Tante recensioni ci hanno portato a voler provare questo ristorante-pizzeria. Ordiniamo dei fritti ed una pepsi light da 1 litro alla spina. Pepsi arriva fresca di…forno; bollente a dir poco. Chiediamo qualcosa di più fresco, ma nulla è rotto il dispenser. Allora chiediamo due lattine. Bollenti anche quelle. Va bene, capiamo, può accadere e chiediamo del ghiaccio. Assente, anche quello non c’è. Passiamo ai fritti. Filetto di baccalà, buono ma estremamente minuscolo per un costo di 6€. Ne ho mangiati altri ugualmente buoni e fatti in casa allo stesso prezzo ma più grandi. Ma va bene, era buono. Supplì al ragù buono ma appena preso si è disintegrato, sembrava non essere consistente, praticamente disintegrato sul piatto appena infilzato. Pizze poco condite, anzi una, quella ortolana, praticamente scondita, c’erano (li abbiamo contati) 5 fettine tonde di zucchine e 4 di peperoni tagliati a filetti così piccoli che sembravano invisibili. Abbiamo richiesto aggiunta di salsiccia, ma erano presenti 3 micro pezzi. Tanto è che ho dovuto dare un po’ della salsiccia presente nella mia pizza per far sì che l’ortolana sapesse di qualcosa. Considerando le tantissime recensioni e l’elevato punteggio su Trip pensavamo ad una pizzeria onestamente migliore. Ma de gustibus…..Non torneremo.

Tutto ottimo trippa, coratella, polpette di coda insomma tutto speciale cuoca bravissima e personale di sala veramente splendidi alla mano e professionali allo stesso tempo. Mi sento di consigliarlo senza dubbio li troverete la VERA cucina romana.
