A small, intimate space, adjacent to the much larger workshop. Simple, bakery-like furnishings, and a small but well-stocked dessert display. I had breakfast alone and tried the donut... a masterpiece! Beautifully soft and spongy, it soaked up the milk beautifully 🤣 The mini pastries were also excellent! The ones with cream were truly delicious, and the lemon cream was the best I've had in a long time!

The staff are welcoming and attentive, making us feel at home every visit. This restaurant has become a must-visit spot for us whenever we’re in Rome. Highly recommended!

The sushi is always prepared in the same open-plan room, so you can always monitor the workers' work and their skill. The prices are in line with the competition; perhaps the evening menu is a few euros higher than average, but again, the quality is top-notch and makes all the difference.
