19/11/2025: I got charged 36 euros in cash for the tourist tax when we checked in (two adults for 3 nights) I know the tourist tax is a thing it just seemed really high. The front desk guy made me pay cash and literally put it in his pocket and didn’t give us a receipt. Everywhere else in Italy charged after our stay or it was included in the booking. Did anyone else get charged that much?

09/11/2025: Excellent location, but the rooms were small and dark (at least the one we had) with a window overlooking the hotel hallway. The bathroom was complete and comfortable, and we slept well. There's a common area where coffee is available, and the room also has a refrigerator.

21/10/2025: Unfortunately, my experience wasn't a positive one. I placed an order through Glovo, but they delivered the wrong product: instead of what I ordered, I received a babà, whose liqueur soaked into the other desserts, making them inedible (especially for someone like me who doesn't appreciate this type of dessert). I tried contacting the bakery to report the error, but the response was disappointing: a young man responded in a dispassionate tone and, rather than offering a solution, rudely hung up the phone. This was decidedly unprofessional behavior, which left me very dissatisfied with both the service and the quality of customer support.

10/11/2025: Don’t go there. 2 cafés : 15 euros and they invented some extra payment.

06/11/2025: I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. The waiter and the receptionist were very unpleasant to me. I spoke to them and they wouldn't even look at me, just gestured for me to leave.

24/10/2025: A very nice location, large and spacious, suitable for both adults and children. The food is average but nothing exceptional; some dishes are better than others. The fried appetizer is acceptable, and the French fries are really good. The first courses are varied: fettuccine with porcini mushrooms and carbonara are good; amatriciana and pasta with tomato and basil are delicious. The pizza is very good for those who like classic Roman-style pizza. The prices are reasonable.

21/09/2025: Excellent pizza at this sports club on Via Nomentana. It's lovely to dine al fresco, with well-seasoned thin Roman pizza and excellent toppings. The desserts are delicious and fresh. Private rooms are available for birthdays and parties.

24/06/2025: Nice place with super easy access, I liked the service and the sweets were tasty (of course the marijuana ones don't give that mega effect, but they're ok) I recommend it!

30/05/2025: DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME , THEY DON'T SELL WEED ANYMORE ! And i found an old women working there she can barely speak English ,not helpful at all !

09/09/2025: Food was slightly above average but nothing spectacular. Service was horrible, and server was very inpatient. Dining room was unsanitary where you see dirty styrofoam boxes stacked up next to the tables. Won’t be visiting again.

08/09/2025: Dish is very cheap. They have lunch box for €7. The breakfast only service before 11.

26/10/2025: Price was good, the kebab was also good for a kebb and the workers were super friendly, really liked it

09/09/2025: The staff was very friendly and helpful, but the kebab tasted like nail polish. I came with three friends, and they agreed. Overall, it was edible, but the nail polish aftertaste lingered. I wouldn't recommend it.

11/08/2025: The burger had Bacon, which wasn’t supposed to be. The pizza was stone cold and we couldn’t even eat them. Chips were cold as well.

13/10/2025: Hi, I don't understand the negative reviews about this restaurant. We went there recently, the food was excellent, the place is very cute, and the owners are very kind. The price is more than fair! I will definitely be back very soon.

16/11/2025: Fantastic atmosphere, spectacular location, but the food quality doesn't match the prices. The cocktails are also below average, poorly balanced, and high in alcohol. Recommended for after-dinner drinks or for those who like techno music.

02/07/2025: “Sbaglio io che continuo a tornarci, ma avere un bar sotto casa è troppo comodo. Aperitivo pessimo: solo pane da tramezzini avanzati, salatissimo. Ho chiesto perché non portassero almeno patatine o noccioline e mi è stato risposto prima che non le avevo mangiate l’ultima volta, poi che erano finite. Ho chiesto delle pizzette e mi è stato detto che le dovevo chiedere io. Il tutto servito con arroganza da una ragazzina, probabilmente fresca di diploma. Locali così dovrebbero chiudere.”

18/06/2025: Una cortese commessa al mio interesse di comprare un solo cioccolatino vista la fila mi ha omaggiato. Direi luogo eccellente per personale e qualità.

06/06/2025: Sono stata oggi 6 giugno intorno alle 15,15 per acquistare una scatola cioccolatini gianduiotti. La ragazza che mi ha accolta è stata di una estrema gentilezza e cortesia non potevo assolutamente aspettarmi di più quindi per lei 5 stelle al contrario invece è stato per il ragazzo che mi ha accolta alla cassa maleducato scortese e arrogante. Per questo motivo mi trovo costretta a dare una stella.

17/09/2025: Poor customer service. You contact them and no one answers, and when they do, they stall. The dispensers are always empty, even after repeated requests for supplies. I do not recommend them at all. Terrible experience.
