23/07/2025: Truly an excellent restaurant in the heart of Garbatella, serving traditional Roman dishes alongside some ever-changing, more modern take on pairings that may seem unusual but are always spot-on. In the summer, the portico creates a priceless breeze.
Worth a try and return time and time again throughout the seasons!

06/07/2025: My wife and I want to thank the restaurant, from the owner to all the staff for the kindness, professionalism, service and quality of the food, the wines, for the beautiful location we chose for our wedding lunch, taken care of in every detail by Simone and all the staff. Our guests also complimented us on the venue, the service, the courses, from the appetizers to the cake, everything was really excellent. We really enjoyed ourselves in the outdoor garden. I would like to add that the venue also made itself available for 3 of us who had vegan diet requirements and they did not disappoint our expectations. 5 stars deserved!!!

16/07/2025: The service leaves much to be desired. The first time I came, they put chicken instead of pork (2 days ago). Today is the second time, and the sandwich was missing tomatoes and onions (as I wrote).
I ordered exactly the same things over the two days, but the price varied by 2 euros.
It's a shame for the people who work there, because the ingredients are excellent, but I have to give it a 1.
12/07/2025: Great burgers, you can choose from many ingredients. Fair prices. Really tasty!
Edit: After three years it's still a great place with fair pricing.

04/08/2025: We chose Poggio della Guardia to celebrate our wedding. A wonderful and well-maintained location, with welcoming and helpful staff. Daniela accommodated and fulfilled all our requests for the setup and decorations, but also and especially for guests with intolerances and allergies. The guests were very welcome and highly recommended!

27/06/2025: I had the privilege of eating here on a Sunday for lunch as a birthday present. A fantastic experience both for the food and for the places and people, a rare combination. You have lunch on the terrace in absolute quiet, overlooking the hills of Radicofani and San Casciano dei Bagni. The dishes are inspired by the best local products (including the black lentils of Onano that look like sturgeon caviar!) and are all cooked with creativity and obvious passion, you really feel pampered. I loved the panzanella ice cream in tomato and strawberry water, the gnocchi with Canino asparagus and shrimp carpaccio and the pigeon skewer, but in general everything was delicious and served impeccably. Next time I would like to sleep in one of the rooms behind the restaurant, it seems we missed out on a dream breakfast!
27/05/2025: Siamo tornati per la terza volta a La Parolina di Trevinano, e anche questa volta è stata un’esperienza impeccabile sotto ogni aspetto. Eravamo a cena con una coppia di amici e siamo stati accolti con la solita cortesia e professionalità che contraddistingue questo luogo.
Il menù era come sempre curatissimo, con piatti bilanciati e creativi, accompagnati da ottimi vini scelti con attenzione.
Il responsabile di sala è stato molto bravo nel guidarci durante la cena, e la chef Iside a fine serata è venuta al tavolo a parlare a lungo con noi: gentile, appassionata e sempre disponibile, è un vero piacere incontrarla.
Anche il soggiorno è stato all’altezza delle aspettative: camere belle, curate nei dettagli, e una colazione servita in camera davvero eccellente.
Essendo ormai clienti abituali, possiamo dire con certezza che La Parolina è una garanzia di qualità, accoglienza e bellezza. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

02/06/2025: We visited Boville Ernica and had lunch at this restaurant. A pleasant discovery to say the least, very good food, well cooked, well presented, the staff who welcomed and served us were very polite, understanding and kind. If we were to happen to be in those parts again we would definitely pop in again. Also the prices were not excessive, we were expecting something more. Truly highly recommended to everyone.

08/08/2025: My friends and I have been organizing dinners at this restaurant for at least three or four years, and we're sorry to admit that this last time we had a bad experience. The price has gone up, which is completely understandable, but the quality and variety of the dishes (both the buffet and the meat) has declined, and we didn't find the service particularly pleasant either. Furthermore, they removed the caramelized pineapple at the end of the meal; it's now served separately. This time, we were disappointed!

09/06/2025: I only find the time today, Monday, to leave my review of the lunch I had with my wife on Saturday at this restaurant. I would like to start by saying that we found the quality of the dishes more than satisfactory, and we also really liked the atmosphere. As soon as we arrived, however, we immediately told the waitress that we had to avoid carbohydrates, which is quite easy to do in a fish restaurant. We ordered a trio of tartares as an appetizer. When it arrived, we noticed that the tuna tartare (one of the three) was served on a bed of potatoes. So to make sure, we asked the waitress if they were actually potatoes, even though we had already consumed the other two tartares in the meantime. The waitress very kindly told us that we were right, apologized, and told us that she would have it redone immediately. Shortly after, a new trio of tartares arrived, this time without potatoes with the tuna, but also with the other two tartares that we had already consumed in the first course. I pointed out to her that she could have changed just the tuna, but she told us not to worry. The rest of the lunch continues normally, very good grill. I pay the bill and leave. However, shortly after, I had a doubt, I checked the bill and noticed that I had been charged for both trios of tartare. Now it is not a question of money, and besides, it is not my habit to check the bill before paying it. However, if I had known that to change just one part of the dish (which, moreover, having specified the need, should have been advised against from the beginning due to the presence of potatoes), I would have had to pay for a second one in full, when it was the waitress herself who took our plate away to change it on her own initiative, I would have certainly told her to leave it alone, and maybe I would have ordered another dish. I would have preferred a little more clarity and attention. For the rest, I confirm my good impression.
20/05/2025: I stopped by on the fly and didn't have much time, I ate a first course with very fresh fish and I found a beautiful environment with super staff. It's true that nowadays one cannot invent a restaurateur, and when you eat at Officina del Pesce you realize that class is not water! Even with a simple first course. I also had a dessert, tiramisu, needless to say it was a dream! Compliments to the staff and owners who manage this marvel. Thank you, I will come back to visit you with much more calm.

15/07/2025: A stunning setting amidst lush greenery and magical fairytale views. Excellent food and impeccable service, courtesy and attentiveness. In summer, the location is stunning; on rainy days, it's a warm and welcoming space, with soft lighting and magical references to witches that appear in a thousand ways wherever you look. Casale delle Streghe is one of the prettiest and most intriguing places in Lazio. The citrus rice is mouth-watering, along with the meats masterfully prepared by a great chef. We'll be returning again and again, delighting both adults and children alike.
14/07/2025: The atmosphere is intimate and comfortable, the staff is friendly and attentive to guests' needs, and the parking inside the Casale is truly convenient.
In my case, with plenty of advance notice, I was able to organize a private evening for a birthday party with complete peace of mind. Chef Antonello recommended a menu suitable for all attendees, catering to a variety of dietary needs. For the dining room/garden, I spoke with Mrs. Simona, whom I thank for her availability, for managing the space, and for her highly professional event management. The food was truly delicious, with attention to detail in the presentation.
I will definitely be happy to return and spend a relaxing evening.

13/07/2025: The reviews don't lie. As an American living in Italy I'm always reluctant to try "American BBQ". But we needed meat! The cuts are huge, even too big. Cooked nicely (some come on a hot plate to your table to keep cooking). Flavor was simple, salted. We had potatoes and veggies for sides. Pots could have been crunchier. Veg was perfect. Back up to starters, the cheese with pancettaz honey, and nuts is luxurious. Onion rings topped with cheese and jalapeno were a nice touch as well. We didn't have firsts. Next time. The coleslaw is a no for me; must love an abundance of mustard.! Nice wine list although brutally overpriced. Staff was friendly and outgoing; helpful. We sat outside and always smelled smoke (like kitchen exhaust smoke). Otherwise, it was comfortable, clean, spacious. With the wine we paid a hefty price at over €85 per person. But the plates were large. We actually had brunch the next day with leftover steak and eggs. It's a nice place, unexpected and tasty! I recommend and I'll be back to try the burgers and pulled pork.
06/07/2025: Guys A place with the best!! I've been around a lot but the quality and choice available here are VERY DIFFICULT to find!!! I shared a Nebraska (Angus) simply divine, cooked perfectly like butter!! Excellent wine and special beef burgers!! I invite you to come here, exceptional quality/price!!! When the owner comes to the table and recommends the Cut, makes you choose the piece and finally offers you bitters and sorbet I'd say you've hit the jackpot!!! We'll be back often!!!
