04/10/2025: Just a stone’s throw from my hotel, I popped in for a solo lunch—and I’m glad I did. The interior strikes a perfect balance: stylish yet unpretentious, with a touch of Scandinavian charm rather than overtly Latin flair. I ordered the Roman classic, Amatriciana, and it was superb. The pasta was cooked to perfection, and the tomato sauce was rich and deeply flavourful. For dessert, the homemade tiramisu was among the best I’ve ever had—no surprise, given the restaurant’s Roman roots. The staff were warm and welcoming throughout. Next time I visit, I’ll be sure to try their Carbonara.

05/11/2025: I recommend it for the restaurant, where they serve excellent food and excellent wines, but I would not choose it again for a stay. The room was full of flies and mosquitoes, the television didn't work, the bathroom shower broke, and no assistance was provided. I complained, but no one bothered to take care of us or take any interest in us. Luckily it was only one night. Never again!!!

04/11/2025: I booked 2 nights at this property. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay the balance for the two nights before I could get the room. When I paid for my two nights, I wasn't given a receipt. After a long discussion, I was given a receipt. The staff was unprofessional. Upon entering the room, I noticed a lot of dirt and insects, a very dirty front door, damp walls, damp sheets, and without a closet in the room, I had to put my clothes on a cot. The bathroom was filthy, full of insects, the shower curtain was torn, and the shower gel dispenser was broken; instead of shower gel, it was full of water. The outdoor lighting on the entrance paths was completely dark. It was a ruined weekend because of the management. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

13/08/2025: I'd heard about this pastry shop, and given my passion for sweets, I decided to try it. It's nothing special. The most annoying thing is that there aren't any prices on the products. When I asked how much some of the products cost, the girl was annoyed. At the entrance, there was a walkway full of cigarette butts. Even if it's a small town pastry shop, they still need to be taken care of...

04/09/2025: If you want to hang out with friends and have fun playing board games, this is the perfect place. A true "nerd" pub with all sorts of games, where you can also grab a snack. The concept itself is nice, but the food wasn't anything special, especially the chicken nuggets, which were rubbery and tasteless.

02/11/2025: The service isn't up to par for the price, incredibly slow, and the cocktails are either wrong or never arrive. There were a lot of us, but you can't bring cocktails without knowing who they're for, so let me get them at the bar. The food arrives after the cocktails. The cocktails are incredibly complicated, and they don't know how to make a decent Long Island. The music is very loud.

30/09/2025: Nice bar with excellent, fast service, low prices, and if you want peace and quiet, just go before dinner. Pleasant music on a Saturday night at 7:30 pm. We'll definitely be back :)

16/09/2025: We ate very well, excellent seafood; the buttered salmon served as an appetizer was exquisite. The location was excellent, with a table on the veranda overlooking the lake. They were kind and helpful, even accommodating my 4-year-old daughter.

07/09/2025: We went blind with the motorcycle group. A family-friendly yet refined atmosphere, a lake view, good meat, generous portions. The guy who served us was incredibly friendly. Go there, we'll be back.

13/07/2025: Il locale ha un’atmosfera accogliente e curata, perfetta sia per un caffè veloce che per una pausa più lunga a pranzo o a cena. Ai tavoli verrete assistiti da Andrea, un cameriere di rara professionalità e gentilezza. Con un sorriso sincero e una grande attenzione al cliente, è riuscito a rendere il nostro momento al tavolo ancora più piacevole. È raro trovare qualcuno così appassionato del proprio lavoro e capace di coniugare efficienza e calore umano. Il menù è vario e ben pensato, con proposte che uniscono tradizione e creatività. Ottimi anche i caffè e i dolci, perfetti per una pausa golosa. Fermento è sicuramente un posto in cui tornare. Consigliatissimo – e chiedete di Andrea!

06/07/2025: Comida fantástica, vino excelente, servicio atento, gran ambiente. Lo probé después de leer las otras críticas pero sin esperar mucho, el lugar es en realidad una joya inesperada. El camarero Andrea, muy amable y profesional, nos hizo sentir inmediatamente bienvenidos y a gusto. Seguimos sus sugerencias para la cena y disfrutamos de cada plato (desde una deliciosa burrata con aceitunas alici y tomates secos, unos tagliolini alle vongole maravillosamente sedosos y unos fettuccine al ragù di manzo tradicionalmente ricos) acompañados de un vino blanco delicado pero multidimensional. Delicioso tiramisú para cerrar una cena perfecta y de lo más agradable. Gracias, definitivamente volveremos.
