I migliori ristoranti in Viterbo

30/06/2025: Esprimo un giudizio riguardante il locale inteso come pizzeria, poichè non non l'ho ancora provato come ristorante. A mio modesto parere, la loro è una delle pizze più buone del lazio, fina al centro, bella croccante sul bordo, molto leggera. Condimenti gustosi e saporiti, non temo smentite. I proprietari sono persone estremamente gentili, tra l'altro portano avanti con successo una tradizione nella ristorazione ormai pluridecennale, parlo dai tempi del famoso "Imperiale", locale che chi, come me, è di zona, non può non aver conosciuto ed apprezzato. Aggiungo per finire che i prezzi sono, almeno per gli standard di oggi, estremamente competitivi (ultima volta: antipasti misti per 6, 6 pizze di vario genere, 2 lt. di acqua, 2 lt. di birra alla spina, 1 lt di Coca Cola, 3 caffè: € 90,00).

12/06/2025: I have known this restaurant for a long time, I often stop there for a quick lunch. Nice atmosphere, customer care and excellent dishes always fresh and well prepared. Highly recommended the lombreichelli provola, speck and pistachios

10/08/2025: Home-style cooking, simple yet delicious. A comfortable atmosphere makes you feel right at home, ready for a carefree lunch while enjoying the stunning medieval views of Tuscania. The staff is attentive and very friendly, the portions generous, and the house wine (we only tried the red) is very good. The value for money is truly unparalleled these days. Reservations are highly recommended.

05/08/2025: Truly shameful. I won't comment on what happened because it would take too long to tell. I'll just say that I paid and left without eating after waiting almost 1:30. From personal experience, I highly recommend it.

16/06/2025: Beautiful location, top restaurant for ceremonies and events of all kinds. I go there on Saturday evening, 20 euros for an all-you-can-eat buffet: grilled meat, first courses, wood-fired pizza, appetizers of all kinds, high quality, truly unbeatable! Always very fast service, highly recommended!!

31/05/2025: For a group of people there was a buffet service for abundant appetizers and a first course. Dessert served at the table.

25/04/2025: I went to the Bistrot in Viterbo and left really satisfied! I ate very well: every dish, from the first course to the dessert, was studied in detail and rich in flavour. The dishes were excellent, both in terms of the quality of the ingredients and the presentation. The service was impeccable: courteous, attentive and professional staff. An experience that I highly recommend to those looking for high-level cuisine in a welcoming environment.

12/08/2025: I can't say I had a bad meal, but it wasn't memorable either. The food was average, with a good platter of cold cuts and a starter of ricotta ravioli, the pasta a bit too thick, as were the maltagliati with a good white ragù. The house wine was good, as was the dessert. Overall, everything was okay, except for the service, because we weren't even invited to try other dishes. We were left abandoned in the half-empty room. So, all in all, it's a place with great potential, but I wouldn't return.

08/08/2025: We had a wonderful time, the food was divine, and we were pampered from start to finish! This is truly a place worth trying. We hope to return soon, and congratulations to all the staff!

14/08/2025: An old-fashioned establishment without too many pretensions, but that quickly fades into the background when the food is good and the staff is competent. The prices (for me, coming from Milan) are ridiculous, so I'll be back every night. Highly recommended!

03/08/2025: Last year I was in Tarquinia on holiday and I thought of trying this restaurant as soon as I read the menu and I saw tagliata salt and oil I fell in love if I can recommend medium cooking it flakes in your mouth and then for the service I have to say everyone is very kind the environment is one of those few that makes you feel and feel good it was truly a memory and this year tasting that tagliata again melted my heart

13/08/2025: The atmosphere is pleasant, tidy, and well-organized. Everything is wonderfully fresh. The seafood appetizers and main courses are paired with the expert advice of the very friendly and kind owner.

22/08/2025: We had high hopes for this restaurant given its reputation and the many accolades plastered on the doors, but overall the experience didn’t live up to expectations. The service was unfriendly and dismissive, which set the tone for the meal. At one point, our placemats were left oily from the plates, and despite us gesturing, mentioning they were dirty, and even stacking them at the front of the table, the staff never replaced them. Instead, we sat through dessert with greasy, food-stained placemats right in front of us- not exactly the atmosphere you want for enjoying a “fancy” meal. As for the food, there were some hits and some misses. The lamb rib chops were fine but nothing remarkable. Of the pastas we tried, the pesto with hazelnuts was our favorite, while the mushroom pasta was bland and under-salted. The calamari, however, was excellent- fresh, crispy, and elevated by crunchy zucchini and sweet potatoes. Dessert was underwhelming: the “mixed fruit” turned out to be just strawberries, and the tiramisu was cloyingly sweet. Nothing we ate was terrible, but overall the dishes leaned pretentious without delivering. Combined with the poor service, the restaurant simply didn’t live up to the hype or the glowing reviews.

20/08/2025: Excellent dinner in the center of Viterbo. Everything was delicious, including excellent local dishes. Very good. We'll definitely be back.

03/07/2025: Cena in una calda serata estiva con spazi all’aperto diffusi su diversi piani del vicoletto. In particolare top la tavola panoramica con vista sul paese antico davvero suggestivo. Cibo impeccabile con qualche punta di eccellenza. Servizio cortese e con il sorriso . Conto adeguato

07/07/2025: Very nice place, well-kept, and especially for those who suffer from the heat, very fresh. Perfect service. The waiters are always attentive and ready. Dishes, wonderful. Bill, well, if you want to eat well, you have to pay, and here you eat very well. Raw fish, first courses, desserts, everything really very good. Compliments.

24/06/2025: I highly recommend this pizzeria!!! We have been going there for years and the quality is always excellent, various and delicious pizza flavors. The real quality of this place is the smile. With their jokes they always manage to make you smile! They are fantastic!! The hot dogs, supplì and chips are also excellent!! You can also eat directly in the pizzeria.
