Oh, I took it from the takeaway, 3 pizzas, 2 cis kake, 3 cans, a beer, a 1-liter water, 53.50 euros. It's not that I'm starving, but I don't know why I went, I'd have done it first to get a tray 😢

A truly extraordinary pizzeria! The pizza is so large that it arrives served on two plates, a spectacle just to look at. The dough is crispy, incredibly light, and incredibly digestible, thanks to a carefully selected flour mix that truly makes all the difference. But the added bonus is the staff: friendly, welcoming, and always smiling, capable of making you feel at home right away and putting you in a good mood even before the pizza arrives. A place where you eat great and leave with a full belly and a smile on your face. Highly recommended! 😄🍕

For those who love thin, crunchy Roman pizza, this pizzeria is a must! Long recognized and awarded as one of the best pizzas in Tuscia. Large, two-dish pizza, wood-fired, it's light and easy to digest, with variations to suit all tastes. Excellent beer and cola on tap. Top 🔝

15/02/2026: A lunch with wine tasting, everything very good, the meat excellent... The starter was very good even if a little too small.
31/01/2026: My partner and I often eat at Casaletto, and every time is a confirmation. The service is always extremely kind and attentive. I've had the pleasure of trying both the first and second courses, as well as the pizza, and... what can I say? Everything is excellent. The ingredients are homemade, and the pizza dough is truly light (it's no coincidence that it's listed as a three-slice pizzeria by Gambero Rosso). The desserts are irresistible: even when we're full, we always leave room for something. The chocolate cake and zuppa inglese are tops! I can't wait to go back.

28/09/2025: My partner and I spent two nights in Viterbo. It was right across the street from our vacation rental, and we decided to have a few wines. The next morning, we had breakfast there, and in the afternoon, when they had a wine tasting with great music, we went back again. The owners are lovely and treated us wonderfully. The atmosphere was very pleasant and friendly. If we return to Viterbo, we will definitely come back.
06/09/2025: A wonderful place where when you spend time, you can find the right path to happiness!
