Recommended by a dear friend, I ate at this excellent restaurant with my family during a quick visit to Soriano nel Cimino. The quality and quantity were excellent, with fast and attentive service (plus helpful and friendly staff!). There are a few tables outside, but all the interior spaces are spacious and well-air-conditioned. Definitely recommended :)

After a week of hard work, including the day itself, I left Rome to visit my partner's relatives nearby. We then decided to stop at this lovely restaurant to try typical local dishes. Everything was excellent, from appetizers to dessert. The only downside was the presence of two incredibly rude kids, about 20 years old, who taunted my partner and I from the moment we entered until they left, thinking we couldn't hear their comments. It seems absurd to me that in 2026 there should be such a disrespectful, judgmental, and bigoted mentality.

12/07/2026: A lovely, historic, family-run restaurant just steps from the splendid Palazzo Farnese. The dishes are well-prepared and generous. We tried the house antipasto, the cheese board accompanied by a delicious onion mostarda (a family recipe), and excellent truffle-based pasta dishes.
12/07/2026: Upon entering, it reminded me of the aroma in my grandmother's house when she was preparing lunch. The restaurant is very beautiful, with truly kind, friendly, and cheerful staff. We had a wonderful meal (the egg chitarra pasta was delicious), highly recommended.
