27/07/2025: Just returned to Rome....I can already feel the melancholy of the views, the silence, of Elisabetta and her mother, and also of Biro (the adorable dog with the wonderful eyes 😍). I was lucky enough to stay, by chance, in this property. I found beauty, excellent cleanliness, a strategic location for reaching enchanting places, and above all, so much care and attention. If feeling at home makes you feel good, here you can savor happiness. Go and you won't regret it. Thank you so much ❤️ I'll be back soon ☺️

03/06/2025: A pleasant discovery...a wonderful place, cared for in every detail...everything perfect. Elisabetta and Matteo recommended places to visit and where to eat...mother Diana pampered us with her excellent ciambellone. The apartments were comfortable, functional and very clean. Everything perfect!

23/08/2025: Whenever I go to Viterbo (I live elsewhere), I drive all the way here, and this review would be over already. Excellent and original sandwiches with homemade bread (at least it seems to be the flavor and texture), with many vegetarian options (AMEN!!!). Delicious toasted, but even better when fresh. Superlative coffee. As I sat there one Saturday morning, The Cure's playlist came on, while the owners, relaxing, prepared more sandwiches at the counter. What can I say? Relaxing.

21/08/2025: This is a sandwich bar and food shop, not a proper restaurant. But they do serve tasty and original tramezzini, light on toppings but very varied and healthy. Some are toasted, others are not, appropriately depending on the ingredients. They are accompanied by various good-quality cured meats and cold cuts, assorted bruschetta, and delicious, moderately aged pecorino cheeses. To accompany the cheeses, they also offer some delicious homemade jams. The platters are generous and plentiful (AYCE, which I also served even though I was alone), including a glass of wine or a spritz. The owners are very kind and helpful; for three generous platters, a glass of wine, a liqueur, and an extra mineral water, I spent less than 20 euros. I don't know if they'll keep this promotion going, but for now, it's true. The place is very simple and unpretentious, yet welcoming and pleasant, and the owners are friendly. I highly recommend it.

07/08/2025: The entire place smells strongly of fish. The sushi is good, but fairly standard. Some of the dishes aren't particularly appealing (grilled shrimp, salmon tacos with toasted almonds). As for Chinese cuisine, the grilled dumplings are very good. The first order is very quick, the second is quite slow.

31/07/2025: It turns out to be the best local sushi restaurant in Viterbo. The quality of the dishes is top-notch, very fresh and refined. The environment is well-kept and clean. It's worth noting that the employees wear uniforms, which is very important and a sign of professionalism. Recommended ☺️

30/07/2025: Excellent hotel in an ideal location on the lakeside and a stone's throw from the historic center of Bolsena. Very professional staff, it's always a pleasure to stay at this hotel!!!

29/07/2025: A hotel in a splendid location. The lake is just steps away, and very close to the city center. Excellent service and good food.

09/06/2025: Quiet and welcoming environment, menu with a minimum of offers between appetizers, first courses, second courses and side dishes. Dishes cooked to perfection and seasoned in the right way. I didn't ask for desserts but they are there. Repeatable experience.

I asked why they didn't inform me, and the answer was, "You're right, if I'm right, please make up for the mistake." It's rude. Maybe I only had enough money for the price of the meal?
