08/10/2025: The Cozza de Marinare was so delicious that we forgot to photograph it, but the homemade Spaghetti Vongole made it happen. They were the best I've ever eaten, and I love the dish. The service was also super friendly.

17/10/2025: On our way to Pisa, at the suggestion of friends, we decided to stop in Orte, where they recommended we try their magnificent pinsa. We sat outside, surrounded by a family-friendly and authentic atmosphere. We ordered three pinsa to share among four: one Gricia, one Bufalina, and one half Carbonara and half Provola and Pancetta. Flavorful, to say the least!! The pinsa dough was crispy and flaky, the sauce was creamy and rich. Highly recommended! We'll be back whenever we're in the area.
17/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the historic center, where you can experience a classic "slow life" atmosphere.
The staff is polite and friendly, and as for the food, the pinsa with its classic Roman flavors is truly exquisite.
For years now, it's been my go-to stop on every trip; I highly recommend it!

06/12/2025: For those who love thin, crunchy Roman pizza, this pizzeria is a must! Long recognized and awarded as one of the best pizzas in Tuscia. Large, two-dish pizza, wood-fired, it's light and easy to digest, with variations to suit all tastes. Excellent beer and cola on tap. Top 🔝
11/11/2025: There's no doubt that this is truly the best pizza in Tuscia, and I'd say more. It's a welcoming place, the owners are very friendly, and the pizza is delicious and perfectly digestible. Nothing to complain about.

15/11/2025: Excellent local restaurant. The fettuccine with wild boar ragù (hand-sliced) in white sauce is excellent.
The mixed meat skewer is also excellent.
The potatoes are good, perhaps a little dry, but good too.
A nice discovery.
They also do gluten-free dishes.

Excellent food, refined dishes, exceptional wines, courtesy and professionalism.
The lungarello with pecorino fondue, egg, and truffle and the fettuccine with porcini mushrooms were absolutely fantastic!
Excellent fried dishes.
The service was also superb. The staff were friendly, a perfect mix of friendliness, expertise, and efficiency.
We'll definitely be back!

16/09/2025: An excellent venue, suitable for groups and individual tables, both inside and out. Lunch is available with a wide selection of both hot and cold dishes, all excellent in both flavor and quality.
The staff is friendly and attentive to customer needs.

18/10/2025: Every time we come to Rome, we always stop at this pastry shop which is better than many others in Rome... all the desserts are delicious. For example, the Babà and Sacher are phenomenal, the Babà filled with real rum!!!! ❤️

23/04/2025: Unique room created from a period building with enormous fireplace, convivial tables, few seats. There is therefore intimacy and the proposal with local foods, mostly self-produced, is refined and excellently executed. It remains possible to socialize with Anna and Marco who are more than happy to explain the courses and more, but also linger to share wine and chat with the diners. A rare possibility in modern catering, at least in cities. Considering the care and rarity of the proposal, the prices are correct.
