08/03/2025: In an instant Marta and Gianni make you feel at home... after my wife chose an excellent white wine (recommended by Marta) and a delicious Spritz Campari for me... mixed bruschetta arrived with products made by Gianni and a platter of excellent quality cured meats, not to mention the meatballs with sauce that we ate immediately afterwards. Everything excellent!!! Well done!!! If you want to spend an evening dedicated to good drink, good food and good company you have to stop by here.

The elegant and refined decor creates a perfect setting for a romantic dinner or a special evening with friends and family. But the real magic happened when I tasted the dishes. Each course, prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, was an explosion of flavours: a true pleasure, both for the eyes and the palate. And what about Andrea? His expertise and passion for catering are evident in every detail. He is an exceptional host, always attentive to the needs of his guests and ready to recommend the best dishes. His knowledge of wines is impressive and his pairings further enhanced the flavors of the food. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience.

04/04/2025: Family Pizzeria with Authentic Roman Flavor near the Colosseum We discovered this family pizzeria in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of central Rome, but close to the majestic Colosseum. Although we arrived without a reservation, they welcomed us warmly, kindly requesting that we free up our table before 9:00 PM, as they had a reservation at that time. To avoid any setbacks, especially if you're traveling in a group, I recommend booking in advance. The atmosphere is ideal, with a spacious and cozy dining room that evokes the rustic charm of a traditional Roman home. We shared the space with local families, couples, and other tourists, creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The menu is a delight for pizza lovers, with a wide variety of Roman options at very reasonable prices, around €10 per pizza baked in a wood-fired oven. But it's not just the pizzas that stand out; they also offer delicious antipasti, fresh vegetables, and tempting meat and fish dishes. We opted for the Roman pizzas, and what a great choice! The dough was exquisite, the ingredients high-quality, and the abundance of them left us pleasantly surprised. The house red wine, simple but adequate, complemented our meal perfectly. Definitely a place to return to and recommend if you find yourself in the Colosseum area. An authentic Roman experience at affordable prices.

17/04/2025: The roof top restaurant at hotel Valadier, it’s a cozy restaurant, good food, decent service and with an interesting view to the surrounding buildings and houses.

14/03/2025: Arrivato con i miei due figli con disabilità, nonostante due scalini per accedere il personale si è subito fatto in quattro per aiutarci, ci hanno apposto sugli scalini una pedana funzionale per accedere comodamente. Posto molto carino , curato, unico piccolo appunto (ma per le nostre esigenze particolari) i bagni un po’ piccoli, comunque puliti e più che decorosi (e non sempre è così). Servizio rapido e impeccabile, qualità molto buona degli alimenti. Tutti molto disponibili e celeri per le nostre necessità . Alla fine … il conto, per quanto abbiamo mangiato e bevuto, e benissimo, davvero molto conveniente. Non è vicinissimo a casa nostra, ma se dovessimo ricapitare da quelle parti, non mancheremo di tornare. Ah, non ultimo ci è stato suggerito anche un comodo parcheggio nelle immediate vicinanze. Insomma, da consigliare (però bisogna prenotare, soprattutto nei fine settimana, noi siamo stati tutto sommato fortunati che era di giovedì quindi qualche disponibilità di posti c’era …). Cinque stelle ! Grazie ancora di tutto.

Had spaghetti bolognese and a peroni beer... really was not impressed.. the spaghetti was bland, tasted like it had no seasoning and was a small portion (my son and i had to get takeaway after!).. the beer was supposed to be Peroni, but did not taste anything like it.. ordered a side dish, but it never came.. cost was 15 euros for a small bowl of pasta.. not impressed ...
