Officina del Riso is one of those discoveries that makes you want to return. The restaurant is welcoming, with attention to detail and an atmosphere that immediately puts you at ease. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always available to recommend the perfect dish with professionalism and a smile.
The cuisine is its true strength: creative, modern, yet rooted in tradition. The risottos are extraordinary, balanced in flavor, and cooked to perfection.

A lovely, modern restaurant with a focus on risotto. The staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed it. The risotto was truly excellent. The carbonara rice puffs and rice balls were also delicious. A good selection of wines by the glass. Delicious dessert. I'll definitely be back to try other risottos.

I've dined at this restaurant before. The food is interesting and well-cooked. The risottos are good. Two things are a shame: the wine list is a bit sparse and the dinner was managed with two sittings. Eating with a counter is never a good idea. Repeatedly asking to leave is in poor taste. Of course, the restaurant had warned us, so I realized it wasn't for me. I'll stay away from this rushed welcome format.

I'll start by saying that I'm celiac and had the pleasure of dining here with my partner (who isn't celiac).
The menu is entirely gluten-free, and the staff is attentive and knowledgeable.
For appetizers, we tried the rice beignets... amazing and varied.
Excellent, carefully prepared dishes, well-balanced portions, and a quiet, charming location.

I went with friends on Sunday, February 22nd. It's a lovely place on the Navigli. Rice for all tastes and preferences.
All delicious (we had three different ones).
The rice cake was equally delicious.
The service staff were friendly and courteous.
