Imagine an outdoor patio nestled between a castle and medieval houses. Imagine sitting on that movie-like patio today, tasting local wines while savoring artisanal cured meats and pecorino cheeses. Imagine a host and hostess as a family who welcomes you into their home and tries to make you feel at home. Now stop imagining because you've arrived at the meeting point between fantasy and reality, the Aenos area. Parking isn't easy, you need strong calves to walk up to the Rocca, it's not a place for many, but that's right! If you want to close your eyes and live the experience, a small sacrifice is needed. A place of the heart and good wine 🍷

27/06/2025: They were super friendly and the food was excellent. I was very cold and they took care of me. There is no air conditioning at lunch but being in the shade it was not too hot, however everything else makes up for it.

08/06/2025: On a sultry Sunday in June, we found an oasis of natural freshness, in the village of Equo Hostaria. An environment that was at once magical, refined and welcoming, where I spent moments of exquisite pleasure. The heat suggested the freshness of the tagliolini lupini and lime. Very tasty. The fried chicken nuggets were excellent (my son polished them off). The rosé that was recommended to me was excellent. Impeccable service. I can't wait to go back

07/07/2025: A beautiful place located on a hill and although the bike ride up is not the easiest 😉 it is really worth it because at the top there is a reward in the form of a view of the vineyards and the city, which is especially charming at sunset, a beautifully maintained garden, colorful flowers, local delicacies served in restaurants and, above all, smiling and friendly people

Excellent quality food offered, from appetizers to first and second courses, and desserts; high quality cellar with interesting local proposals. Above average quality/price ratio. I recommend it to everyone, and for any type of event.

06/07/2025: ¡Pizza fantástica y lugar genial! Fui a esta pizzería y sinceramente fue una de las mejores que he probado. La pizza tenía una corteza perfecta, ingredientes súper frescos y mucho sabor. Se nota que realmente se preocupan por la calidad. El personal fue amable y servicial, y el servicio fue rápido a pesar de que había un poco de gente. El lugar en sí estaba limpio y tenía un ambiente agradable y relajado. Ideal para pasar el rato o tomar un bocado con amigos. Definitivamente una experiencia de 5 estrellas. ¡Volveré seguro!

12/07/2025: We had dinner here, and I think it's imperative to tell you about our experience. It was a fantastic evening, from the location to the service to the quality of the food, which was "excellent." We had four different appetizers, and everything was excellent, starting with the presentation—it looked like paintings. The quality of the cured meats was top-notch, the fried ones excellent, the ricotta delicious, and a trio of flowers that we've personally never had anywhere else. We then went straight to the main course, choosing meat. We had a Danish ribeye steak, and I'll start by saying that meat is their signature dish (it's no coincidence that they have a grill with an open fire and a fridge with a selection of DOC meats at the entrance). The flavor was excellent, it cut like butter. Regarding the location, attention to detail was paramount. Quality, heart, and passion reign supreme in this place, which I highly recommend whether it's a business dinner, a family dinner, or a romantic one like ours (they have a beautiful veranda). Kudos to the service, polite, friendly, and just the right amount of speed. Excellent value for money.

03/07/2025: The restaurant changed management a few months ago. The food is as good as before but the prices have not increased significantly.

02/07/2025: One of the best in Rome, especially being near the center where the food is not always the best. This place is a diamond in the rough. They were able to seat our group of 9 without a reservation. We will definitely be back! Delicious!
