 3,80, coperto 2,80, caffè 2,20, amari o limoncelli del Garda tra i 5-5,50 e dolci 7 euro. Forse un po' care le bibite, l'acqua e il coperto, ma nell'insieme bisgna pensare che ci si trova in una delle piazze centrali di Salò e le materie prime sono ottime e fresche lavorate al momento, quindi il prezzo ci sta tutto. Non appena potrò tornare a Salò di sicuro andrò da dadone!

For me, who doesn't eat gluten and lactose-containing cheeses, the only option was sliced ​​meat and chips, I had no other choice. Tip: if you had gluten-free hamburger bread (which can easily be found in the supermarket) it would be a valid alternative for those with intolerances or allergies, which are increasingly common today. The steak was a little tough, the chips were good. The sandwiches looked good but having not tasted them I can't comment on them. The waiters were very kind, all in all we had a good time😊

24/03/2024: Had several lunches and dinners, both work, family, friends. I have always found courtesy and collaboration for the organization. Pay attention to details when preparing the table for events. Nice environment with a very pleasant outdoor space even in the summer. Quality, well-cooked food and a nice wine list that they know how to recommend depending on the choices from the menu. I will definitely go back again.
