Loredana and Tiziana were incredibly patient and kind; not only did Loredana explain very clearly how the monthly payment and 10% discount Nespresso gave me worked, but she also helped me choose the pods, explaining their flavors in detail, especially the new ones like 'Pistachio'. Everything was accompanied by a tasting of the pistachio itself, also offered by Loredana. Tiziana was incredibly helpful, allowing me to leave you this thank you.

I went to this store to purchase a Vertuo machine after having had a bad experience with third-party retailers (not Nespresso chains). I was helped by a very empathetic consultant who understood my needs and asked the right questions. He even offered me a coffee to try the blend to match. Given this, I dare say that anyone who rates a machine with one star just because they were treated differently, given the intention of just getting a free coffee, deserves it. NESPRESSO or not. Just so you don't spend a single euro. The only advice I can give for the store is to increase the physical stock of items so as to have more ready access to different colors/models of the machines. I had the consultant go back and forth several times to check the availability of the Vertuo color and in the end I settled for the white Pop. Otherwise, a perfect shop.

I've been coming to this shop for a while now because, in addition to the great coffee, the staff, especially Katia, is always kind and attentive to my needs. I highly recommend it.
