17/08/2025: If I could give zero stars, I would. This morning at 7:30, I went in at opening time to get four croissants to go. They told me the purchase limit was set at three. And my face said, "Really? That seems absurd." The cashier said to the other employee, "If she makes another face, I'll take them away." The result? She charged me €2 per croissant (which isn't the price of a takeaway croissant; my family has been going to this bakery all their lives.) Avoid!!! There are much better places, where the people are kind and willing to work!

15/08/2025: In Milan, I'll miss their fried donuts and smooth focaccia...the Dutch bread is also delicious. It's hard to find a seat outside if you get the time wrong, but the location in front of San Giovanni Battista is magnificent. Very friendly staff. One striking feature is the croissant display case, which in my opinion is truly unique...beautiful!!

18/07/2025: I went to this restaurant with high expectations, especially because a friend had highly recommended the chicken cacciatore. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. For my appetizer, I ordered breaded zucchini flowers with anchovies. The breading was so thick and greasy that the zucchini flowers couldn't even be tasted. The chicken cacciatore was submerged in oil between the skin and bones, there was very little cacciatore, and it was all accompanied by fried toppings that looked like they came from McDonald's! I don't doubt that others have had better experiences, but mine was below expectations and certainly not in line with the reputation I had been told.

16/07/2025: ⸻ Sono andato in questo ristorante con aspettative alte, soprattutto perché un amico mi aveva vivamente consigliato il pollo alla cacciatora. Purtroppo, è stata una grande delusione. Come antipasto ho ordinato i fiori di zucca impanati con le alici , l’impanatua era talmente spessa e grassa che il fiore di zucca non si sentiva proprio, il pollo alla cacciatora era sommerso nel olio tra pelle e ossa, di cacciatora c’era ben poco e il tutto accompagnato da patine fritte che sembravano uscite dal Mc Donald !! Non metto in dubbio che altri abbiano avuto esperienze migliori, ma la mia è stata sotto le aspettative e sicuramente non in linea con la reputazione che mi era stata descritta.

14/08/2025: Typical tourist spot that was right outside our hotel. The sprtiz was great and the caprese was yummy. The bread tasted a bit stale but overall, decent spot to snag some food as you explore the city.

07/09/2025: Last night we celebrated my grandmother's birthday. There were 13 of us, including a 4-year-old and two 2-year-olds. When we ordered, we asked the waiter to make 10 pizza menus and one supplì (since the baby would only eat that), and the two girls were asleep. While we were eating, the owner (at least I think it was him) came out and started counting, exclaiming, "Oh, the baby's eating too, so there are 11 menus." The boy had taken a piece of pizza from my plate and took two bites. When it came time to pay, he confirmed that there were 11 menus, also exclaiming, "Be thankful the two girls were sleeping, otherwise they would have paid too." We've been going to that restaurant for years, and under the old management, something like this never happened! You can tell the difference, considering that on a Saturday night there were roughly four tables.

26/06/2025: I asked for a pizza with courgette flowers, given that it costs 9 euros, all burnt and inedible, but in my opinion these people don't know how to manage this pizzeria and in my opinion by the end of the year either it changes management or it closes they don't know how to do it and yet when it opened with the new management the pizza was good in my opinion they changed pizza chef even if he told me no, moral of the story I prefer to go to Mozzico!!!

27/05/2025: Change of management and bad surprise. The food is not bad but the staff is terrible especially the girl who manages the room. Too long waiting times for appetizers and at 7:30 pm they already told us that there were no cod fillets because they had given them in take-away orders At 7:30 pm on Saturday??? Meh. We won't be back More

10/09/2025: It was fantastic experience! Such a nice atmosphere, service and very-very yummy food! Tried a lot of things seafood things, fishes, liked so much! Unfortunately, I live so far away from Italy, otherwise I would be returning customer here 🤩🫶🏻🔥🤤

24/08/2025: We went with the family on recommendation, and I must say we were very pleased. The service was friendly, the location beautiful, and the food truly exquisite. The fish was excellent and fresh. We will definitely be back.

20/06/2025: Do not eat here it’s beyond tragic!! I would have had enjoyed a pot poodle more over this so called authentic Italian dry, under cooked, flavourless dross. Complete waste of money

19/06/2025: Great Formaggio pizza, chewy crust with a crunch and the cheeses were melty amazingness.

21/06/2025: Classic Roman rotisserie, well stocked with the possibility of sitting inside, no outside tables... Having said that, the experience was not positive, the counter assistant, although quite fast, is not very flexible, I took a plate of cold pasta of poor quality with ingredients recovered from the hot table, which up to this point is ok, the problem is the price! 6 euros! Once in a rotisserie you saved money and ate reasonably well, while in this rotisserie in particular I found myself decidedly bad, I did not try the pizza but as a professional at first glance it did not seem excellent.

14/06/2025: Historic pizzeria that cooks in a very traditional way. If you want to eat pizza as it was once made, this is the right place. I love the white pizza but I also like the others. It's cheap and the service is always friendly
