Although my mother and I unfortunately have food intolerances, she explained all the ingredients in the dishes to me precisely, making us feel completely at ease. 14/05/2026: Very charming. Very friendly staff. The pasta is very good, served in artisanal-style pans. The house desserts are good, as is the red wine, which isn't heavy but easy to digest. The platter of cold cuts and cheeses is very tempting. They also serve small fried bread pizzas with sauce on top: succulent. The atmosphere is clean and furnished in the style of an old tavern, with just a few tables, so there's no crowding, perfect for a bit of serenity at the table.

11/05/2026: A pleasant discovery. The first course was original, served still in the pan. The tagliata was well-cooked, and the first courses were flavorful. The house wine was also good. Worth considering.

01/11/2025: No guys, never again! We sat down and they brought us the menu right away and then forgot about us... after 35 minutes we had to stop a waiter who avoided looking at us and asked if he could order. He told us his colleague would be right there. After 10 minutes, his colleague came and took our order and shortly after brought us our appetizer. Then, over an hour and a half later, nothing arrived. I had to get up to ask for the bill, at least for the water and appetizer, before leaving. Not even an apology for their terrible behavior. The food wasn't even good, it was flavorless. Terrible experience. Rude staff.

01/05/2026: Following a local's recommendation, we had lunch at this unique restaurant. The space is spacious, bright, and exceptionally clean. The staff welcomed us warmly, proving to be friendly and very helpful. The menu offers a wide selection, and the quality/price ratio is definitely fair, with well-balanced portions. You absolutely must try the young sheep (I don't remember the name), it's truly excellent! A positive experience that I highly recommend.

25/12/2025: My family and I visited today, December 25, and we had a great time, especially thanks to the kind and friendly service. The menu is à la carte, the dishes are carefully prepared for a farm stay, and the ingredients are excellent. We had a small shared appetizer, a first course each, five second courses for seven people, five side dishes, four desserts, and a liter of house wine. I hope that at €53 per person, it's truly excellent value, especially considering it's a holiday.

09/04/2026: A corner of authentic Sardinia where you least expect it! Discovering this place was a real surprise. I never imagined I'd find the genuine and authentic flavors of Sardinia right here, in a place that from the outside didn't suggest such a profound gastronomic journey. Everything we tasted was delicious, prepared with ingredients that taste of the land and tradition. The appetizer deserves special mention. It was like being transported directly to a Sardinian farmhouse, surrounded by intense aromas and flavors that weren't manipulated to "fit," but served with all their original character. From the welcome to the quality of the dishes, it was an excellent experience. If you're looking for authentic Sardinian cuisine, this is the place. The very kind chef even reinterpreted the dishes with a vegetarian twist. I'll definitely be back!

26/03/2026: There is nothing structurally wrong with the hotel, but the service was terrible, the waiters were surly, unfriendly, and cold.

23/03/2026: We had a wonderful stay at the Naiadi Park Hotel, a perfect base for visiting Orvieto, Assisi, Perugia, and the beautiful Bolsena. The hotel is surrounded by greenery, quiet, and welcoming, with clean, comfortable rooms. The staff was always friendly and helpful. A truly positive experience: we definitely recommend it!

02/01/2026: I go every day, I like it because the atmosphere is familiar and then it is a place where you can express yourself in the historic Viterbo dialect helped by the expert Remigio, every day on his blackboard a maxim in strict Viterbo dialect... which he then translates into Italian 👏. 27/10/2025: Extraordinary!! Delicious food, extraordinary natural wines, and a sensational welcome! The owner is extremely friendly and manages to convey his love for good. I recommend it 300%!!! I tasted a dish that on paper seemed simple (a buffalo mozzarella crust) but wrapped in three strips of Italian bacon, baked in the oven. A treat!

19/10/2025: A very welcoming and quiet place, with little conversation and plenty of warmth even inside. Excellent wines. The very kind and competent staff made us feel right at home for an hour. There are a few tables outside, but they're definitely well-managed. We'll be back.

27/04/2026: Fabulous. Food? Organic and worth it. Cycling? Start right from the dirt road outside the house. You arrive tired and hungry after the Via Francigena... and they welcome you with a smile, a hot shower, and the scent of homemade cake. The rooms smell of wood and lavender and are very clean... the silence is so intense you can hear the crickets chirping overtime. Dinner is delicious with natural food: even the meat is from their small, all-organic farm, and the eggs are from free-range hens. 27/04/2026: Among so many agriturismos that exist only on paper, this one offers a truly authentic experience, on a real farm, staffed by genuine, friendly, and welcoming people. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and impeccably clean. The food is excellent, prepared with genuine, quality ingredients. I particularly appreciated the relaxing atmosphere and the time spent with those who live this place with passion, conveying a sincere love for a simple lifestyle, far from the frenzy and banality of everyday city life.

30/05/2026: I often go there for aperitifs on the weekends. It's a very well-stocked place, both for its extensive wine list and cocktails. I should point out that it's the only place in the area, including the breweries, that stocks Guinness. The platters are also good and plentiful, even for those who prefer lactose-free options. Great! I'll be back. Lastly, it's best to book on weekends.
