10/10/2025: Very tasty and original. A truly pleasant experience, word of someone who stopped trying AYCE a while ago. I can't give an absolute verdict, but for me (based on the ones I've tried in Rome), it's the best of all.

The dishes are traditional Roman fare, prepared with top-quality ingredients and meticulous attention to detail. The carbonara is perfectly creamy, the amatriciana flavorful without being heavy. Generous portions, fair prices, and attentive but never intrusive service. An authentic place where you eat truly well.

03/10/2025: I haven't been to this restaurant yet, but I'm giving it 5 stars to offset those who gave it 1 star for the opposite reason: that it doesn't allow dogs. It's time to stop labeling those who don't want pets in restaurants as being anti-animal. Quite the opposite, for example. Some people even respect ants, but bringing pets into public places is a matter of HYGIENE and RESPECT for everyone, especially given the abominable behavior of many owners who start petting their furry friends, with their snouts on plates and their fur flying everywhere! ABSURD!
