I dined there for just ten euros (pilgrims' menu), a drink, and four slices of excellent pizza topped with imaginative and flavorful local ingredients. The refreshment after a long and tiring day walking in the beautiful countryside was not only physical but also spiritual. The husband and wife, skilled pizza chefs, showed me the details of the recent frescoes that decorate all the walls of the restaurant, told me anecdotes and interesting facts about Vetralla, and were keen to listen to my story and experience. 17/08/2025: They make pizza by the slice and round pizzas to suit all tastes. We ate ours on site, waited on hand and foot. From the menu, I chose a pizza that immediately piqued my interest, and which turned out to be "special." The atmosphere is welcoming, well-organized, and clean. I'll definitely be back.

16/11/2025: A restaurant right in the center of Vignanello's main square. Unique... located on the first floor (there's also an elevator). We had tortelloni with porcini mushrooms, suckling pig with chestnuts, and scallops with mushrooms, all very good. Quiet atmosphere.

13/12/2025: The five of us ate really well, the dishes were delicious and we were also very filling. Very satisfied.

10/12/2025: We arrived around 2 pm, and without any problem, the manager found us a table. We didn't have to wait long for our food, even though there are 300 different pasta dishes on the menu! My husband had spaghetti with seafood (€12), and I had spaghetti with white truffles and chestnuts (€12). A real treat, generous portions, and delicious, home-style cooking. One of the waitresses spoke French. All the desserts were homemade. We highly recommend this restaurant.

06/05/2026: Four stars more than deserved. The starters and first courses were very good. The service was not perfect. One of the four first courses escaped them and arrived a little late. The place was very welcoming. I would definitely go back.

03/05/2026: A wonderful experience, excellent value. We ate divinely, particularly enjoying the homemade cheeses, orange marmalade, and hazelnut and chestnut liqueur. We recommend trying the local and traditional first courses. The outdoor seating area of ​​the cloister is truly beautiful, and we recommend eating there if a table is available. Antonio is an excellent host and is truly worth a visit. If you're in Viterbo, definitely go.

22/01/2026: A very cute place. Decorated like an old mine (including three tables shaped like mine carts), it has a varied menu of appetizers, focaccias, pizzas, piadinas, and specialty main courses.

02/09/2025: This norcineria is absolutely divine. The food is wonderful. We ordered a mixed charcuterie board for three, a porchetta sandwich, a mortadella sandwich, as well as water and grapes and a bottle of excellent white wine. We couldn't finish it all without it. It was truly excellent and plentiful. We also purchased some charcuterie and cheeses to take home, which were extremely delicious. The bill was a truly pleasant surprise. I think we'll definitely be back next time I'm in Sutri. Thanks also to the staff who have to navigate so many people 🤗

08/05/2026: Passing by while walking the Via Francigena, I stopped in for a snack, drawn by the sign featuring a pilgrim. The products are truly delicious, and the price is more than fair. The owner is very kind and friendly. In addition to takeout, you can also eat in, but there are no tables, just stools and a counter along the wall.

01/05/2026: A really cute little place, delicious pizza, good arrosticini. To increase the rating to five stars, I'll be back to try other dishes. The interior is small, very well-kept and cute, with other tables outside. I recommend booking, but the staff is really friendly and the service is quite fast. The pizzas are large but low-mass, Roman-style. 👍🏼 I recommend it and I'll be back.

11/05/2026: This place has a different management style: just a few tables and a single evening seating at 9:00 PM, a choice that creates a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere, without crowds or tables too close together. For this very reason, it's essential to book several days in advance, as the place is always very popular. Finally, a place that focuses on the quality of the experience, not the quantity of customers. The staff is friendly, helpful, and attentive. The pizza is truly excellent, with generous portions and more than fair prices. Congratulations on the organization and the work you do; keep up the good work! Highly recommended.

29/03/2026: Everything is always excellent, but there is a flaw and I can't help but warn you out of respect for your psychological balance. Eat the pizza, enjoy the courgette flowers, drink the excellent Guinness on tap, put your finger anywhere on the menu and go ahead, you won't be disappointed, but woe betide you, woe betide you poor things, stay away from the Nutella shovel, it's sneaky and alluring but it's addictive like nothing else in the world :) :)

21/01/2026: We often go to this lovely pub. They have fantastic pizza. The staff is always kind, helpful, and above all patient. We always stop by with the kids, and they put up with us. I recommend always making a reservation because it's very busy and you might not get a seat.
