Beautiful place that confirmed all the expectations I had just reading the menu. Delicious traditional cuisine, exceptional raw materials from the first courses (lasagna and perfect gnocchi) to the second courses (I don't remember having eaten better pork than this). The explosiveness of the sauce and the various ragùs thrilled me and encouraged me to eat. I would have liked to try everything but unfortunately I only have one colon. I wonder why some bad reviews; that the various (and deserved) awards have attracted even the worst of customers? Maybe those who are willing to denigrate work, dedication and exceptional raw materials just for the sake of taste, malice and (probably) the inability to recognize value? The price of being exposed. Recognition more than deserved, if there were places like this. When I decide to eat really well I will return here.

An excellent appetizer of own production and difficult to beat premises, two good first courses, not abundant but fair, two glasses of red with an excellent bouquet, two good desserts with two glasses of Aleatico (which seems strange but not everyone has in the area): 80 EUR. Satisfied, even though in those parts we usually spend 10-15 less.

I review the part regarding the restaurant which has a large room and adequate staff in terms of number, courtesy and attention. The peculiarity of the farm is the breeding of pigs from which the owners then obtain excellent products that become dishes. You can find pork trotters and susianelle, sausages and various salamis. Rich menu where Guido Felici's pacchero (from Viterbo) also makes an appearance. The open fireplace (with hood) where they make embers is beautiful. Wide choice of wines, a little weak on desserts. Fair prices for what we ordered (the rabbit was excellent). Recommended place.

Premetto che recensisco il ristorante. Era da un po' che non frequentavo questo posto, da prima della pandemia... Ci sono stato ieri e ho trovato lo stesso calore e la stessa cortesia e professionalità... Le attenzioni in sala sono estremamente accurate, da quando ti accompagnano al tavolo fino a che ti servono... Prodotti di eccellenza. La pizza è la migliore che abbia mai assaggiato a Viterbo. Leggera ed estremamente digeribile. Detto da uno che solitamente non riesce mai a finirla... L'ho presa col salame e anche qui le mie papille gustative hanno trovato il paradiso. Prodotti locali di eccellenza certificata. Prezzi aumentati? Si... Ho letto commenti che mi hanno lasciato di stucco. Ho visto dare 1 o 2 punti proprio per il prezzo. Magari sono persone che non torneranno più, col benestare dei proprietari. Se questo è il ragionamento non dovrebbero andare più neanche a fare la spesa. Io ci tornerò... Anzi, mi ha fatto veramente piacere ritornarci dopo tanto tempo. Ultima cosa: si paga anche la professionalità. Seguo da anni il proprietario e ho potuto apprezzare i suoi successi a livello nazionale. Anche questo è un traguardo che ha comportato sicuramente sacrifici. Tutto ha un costo ma vi è un dettaglio molto importante: l'adeguatezza. E sentirsi coccolati, ammaliati dal servizio e dai sapori unici... Questo non ha prezzo. Agristorante di qualità: nel locale, nel servizio, nella carta dei vini, nel cibo, vero protagonista. Unica pecca: taglieri di salumi e formaggi, di ottimo livello, ma veramente striminziti che mortificano la qualità del prodotto e la tradizione del tagliere del centro-Italia. C'è tempo e modo per aggiustare il tiro, anche perché la qualità è veramente alta.

Erano anni che non andavamo perché avevamo un ricordo non positivo ieri sera stati a cena cibo buono anche se i camerieri ti controllano il tavolo e stanno sempre lì a levarti il piatto mettendo un po’ ansia !!!! Nota dolente i prezzi ….. mi dispiace non si può pagare una braciola di maiale 18 euro!! Sapete quanto abbiamo speso 120 euro in 3!!! Dovete assolutamente ridimensionarvi!!
