26/04/2025: La prima cosa da rispettare in un locale mai portare in tempi diversi le portate ai singoli clienti. Ho dovuto aspettare dopo diversi solleciti diversi minuti l'arrivo della mia pizza mentre la mia compagna mangiava da oltre 10 minuti. Tanta confusione, urla da dietro al bancone verso i camerieri e viceversa sulle cose da fare non fare ecc.. Sembrava un mercato rionale 😂. La mia pizza fritta non la riprenderei mai non definita nel contenuto e riempita non nella totalità. Esperienza personalmente da non ripetere. Quartiere Prati a Roma ci si aspetta un locale nella gestione diverso

11/04/2025: Ci sarò stato una decina di volte in pausa pranzo nell'arco di un anno e mezzo. All'inizio ordinando un antipasto e un piatto principale (pizza o pasta) occorreva attendere 15-20 minuti come in una qualsiasi altra pizzeria da me frequentata. Quei tempi ormai sono un'utopia: dopo l'antipasto si è ormai costretti ad aspettare come minimo dai 30 ai 50 minuti anche in situazioni in cui il locale non è affollato. Purtroppo la situazione non accenna a migliorare e denota chiaramente una mancanza di organizzazione che il ristorante non è interessato a risolvere. Metto 3 stelle solo perché almeno il cibo non è peggiorato e risulta ancora più che accettabile.

17/04/2025: Qualità del pesce di altissimo livello, antipasti crudi e cotti sublimi nelle loro preparazioni che esaltano il sapore del pesce in tutte le loro sfaccettature,la possibilità di scegliere il pesce dalla pescheria accanto é a dir poco sinonimo di garanzia! Abbiamo mangiato un rombo in crosta di patate fantastico con la lisca del pesce fritto affianco davvero goduriosa. Servizio impeccabile cordiale veloce e capace di esaudire ogni nostra richiesta. Una nota di dovere va spesa per la cantina del vino davvero do ottima qualità. Torneremo

26/04/2025: Comimos aquí cuando visitamos Roma en febrero, así que cuando decidimos visitar Roma de nuevo en abril, el primer lugar que fuimos a cenar fue aquí, ya que es tan condenadamente bueno, solo tienen 6 mesas y siempre están ocupados, así que recomendaría reservar una mesa con antelación! La comida es deliciosa y a un precio muy razonable, el servicio es de primera clase también, en nuestros 2 viajes a Roma este año, este restaurante es de lejos nuestro favorito y eso es decir algo como comimos en algunos grandes restaurantes.

23/04/2025: Ho prenotato un mese fa per 9 persone per il giorno 23 aprile alle 13:30. Il ragazzo che mi ha risposto al telefono non parlava bene italiano ed era evidente che non capiva quello che dicevo. Oggi le nove persone si sono recate al ristorante e hanno scoperto che la prenotazione era per le 19:30 e hanno detto di non avere nessun mio contatto (avevo lasciato il mio numero di telefono). Ieri, per sicurezza, ho provato molte volte a contattare il ristorante per confermare la prenotazione ma non mi hanno mai risposto.

10/04/2025: I think it's a pretty good place. I mean, they take care of you, the atmosphere is good, but I think the food is not suitable for Turkish taste. Because it is a little salty and tasteless, and I think it does not meet the expectations. So we ate Cacio e pepe. But I can say this (for those who want to eat cacio e pepe), it is a bit of a heavy dish because it contains lamb cheese. Therefore, if you don't like a lot of cheese, I can't recommend it. As for the environment; It has a small and cute atmosphere (most restaurants in Italy are small anyway. That's why I found this normal). There are also some edgy meals for kids. I mean, I think this place is good, but I can say that it belongs to the Turks and it doesn't match well. (But for other countries I think this cake is delicious and soft. I can recommend here to others😉)

16/04/2025: I chose Roman tripe, and the other person chose artichokes with veal. My guts were a poetry of taste. Soft, in tomato sauce with (I think) pecorino romano. Spicy, but not too much, so that you can feel all the flavors. Additionally, home-made white wine of quite decent quality, went perfectly with both dishes. Veal is also tasty, and artichokes? There's a lot to like here. We will definitely come back here, especially since the service was top notch. PS. We were probably the only non-Italians in a full room. It is worth making a reservation in advance.

10/04/2025: Welcomed by a real tavern with very friendly and professional staff, I felt at home. I ordered a bottle of wine, a carbonara and a vaccinia tail paying 34 euros (a fair price), honestly I have eaten better ones in Rome, despite not being Roman.

03/05/2025: Frequento questo locale da anni. A mio giudizio una delle pizze gourmet migliori di Roma. Impasto impareggiabile e ingredienti ricercati e di altissima qualità. Alvaro e famiglia gestiscono con grande passione e cortesia questo locale informale da oltre 30 anni puntando tutto sulla qualità e ricercatezza dei loro piatti. In una location più centrale e alla moda sarebbe su qualsiasi guida come un must!!!

19/04/2025: Pizzeria 120 – Sperimentazione senza compromessi. Due pizze, due identità: 1. Giovanna: carciofi croccanti su un letto di impasto fragrante. 2. Fiori di zucca, alici e scorze di limone sapidità equilibrata e acidità brillante. Base comune: impasto con grani antichi monococco, segale e Senatore Cappelli– Álvaro non usa mix casuali, ma studia struttura e digeribilità. Niente fronzoli: ingredienti selezionati (carciofi croccanti al punto giusto, alici che non sovrastano, limone che non aggredisce) e una filosofia chiara: rispetto della materia prima Abbinamento top: War AmenIPA, birra italiana con corpo resinoso e note agrumate che tagliano la grassezza delle alici. Grazie ad Álvaro (non un pizzaiolo, un ricercatore) e a Monia per la scoperta. It is also a popular meeting place for lunch with a large selection of different dishes (pizza, pasta, burgers, sandwiches).
