28/06/2025: I went for dinner a few days ago for a meeting between former schoolmates. Very nice place, kind and helpful staff. Personally I ate bruschetta with squid and chickpea puree, really tasty. Followed by linguine with shrimp and pistachio grains. Carefully prepared dishes, cooked in a balanced but tasty way and really good raw materials. To finish brownies and ice cream Price in line

23/05/2025: One of the best restaurants in the city, a characteristic and very welcoming little place, in one of the typical alleys of the beautiful historic center of Frascati where you can breathe the air of home, typical local cuisine and homemade excellence, from fresh pasta to desserts. Very kind, attentive and helpful staff; tasty and original dishes, excellent value for money. Mauro, the owner, a wonderful person as is all his staff. We often return and he never disappoints us, I recommend booking in advance.

Sentí que los clientes eran casi un inconveniente para el personal. La comida era promedio y ciertamente no vale la pena soportar el servicio grosero. Recomiendo ir a otro lugar.

25/06/2025: By now my go-to Sushi restaurant, even though I have been around and tried others, this place is the best in every way. The friendliness and kindness of the staff is unique, parking is not a problem (rare exceptions when it is full, and it is guarded), there is always a table available (they also have an outdoor area for the summer), the speed of service is impressive (always, whether the place has just opened or is in full operation), the quality/price ratio is exceptional, the dishes are varied and all of excellent workmanship, the raw materials are all excellent. In short, I don't know what else to say except to compliment the establishment for the experience every time I go there, it is now a fixed stop at least once a month. Thank you and I invite everyone to try it, because it is truly worth it.

02/07/2025: I had lunch with the family on a hot Saturday in June, the patio is still nice and if you're lucky you can enjoy a few breaths of air. My son had the raw fish and was super satisfied, I don't eat fish, I don't judge. I ate tagliolini with plenty of truffle, when the rib steak arrived I thought I wouldn't make it and instead thanks to the perfect cooking, the taste and the tenderness it went away without effort. It was my birthday and I had to have the dessert, a crunchy almond basket with chantilly cream and berries. Never was forcing more enjoyable. I will definitely go back, first of all for that dessert but then I want to try the white ragù of Cinta Senese and other meats that I saw passing by that promised very well. See you soon Sorcetto
