07/06/2025: No es bueno, no es terrible, tiene asiento muy rápido. Tomó 3 - 4 solicitudes de agua, pareja para el control después de esperar y saludar. Comida bien, a su hijo le gustaba, la mía era sosa. No mucho para el tamaño de las porciones, pero eso es normal en Roma. Finalmente me dieron cheque pero en lugar de preguntar cómo fue cualquier otra cosa, no olvides el consejo donde la mayoría no pregunta por aquí. Siempre hacer para los guías turísticos conductores, etc. no podía obtener un recibo. Tener un buen viaje, 2 restaurantes mala experiencia pero algunos buenos, especialmente positano.

29/05/2025: On 05/16/2025 we celebrated our eighteenth birthday in the princely location of “Vigna dei Cardinali” and thanks to Mr. Guido and all the staff, we were able to create a fairytale birthday…..we couldn’t have chosen better. We loved the buffet that had a wide choice, from the aperitif on the terrace to the dinner in one of the wonderful rooms made available. We have only one word to define all this “SPLENDID”. Our party is wonderful and unforgettable for us. There was not a person who before leaving did not compliment us on the beauty of the location and the quality of the food. We will always carry the memory of this day in our hearts…….it was more beautiful than we imagined. Thank you for making our birthday WONDERFUL. Sofia and Ludovica

25/05/2025: Yesterday we had my son's 18th birthday party and it was FANTASTIC the location is huge and cared for down to the smallest details like sofas mirrors chairs decorations the cuisine was STELLAR they have menus and tastes according to the rules of the art with lots of delicacies the staff is very kind and discreet the Deejey is a super competent person and of a unique kindness and availability if you want a UNIQUE experience in the center of Rome in an important but elegant building it is suitable for beautiful parties with also a large and usable and elegant terrace the Top of the Top

19/05/2025: The first courses are very good and very abundant, while the second courses sometimes seem to have been reheated in the microwave.

07/05/2025: An incredible place, a step back in time, home cooking; the fries were fresh, not frozen!!. Everything was excellent, and the prices....I haven't found them like this for 30 years.... Congratulations! Highly recommended!

18/07/2025: Among the many touristy, rustic trattoria-style restaurants in the area, who would expect to eat one of Rome's best cacio e pepe dishes in a modern and elegant setting just steps from the Spanish Steps? VyNIQUE offers this and much more. Style abounds, quality ingredients, and attention to presentation. We had a puff pastry eggplant parmigiana as an appetizer, followed by a carbonara and a cacio e pepe. For dessert, a fruit soup with sorbet and a citrus crème brûlée. The appetizer was delicious, and we returned the first courses as if they had just come out of the dishwasher. My wife told me the crème brûlée was one of the best she'd ever tasted. To top it all off, the waitress was both friendly and professional. Our only regret was not having tried their Negroni. Until next time, highly recommended!

28/06/2025: For me the N1 has nothing to envy to the well-known pizzerias of the Roman mafia that are always divided between social media and premium leavening scientists. Rosso di Sera neighborhood pizzeria Maestro Pizzaiolo for decades in the neighborhood, good young guys and without the snobbishness under the nose. Super quality/price ratio

31/05/2025: Had a take away pizza and beer on the late arrival. I chose the pizza Amatriciano, which was very good! The pizza was large and I couldn't finish it all. The cashier spoke a little bit English and was helpful.

21/07/2025: A wonderful Italian restaurant in the heart of Rome! We had dinner and were absolutely delighted. We ordered antipasti, pasta, seafood, desserts and wine - everything was perfect. The dishes were delicious and fresh, especially the seafood. The staff was very friendly and caring. A real pleasure - I highly recommend it!

14/07/2025: I made a reservation and went, but the restaurant was really big and only a few people came in. LOL And I ordered truffle ravioli, but they gave me toowoomba? ravioli. It was delicious, but... it was disappointing. It is a famous seafood restaurant. Recommended.

04/07/2025: Siamo andai in gruppo a cena,ho ordinato un hamburger jukebox e una birra...la birra è arrivata subito,l'hamburger dopo un'ora e 10 minuti...la birra, nel frattempo,era ormai calda! Pessimo servizio e tempi di attesa impossibili ! piu di un'ora per un semplice hamburger....c'è qualcosa che non funziona.

13/07/2025: Nice restaurant, not very professional staff, perhaps booked for the Fallacciano fig festival event. We had asked for draft beer with the pizza so it wouldn't heat up, but it arrived early and full of foam. We had to ask for a refill because the glass was half full. Regarding the fried appetizers, they forgot part of it, so we asked again, but while the others were eating, someone was waiting. We waited a while for the pizzas, and when they arrived, there were 5 of them, and 6 of us. My friend waited for at least ten minutes while everyone else was already eating. Furthermore, some were very burnt on the edges. Let's say there's always room for improvement. The owner is very kind and welcoming, we "stole" the figs from the tree 😅 but with his consent. And since we came to see the festival, he suggested that if there wasn't any space in the center of town for the car, we could bring it back to the restaurant's parking lot because he would leave it open for anyone who wanted to park during the festival... a very nice gesture.

07/07/2025: I was invited to eat "Da Costantino" with friends. I didn't know the restaurant, not even by name. Yet it's not the first time I've been to Bellegra. However, compared to the town center, it remains a bit far. Easily accessible from the road and with a large free parking lot. Not for everyone. Initially when booking, they advised us to have lunch inside because it was too hot, but then, given the very windy day, they set the table outside. Excellent choice. Very large outdoor space. Two large rooms inside with a wood-fired pizza oven. Restaurants like this need to be protected. Large portions, excellent value for money. Attentive service and a welcoming environment like being at home.

07/07/2025: One of those lunches that reconcile you with the world. Warm welcome, refined atmosphere and simply impeccable dishes. I tasted Tonnarelli alla Gricia, Baked Pig and Chicory Ripassata: each course an explosion of flavors, perfect balance between tradition and creativity. When cooking is done with passion, you can taste it. The photos speak for themselves. I will definitely be back. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

01/07/2025: An experience to forget. The new director zero empathy. They gave me a voucher for 3 months of practice field and 10 lessons (€400!!!). First unpleasant surprise, the teacher THEY assigned to me has to leave at the end of May, so I have to do the 10 lessons by that deadline. I do seven because in mid-May I suffer a non-playing injury: two broken ribs. Second unpleasant surprise, I send an email asking for a one-month suspension and very coldly and in a peremptory tone they tell me that I lose everything because it was a promo. Too bad that during the first week, at the beginning of April, they already proposed that I renew the package, emphasizing that they would not count August! AN ABSOLUTE DISGUST. Last but not least. They set me up an appointment with the manager, I went, believing that there was a possibility to somehow recover the month, and this character, receiving me even in the shop, among the people, confirmed what he had anticipated to me via email a month ago... TOTAL RIDICULOUS.
