Excellent pizza, a place with enough space for a quiet evening, and knowledgeable and friendly staff... what more could you ask for?

I visited Magnammece na Pizza in Latina and had a very positive experience overall. The pizzeria is charming and welcoming, clearly evoking a Neapolitan atmosphere. The chairs are comfortable and the tables are well-spaced, making for a pleasant and relaxed experience. The waitress who served me was impeccable: extremely polite, kind, professional, and always available. As soon as I sat down, I was given two menus: a classic one, with the most traditional pizzas and a few unusual options, and another dedicated to seasonal pizzas, with seasonal ingredients. I really appreciated this choice. The price of the pizzas is fair and in line with the quality. The pizzas are very good and light, with a slightly firm but still pleasant dough. The only thing that could be improved, in my opinion, is the quantity of toppings on top of the pizza: I would increase them by about 30% to make them even tastier. As always, I also ordered a potato croquette to test the frying. Unfortunately, this was the aspect that least convinced me: tasty, yes, but the quality of the cheese and the overall flavor didn't thrill me, and the inside was lukewarm while the outside was hot. I also tried the Caprese cake, which looked exceptional from the photos in the reviews. I was a little disappointed here: it was decent, but I expected much better. I found it a bit dry and with a flavor that was more reminiscent of a commercial product than a homemade one. A very positive note on the prices, which are truly affordable: I even asked for an ingredient to be removed from the pizza and they deducted €1, which is not at all obvious and shows customer care. In conclusion, I will definitely return, because I had a great experience and believe that with a few small improvements, it could become a truly excellent pizzeria.

Light Neapolitan pizza, without the thick crust and raw ingredients. Excellent ingredients; we didn't order fried food, but they brought it to the tables next to us. The lady who served us at the tables and at the register was very kind. "Pre-Covid" price... no cover charge.
