03/05/2026: We had dinner at this pizzeria and were truly delighted. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service was impeccable: special thanks to Pietro, the waiter, who was extremely kind, attentive, and always available. The pizzas were truly excellent, well-cooked and made with quality ingredients. The rest of the menu was also excellent; everything was delicious and carefully prepared. A truly positive experience that makes us want to return soon. Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: This osteria was discovered on social media, but it's far from the typical tourist-filled restaurant you'd find in central Rome. A carefully crafted traditional Roman menu blends seamlessly with a pleasant atmosphere despite the large seating capacity. Special mention to Edoardo, who made our culinary journey at the osteria fun and enjoyable! Highly recommended!

16/05/2026: I went to this place because some friends had spoken highly of it, but the last time they went was four years ago, so the quality has probably dropped significantly. I tried both the amatriciana and the gricia, both truly awful. The pasta was undercooked (not al dente, if you cut it in half you could see the white part inside), and even the amatriciana was dry. The pork cheek was low-quality and not very crispy. The only positive note was the pecorino cheese, which wasn't bad. I also tried the trio of main courses, all three of which were mediocre. The best part of the dinner was the artichoke, which was decent. Excellent service, friendly waiters.

30/05/2026: A typical trattoria in the historic center of Viterbo, near the Rocca. Typical dishes, plentiful, and of excellent quality. Quick service with attentive customer service and a high level of courtesy. Excellent value. A fixed menu is available for €20 (first course, second course, side dish, water, wine, and coffee), allowing you to choose from the daily menu. We'll definitely be back.

09/06/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ As a celiac, the first thing I look for when choosing a restaurant is the gluten-free offerings, and L’Archeologia truly won me over. From the moment we arrived, we found the staff knowledgeable, kind, and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Their attention to dietary needs didn't seem like a mere formality, but rather a genuine dedication to the customer. The food was excellent: dishes prepared with quality ingredients, flavorful, and meticulously crafted. It's one of those places where, bite after bite, you realize there's a passion behind what they do. The location was also very pleasant: beautiful and relaxing, with the added bonus of finding parking quickly, which is not a given in Rome. I recommend it especially to those looking for a reliable gluten-free place, but also to those who simply want to eat well and enjoy attentive, professional service. I will gladly return.

The sandwiches are delicious, as they only use top-quality ingredients, and the tender meat is truly noticeable. The place is a bit basic, but nice and not overwhelming. It's hard to find at first, but there's a small parking lot.

The atmosphere felt authentic and relaxed, a refreshing contrast to many of the tourist-focused restaurants found throughout the city center. The food itself was exceptional. Rome is filled with restaurants, cafés, and trattorias, making it difficult to know where to eat. After several meals around the city, this was the one that stood out above all the others. The combination of outstanding food, excellent service, welcoming atmosphere, and authentic local character created a truly memorable experience. As someone who is genuinely difficult to impress, I can honestly say that every aspect of this meal exceeded expectations. 11/05/2026: Terrible service! The employee got the flavors I ordered wrong, and did the same with my friend's ice cream, and was rude and unpleasant when we went to tell her. She almost rolled her eyes at us, threw the ice cream in the trash and didn't even respond. Unfriendly and unprofessional! I ordered cookie, tiramisu and hazelnut ice cream and, honestly, none of them had much flavor. There are much better ice cream shops in the city! Very small portions served. I paid €4 for the medium cup and it was poorly served.

18/01/2026: Went here for dinner, ordered à la carte, however there was also a set meal option. Loved the design of the restaurant, the staff were friendly and professional, knew English and Italian. The food was amazing, everything tasted very fresh and was worth the price which is towards the higher end. In all think it was definitely worth it and will be back! Also something I appreciated was the offering of a free appetizer and dessert as part of our dinner, both simple but taste was amazing!

The service was impeccable, with the staff being very helpful. As for the food, the sashimi was top-notch and hugely varied. Excellent tempura. The shrimp sushi was truly excellent, with three shrimp for the nigiri. I was a little disappointed with the wagyu. I ordered it as a carpaccio, which was too fatty for raw beef, and then a huge slice that wasn't very zen. I would have preferred it already cut into small strips. Overall, a good experience. I've been going there for three years now... always TOP
