17/08/2025: Wonderful place with breathtaking views surrounded by nature, well-maintained structure down to the smallest details, very clean and welcoming apartment, Elisabetta and Diana really made us feel at home, always attentive to our needs. Thanks to Elisabetta for the precious advice on places to visit and restaurants/trattorias where we could eat well. This holiday was just what we needed, we truly found a little corner of paradise! 12/08/2025: It's rare for a place to surprise me enough to give it a five-star rating, but everything here is truly amazing: from the splendid farmhouse to the well-kept garden, from the cleanliness of the apartments to the pool. Despite the scorching heat these days, you can still breathe here because it's always breezy. Truly an oasis of tranquility and peace!!!! Highly recommended :-)

04/10/2025: For lunch at work, we ordered a pasta dish here, specifically the lombrichelli alla viterbese. A choice that not only brightened up the meal, but also gave us a boost for the rest of the day. The portion is very generous: the fresh pasta has a rustic, full-bodied texture, capable of absorbing the rich sauce of sausage and guanciale, perfectly bound by the tomato base that enhances the ingredients. The pecorino and fennel add a bold note that completes a dish that speaks of Tuscia. Truly a culinary experience worth repeating to try other delicacies.

18/09/2025: There are about 5 bars on the square, on Saturday night this bar was the only one full of people - that is, the garden in front of the bar. Very good beer and food and reasonable prices. I was impressed by the hamburger, the composition of which you determine yourself by choosing from the menu - see photo. If I ever get to these parts again, we will definitely come back for food and beer.

30/08/2025: A place I've had in my heart for five years, since I discovered Vasanello. A welcoming place, with polite and welcoming staff. The cuisine is characterized by top-quality products. The menu is well-chosen to ensure the quality of the ingredients is always fresh, a point I find more advantageous than menus full of lavish dishes. I could recommend everything, but especially the arrosticini and chicken wings. I love bold flavors, and paired with a good beer and an indefinite amount of fries, happiness is served.

07/12/2025: We stayed in the camper for a day and a night and had a really great time. The owners are very kind and friendly. We had an engine problem and they even helped us find a mechanic to fix it. We also had our dog with us, who had a great time playing with other local dogs, all very well-behaved and sweet. A family-friendly, welcoming, and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely recommend it!

10/09/2025: A wonderful place to spend a few days in complete tranquility, located on a beautiful, perfectly flat lawn under the trees. It lacks nothing: water, electricity, spotless bathrooms, and you can visit the well-kept animals. In short, an experience worth repeating. The staff hosted us wonderfully; I personally spoke a lot with the father, who is down-to-earth and always available. This time we went with tents, but next time we'll go with our caravan and we won't have to worry about the weather if it rains. Thank you, thank you, thank you 😘😘

17/08/2025: They make pizza by the slice and round pizzas to suit all tastes. We ate ours on site, waited on hand and foot. From the menu, I chose a pizza that immediately piqued my interest, and which turned out to be "special." The atmosphere is welcoming, well-organized, and clean. I'll definitely be back.

09/03/2026: Excellent trattoria in a cozy, family-friendly atmosphere. The quality/price ratio is excellent. The dishes are truly delicious and reasonably priced. The photos of A.S. Roma and the Fedayeen are the only flaw, but I say that as a Lazio fan. Jokes aside, highly recommended.

01/03/2026: It's always a shame to leave a bad review for people who work there. In this case, even more so because it feels like an old trattoria, with people who have been working there for a while. But you go there to eat... So, unfortunately, based on our experience: it's better not to go at all! To summarize: I sometimes leave, but it's probably happened to him twice in over twenty years, and once he was ill. Here, he was disgusted: the smell alone was unappealing upon entering. Then, his pasta had disjointed flavors, resulting in inedible results: abandoned, after an effort, half-eaten; my gnocchi with ragù, to be honest, also smelled bad. They were abandoned too. And not even free, at 11 euros a plate. The bill was presented verbally, or written down upon request. The chicory was edible, the desserts were offered, but we thanked them without trying. One wonders how it has all these positive reviews; we don't recommend it because we (didn't) eat, which is something we rarely do! We hope it was a bad day!

27/02/2026: Excellent burgers with meat seasoned with fennel. Beautiful location at the end of the Sponata piste. Lots of sunshine.
