04/07/2025: Not a good experience. Too long a wait, average coffee, New York cheesecake... Let's move on, I'm a sweet tooth but I left a piece. No table service, but 7.20 for a coffee and a piece of so-so cake. No thanks. Answer: just to clarify, no dispute about transparency. Simply in my personal opinion I didn't find them adequate for the product.

01/07/2025: A bar where the service staff wears t-shirts with slogans that make fun of the customers says a lot about the way the business is run. The baked goods are exceptional, but unfortunately the service and the environment are terrible. Always dirty tables, very small interior space, staff that shouts and bangs. The owner is especially out of place, nervous and with a totally rude attitude towards the customers.

31/08/2025: A truly beautiful and elegant place, it was promising, but the service is truly terrible. Unfortunately, overtourism in Rome has also led to this: young people who don't want to work in this field, but are forced to. So they behave rudely towards customers, taking out their frustrations on them. Don't fool me, I already know everything; we have the same problem in my city. I understand that maybe it's not the job of choosing, but mistreating a customer who asked if they'd actually given her what she asked for, NOT out of controversy but for a SIMPLE HEALTH MATTER, should be welcomed and not treated with the disdain I found myself facing. And also the sarcasm, the giggles... wow. The fact is that in addition to being gaslighted and told that what I'd asked to be removed from the drink wasn't there, being told I was imagining it, that "maybe this girl needs to be more calm..." and being mocked... I spent an afternoon with all the worst symptoms imaginable, so it was a lie; And not even with the decency to receive an apology for their mistake. Just that lame joke from the waiter and the disdainful looks from his colleague. Oh, and I'd also add that the bill wasn't excessive, more than that; not even at the menagerie did I spend this amount of money, for an order that wasn't even right. So: I advise everyone to stay away from this place. Simply another tourist trap in this city.

29/08/2025: The prices are unreasonable. I don't know if they are for everyone or just because we are Arabs. The taste is very, very average. I do not recommend it.

05/08/2025: A wonderful place with wonderful people. The food is delicious, and you won't find a better chef in all of Italy. You have to go there!

20/07/2025: Don't stop at the port for breakfast; take a stroll downtown....you won't be disappointed...but pleasantly pampered. The staff and patrons at the bar are super friendly. Worth a try...also for the very competitive prices. All-female management...a plus!

08/07/2025: I'm truly sorry to leave this negative review. Last week, I wanted to order two graduation cakes. After showing them the reference photo, I was rudely told that the cake was "ugly," "unhygienic," and "tasteless." This was because the bakery doesn't specialize in these kinds of cakes. They could have simply told me it wasn't possible, though apparently this is only their problem, as I haven't had any problems elsewhere. I recommend a professionalism course.

29/04/2025: Via de eigenaar van ons appartement zijn wij gewezen op dit restaurant wat net buiten de gebaande paadjes ligt van Trastevere. Het eten en de wijn was heerlijk. En het personeel behulpzaam.

25/08/2025: Amazing ice cream shop. The consistency of the ice cream is perfect. I've tried all the flavors and have never been disappointed.

16/08/2025: I ordered a half-kilo jar, at least half of which was chocolate and the rest was hazelnut cream. I got home and noticed the chocolate smell. Not satisfied, I tried again three days later... identical result. Zero professionalism. Never again.

19/02/2025: Nice place, friendly waiter but very slow cooking, we were the first two people and after us only 3 other tables of 2 came and we had the food in an hour and twenty, 2 potatoes, a portion of chicken nuggets (among other things different from the menu, but the kitchen apologised) and a parmigiana. I can't imagine the wait when the place is full.

25/05/2025: A magical place. One of those places where an atmosphere of authenticity reigns. I was fascinated by the neighborhood, the corner where the restaurant is located, and the simply very nice owners. Moreover, the food is divine with real prices. Thank you.
