Such a lovely experience here 🤍 The staff were super kind and welcoming, especially Nil. You can really tell she cares about customers and creates such a warm atmosphere. The gelato was amazing too. Definitely coming back!

Tried the mango gelato. Tasted exactly like Alphonso mangoes from India. The coconut gelato was pretty good too. Very authentic tasting gelato

Fantastic gelato and service! I was a bit unsure about which flavors to choose, but the staff was so welcoming and helpful. I ended up getting raspberry chocolate, mango, and coffee ice cream. Can’t wait to go back again.

The ice cream is still very good (although the quality is declining as more shops open in Italy for this Turin-based brand), but the service is very average. A little friendliness wouldn't go amiss.

When we entered, there was no one else there. Nevertheless, we were rushed. We chose our flavors, but they made us pay first. The portions were tiny, and for example, my ice cream had almost no whipped cream. Honestly, I've seen better. Three stars because they specifically cater to gluten-free.

17/05/2026: I found the place on the map and came across the "low" prices... I'm not a bad guest... the atmosphere, plastic plates, etc. don't bother me... but my carbonara was just sour... I hope it's the special spice and not the rotten milk... I've already eaten it, but I've been sad for half a day... I got the "combo" for €12, so I also had water and tiramisu. That's amazing!! I've never even tried it anywhere in Italy before. But I think it's very tasty. Moderately sweet and airy🌺 And I had no luck with the pasta at all😢

30/05/2026: Locanda Balanzone offers fast and very friendly service. There's no choice on the menu because they obviously specialize in tigelle, which they also offer gluten-free upon request. Their attentive service is greatly appreciated. It's a shame about the basic quality of the cured meats and cheeses. In a place like this, where they're supposed to offer refined and unique products, the ones you find are actually very ordinary. This is the only flaw, and I hope they can address it with better products.
24/05/2026: A truly warm welcome, a modern, clean, and tidy place with tables spaced far enough apart. Excellent service, kindness, courtesy, and expertise. The food and wine are definitely worth trying.
