09/05/2025: My best friend and I have been coming to eat here for at least 7 years, we have always had a great time with both the food and the service; they are all very friendly and helpful, the place is always clean and the two of us have always found an available table. It's our favorite place🧡

29/06/2025: Everything was delicious, seasoned in an excellent way (something that is often missing when you want to eat healthily). The chef was super available to accommodate every need of the customer.

13/07/2025: A real shame. My birthday was ruined by rushed service. They took our plates away before we'd even put down our forks. The worst part was when she stood next to the table and watched my mother eat the pizza, saying, "I'm waiting for the lady to finish." Seriously, NO. No anxiety!! The pizza was awful, too, small, as was the portion of meat. I'm sorry, but you shouldn't behave like that. Never again. There are better places in Frascati.

19/06/2025: A now historic bakery in the Bologna neighborhood; it offers a wide selection of excellent breads, even with particular and fine grains. The pizzas and savory dishes are of quality, as is the pastry shop, which offers a large quantity of products. The delicatessen offers a good variety of quality cured meats and many delicious cheeses, including particular and not very common ones. There is always a line, but there are also many people serving and the numbers fortunately pass quite quickly. The only flaw is the choice to use a single line to access all the sectors (pizza, bread/pastry and delicatessen) because sometimes to buy only in the delicatessen you have to queue all the way (much longer!) than the people who buy bread and pizza.

21/07/2025: I discovered this restaurant through The Fork and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The pinsa is very good, well-cooked and crispy, with more than enough fried ingredients. For dessert, I had pinsarelli, which are pieces of pinsa rolled into matchsticks, fried, and dusted with sugar and Nutella. The location is lovely, and the outdoor space is very pleasant during this time of year.

22/07/2025: We were there on August 25th for a BBQ fish-themed evening. The service was friendly and efficient. The location was beautiful and relaxing. The menu was sophisticated, with very unique flavors and well-executed pairings, and the wines were excellent. The welcome aperitif was delicious, the homemade bread was excellent, the hanging salmon was very good, the amberjack and buffalo mozzarella were very delicate, the red mullet and parmigiana were very good, the swordfish and puttanesca were mouth-watering, the mopping up of the bread was a must. The cod and panzanella were excellent, the lettuce and anchovies were a success, the scallops with coffee were a very daring pairing, but they turned out well, and to finish, the grilled pineapple with an excellent gin and tonic. The chef was very good, the dishes were carefully thought out and well executed. Congratulations, a great evening! I'll definitely be back.

The staff is courteous, the location is private and surrounded by ample green spaces, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh. The ideal place for a celebration, a romantic dinner, or a family evening. A versatile, unique place where you can be pampered and where taste, sight, and mind live in perfect harmony. It's too simplistic to call it a restaurant... Syntesi is a spa of flavor. We'd been there several times for dinner and decided to make it an event, one that was meticulously planned down to the last detail. Trying is believing!!!

30/03/2025: Stop in time. Typical rustic place with the charm of times gone by. We went for lunch on the recommendation of a local acquaintance and had a great time. Food like it used to be homemade by hand. Abundant and very delicious appetizers, first courses truly done properly. Chicken with peppers and lamb worthy of being called that. Gloriana (called Mafalda by everyone) very humble and helpful. Thanks to the daughters SUPER CHEFS IN THE KITCHEN. I count in the norm.

16/03/2025: Arrived here trusting the excellent reviews. Let's start with the place which is rustic and very nice. The lady who came to take the order (I don't know if she is the owner) offered us the different dishes without giving us a menu. There were three of us and we had a very good starter of cured meats and cheeses and grilled aubergine peppers. One of us had the fettuccine with mushrooms which was very good. The other person and I took lamb and artichokes which were supposed to be judía style but we got normal artichokes boiled and very salty, a brine. The lamb is not very tasty. A bottle of water and 2 latina cokes. Result €90

07/07/2025: We went in 2018. We loved it. We went again now even though we lived far away this time because we really like this restaurant!! It is consistently good with incredibly fast food and service!!!!
