Excellent burgers with meat seasoned with fennel. Beautiful location at the end of the Sponata piste. Lots of sunshine.

The fried pizzas with chicory are excellent, I also recommend the cacio e pepe supplì and the Nepesina pizza.

19/02/2026: I discovered this bar by chance and fell in love with it the first time I walked in. A delightful, well-kept place with spacious interiors and exteriors. The perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, snacks, and aperitifs. A wide selection of desserts, especially croissants. The staff is young, friendly, and attentive. I can honestly say it's one of my favorite bars in Viterbo 💗

04/03/2026: A special location for special moments. Reservations are mandatory given the size of the place. The service is impeccable, but above all, the pizza is extremely easy to digest. And what can I say about the pizza chef's extreme motivation and enthusiasm? It was a dinner for four on a wonderful evening with some dear friends of ours. They took us to this location, and it made an immediate impression. Everything was very clean, but above all, they were greeted with lots of genuine smiles. They immediately led us to our table and, without rushing us for a moment, gave us all the time we needed to order. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful, and delicious, delicious. Pizzas by the meter with a wide variety of flavors. And all extremely authentic. I could say I recommend it to everyone, but instead I say go and try it to believe it.
