25/08/2025: The pizza is very good, but obviously it depends on your taste. But the girls are skilled and quick at serving, and the variety of pizzas is more than adequate.

12/08/2025: We ordered two pans of pizza (1 Margherita - 1/3 potato - 1/3 crostini - 1/3 diavola) all simple flavors, in short, + 8 supplì = €95... I won't even comment!!! Never again.

22/06/2025: This evening we had dinner at the black pearl, a very nice place with writings referring to the film Pirates of the Caribbean. The staff are fantastic guys and the food is fabulous, it's worth waiting a bit because everything arrives freshly made

27/04/2025: Siamo stati serviti fa un ragazzo mulatto all’inizio sembrava professione è simpatico ma si è rivelato il contrario, dopo aver preso le ordinazioni abbiamo aspettato un bicchiere d’acqua più di una mezz’ora, anche dopo averlo chiesto molteplici volte. Infine abbiamo chiesto ad un altro cameriere e finalmente è arrivato. Ps l’acqua serviva per una medicina

30/07/2025: Don't be fooled by the name, the panzerotti are excellent, but the pizza is also great!!! Whether it was summer or winter, every time I passed by with my dad, we stopped for panzerotti. Excellent quality ingredients and great staff, I recommend everyone try whatever they have ☺️

02/06/2025: My experience at this place was, unfortunately, disappointing in several ways. The sandwiches arrived cold, with bread that crumbled easily and gave the impression of being an industrial product, not fresh. The accompanying chips were excessively hard, to the point of being almost inedible. Even the fried foods ordered left much to be desired: the flavor and consistency clearly made one think of frozen products. What struck me most negatively, however, was an episode that I consider unfair towards customers. I asked for a draft beer, but shortly after, passing by the bathroom area, I noticed that it was being poured into the glass directly from a bottle. If draft beer was not available, it would have been more correct to communicate this openly: decanting a bottled beer by passing it off as "draft" is a practice that is not very transparent, bordering on fraud. The only positive aspect is the service, which is courteous and helpful, and the environment, which is well-kept and pleasant. However, these elements are not enough to compensate for the serious shortcomings in terms of food quality and fairness towards the customer.

30/05/2025: I express with all sincerity what happened to me, we entered first and practically left after about an hour of waiting and in the meantime people were welcomed and served! Practically forgotten .... Obviously the first time it can happen (delay and cold sandwiches) but if you are a repeat visitor then I think it is right to review unfortunately in a very negative way! An experience to forget!

19/08/2025: The corner townhouse is very much like faulty towers the staff are very pleasant but its clear its not what it used to be. The restaurant area is closed so breakfast is served outside on the front terrace which is unclean and dusty. There is no sign for the hotel, the areas outside look tired and unkempt. The bar area is closed. It is a real shame as the staff were really pleasant but the hotel does not match up to the photos you see online. It is not a true reflection of the state of the property. We had breakfast once and didn't return, our 1st and only breakfast was on a bank holiday so the bakery were they usually source breakfast from was closed and the reception staff made up his own version with kids cereals, 5 pastries and milk and cereal served in a mixing bowl and dirty jug. This put us off for the rest of our stay. It's seems very odd way to do breakfast and was a real let down to the hotel. Id suggest not offering breakfast as its just not good service to expect guests to walk to a bakery to collect food and return to the hotel? If you are already booked, The location was very pleasant near to the collosseum and we had some meals in local restaurants at Baccio and Flavio al velavevodetto. There were two nice bars near by Mostros and Tram stop good for a spritz, plus the crafty beer place called So Good.

11/08/2025: Nice hotel just steps from the Circus Maximus and the Colosseum. Very clean and super friendly staff.

02/08/2025: We sat down just before the kitchen closed, and they greeted us with a smile and kindness. The octopus and potato salad was delicious, tender octopus, and spaghetti with clams were truly delicious. We'll definitely be back.

28/06/2025: Restaurant just opened on Saturday in our Trieste neighborhood... my husband and I wanted to try it... I have to say we will return.... to see if expectations are good... the two managers Daniele and Massimiliano are very motivated and should be encouraged... in any case these two dishes (scottona tartare) and ravioli with datterini tomatoes were beautiful to look at and above all good....

03/08/2025: Nice and clean establishment, but avoid the hot food. In May and June, they were helpful and courteous, the food was good. Since July, they've changed. The food is full of garlic and often raw. The staff is unhelpful, especially the blonde lady at the cash register. I went to point out to her that she could tell me that there's no single dish. The result was a plate of plain rice with boiled green beans and a piece of raw salmon, 24 euros without a receipt. She replied that there are no single dishes there and I need to learn to read, and then turned away. Congratulations. She's exactly the right person to deal with the public. Losing six regular customers on the weekend certainly isn't important to them, otherwise certain things wouldn't happen.

28/07/2025: Avoid it like the plague! The lady at the entrance seems like she's doing you a favor when you give her money. At the breakfast bar, strictly without a receipt, we arrive at the beach... far from a battery of chickens! The sunbed is almost in the water, so your bag between your legs would otherwise get wet. The unfortunate woman behind me (rightly) complained that when I lowered the sunshade, she couldn't fit... As a result, the sunbed can't even be lowered completely because there's not enough room. Conclusion: forget it!
