Excellent food, spectacular meat, but service was inattentive despite the small crowd. Changes to dishes, water at the beginning, bread... only required asking several times. The acoustics in the room were very poor, making it difficult to talk at the same table. Needs improvement.

Excellent food... the steak and fillet were delicious, the bruschetta was good and unique. As a side, I ordered the sautéed chicory, which wasn't up to par with the other dishes. Unfortunately, there were some issues with the service, with the sweet and sour drinks taking 25 and 15 minutes, respectively.
Also noteworthy is the lack of draft lager beer on the menu.
A generous 4 stars, which, with little, could have been a full 5.

Unfortunately, I'm not from the area, otherwise it would have become one of my favorite places. I was in Monterotondo to break up a long journey and found this restaurant somewhat by chance. The menu is truly interesting; my family and I tried several dishes, and none of them disappointed us—quite the opposite. The service was very courteous and fast, and the atmosphere is cheerful and elegant. The prices are truly reasonable; when I return to Monterotondo, I'll definitely eat here again!

Yesterday, Sunday, June 14, 2026, we went to dinner at the Dupon cousins... I recommend it, even if the prices are high...
It's very good, the place is clean, the service is excellent, and the staff is kind and patient, always available.

The Raw platter was truly excellent, especially the dry-aged picanha. The Baltic Angus T-bone was also excellent, although it arrived a little too warm—perhaps it had rested a bit too long before being served. The chicory was good, but we didn't like the roast potato much. The pasta with meat sauce was also good.
For the platter (€29), the meat (1.3kg at €12/kg), two bottles of water, and two side dishes, we spent €200.

I expected much, much more. There's not much to choose from. If you're alone, you can't eat a rib-eye steak...unless you want to eat an 800g one by yourself! I had a fillet...as a lover of thick cuts...it was a thin slice...I'm sorry, but I have a completely different idea of grilled meat!
