I Sapori del Castello In Bolsena

Very pleasant surprise! I was on a pleasure trip to (re)discover our beautiful villages in Lazio, when, looking for a place to eat for lunch, I came across this cute place in the historic center of Bolsena. Already from the external appearance it presented itself very well, with attention to furnishings and atmosphere. Once seated we were greeted very kindly and were offered a series of dishes of the day. Our attention fell on a first course based on paccheri and smoked whitefish, with an exquisite aroma and flavour. The desserts were also fantastic. Congratulations to the Chef and the Pastry Chef!.

Very characteristic environment a stone's throw from the castle. Very good food and helpful and kind staff ✨ Good value for money, recommended!

Locale nel borgo antico molto piccolo e particolare, a me è piaciuto. Servizio buono , pinse nella norma, l’unica pecca la mezza porzione ( non chiesta da noi, ma offerta da loro per il bambino ) di paccheri a 9 €.

Nice tourist place, ideal for a short stop. Slightly narrow spaces with a familiar and quite welcoming atmosphere. The pinsa is very good!

This little warm and welcoming place amazes you with unique flavors and family care, I was totally entranced by the enveloping pampering of dishes, flavors and so much courtesy, I will definitely be back. Excellent

Very touristy place... we set out to eat the pinsa, but we discovered that the pinsas are frozen, they don't make them and they aren't cheap either.... . We then ate pici, which was very good, and pappardelle with wild boar. The latter disappointed us a bit. The flavor of wild boar is usually strong, but instead it wasn't noticeable. The service excellent. It can be done better!

Ambiente molto accogliente, personale molto gentile, sosta veloce per uno spuntino molto piacevole, decisamente consigliato.
