We stumbled upon it by chance, looking for carbonara on a Monday evening in the Riano area, and discovered a special place. Manuel and his mother welcomed us with a rare warmth, making us feel right at home. It was like stepping back in time, to lunches at my grandmother's when I was little. Excellent food, top-quality ingredients, and authentic, unfiltered local cuisine. We spent very little for what we ate. A tip: order the pasta, because it's handmade fresh every day by the lady.
