On vacation in the area, We dined there two nights ago. Excellent home-cooked food. The pici with eggplant and the goat ricotta cake are sublime. The politeness and kindness of the staff makes all the difference.

Excellent and unique dishes. I had the hazelnut maltagliati with white guinea fowl ragù and pecorino cheese, and it was delicious. For appetizers, we ordered the platter, and everything was delicious and homemade. The staff were truly kind and welcoming, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it.

We ate typical local dishes, such as pinci cacio e pepe with truffle and scamorza in other sauces, and platters of cured meats, water, wine, and coffee for €125.00 for five. The bathroom had a leaking pipe. They'll certainly fix it. Anyway, it was a very good lunch.

A day trip yesterday took us to Caprarola for lunch. We went to Casa del Gusto. The atmosphere was welcoming and pleasant, the service was quick, and the staff were incredibly sweet, kind, and polite. The food was excellent. The four of us tried everything, and the desserts were superb. Highly recommended. I'll be back.

16/08/2026: Found by chance. Excellent meat, freshly cut and cooked to perfection. The dessert was also excellent: a "quick-made" millefeuille, fresh fruit, and a cream that tasted like cream! The service was also excellent. We'll be back!
